Absolutely disgusting behavior by the pharmacist. Was told that the medication refilled on 1/27 couldnt be refilled until the 30th day. then ARGUED with me because THERE ARE 31 DAYS IN JANUARY so 2/27 is the 31ST DAY. So my son has to wait an additional day for his MENTAL HEALTH MEDICATION that has to be taken at the same time every day, because their 12 year old idiot that they hire to answer the phone in the pharmacy CANT READ A CALENDAR.

I had no choice but to switch pharmacies. The way the pharmacist talked to me last time was obnoxious and disrespectful. The way she yelled at an elderly man for not having an up to date aarp card a month previous to my instance with her should have been my cue to switch. I would be embarrassed having someone like her representing my company in any capacity. Report her to corporate.

No issues with the pharmacy. However, everything, and I mean everything, that I have purchased there otherwise ends up being expired. Need a covid test? Yeah, theirs are expired. Soup? Expired? Popcorn? Expired. Cookies? Expired.

Do I come here for the occasional general-store need? Yes.Does this location have self-check out? Yes!! (Big win over the local Walgreens which is much nicer inside though).Is the interior or parking lot nice? Not particularly.Does it usually take me 20 minutes to either find or not find what I’m looking for and thought would take 20 seconds? Yes!Have I gotten the flu shot and COVID vaccines here without issue? Yes!

I am a physician practicing in USA for last more that 30 years. This is my first time complaining against the service of any pharmacy.Whenever I leave a message for the pharmacist at this CVS location, requesting some medicine for my patient and later patient checks with pharmacy, he gets reply that doctor has not left any message!This has been happening again and again.Called today to give this feedback to the pharmacist and was told that as they have only one pharmacist they can not do any better!!

Worse CVS pharmacy I have been too!Waiting on the drive thru for 10 minutes and keep been told "someone would be with you in a minute" keep getting interrupted by the person telling me this. Came inside 4 people inside the pharmacy and only one person taking care of the register. Pharmacist are rude as hell.

Awful pharmacy department, asked the pharmacist if a certain med contained a compound I cannot have due to having epilepsy and was told “NO WHY DO YOU THINK IT CONTAINS THAT?” I will be switching locations as this is the worst service I’ve ever seen.

I always love going to cvs, I always find what I need, and usually, actually most of the time I find so much more than I intended to go for.. lol 😁 But that's not a bad thing for cvs.

Thank God this is not our regular CVS! They have no clue what they are doing!! We were sent here because a certain medication is out of stock elsewhere. We called to make sure they had it. We were told they do. Our doctor sent it over. We called to see if they filled it. We were told by a guy that answered it was filled and ready to pick up. We were leaving to go pick it up and receive a text. We no longer have the medication you requested. What?? Really?? To make matters worse I call them back and hold for quite some time. No problem - everyone is short staffed. Someone at the pharmacy picked up the phone, said NOTHING and hung up on me. Not once but three times. No, it was not a phone line problem. And don’t even bother blaming it on Covid. Everybody knows how to answer the phone. It was very clear the phone was being picked up and immediately hung up. I hope this is one of the CVS that are closing. They do not deserve to be in business. Our regular pharmacy is short staffed and they are ALWAYS helpful, considerate and answer the phone!! I guess location is everything!

This pharmacy consistently, month after month... doesn't prepare my scripts appropriately. It takes multiple attempts to get the scripts my doctors have sent to the pharmacist. Even when the drs office calls them. They have a terrible attitude and horrible customer service. I would not recommend this location.

And more medical items that when you come from the hospital and then you have to pick something up such as top hats. They don't have enough medical equipment in there by far and they should have more stuff or maybe they need a bigger CVS they don't need more space but other than that the people are very friendly there and prices are very reasonable it was very clean and very organized

This CVS location always seems severely understaffed. Whether it’s up front or the pharmacy - I’m always in here for what seems like at least 20 minutes when I am trying to get only a couple of items. I have been here countless of times when there is a line of 7 people at least and only one register open. The staff up front have been friendly when check me out. I just think they need to hire more people.... also pharmacy hours it would be nice if they were open a little later at night

CVS carries iOS and Android recharging cables - in different lengths. Invaluable when phone needs charging and one is 150 miles from home.

I'm changing pharmacies. The Dr. sends a prescription to them, they either "didn't receive it" or they change the amount of pills without letting me know why. All I want is a simple explanation and not to be talked down to.

Crabby pharmacists. Not personable at all,always in a big rush and dont want to hear questions about your scripts.If you dont use the automated script fill on the phone which doesnt work,you can hear them muttering when you have to order manually.Always a line at the drive thru,and dont you dare smoke a cig in your car IN the drive thru or they WILL yell at you.Screw up your scripts,dont fill scripts. I switched pharmacies,enough is enough.

The staff at this pharmacy is terrible. They believe in getting rid of their customers. If your prescription is 10 hours ahead of a walk-in customer, they would refill prescription of that walk-in customer first. That's exactly what I was told by an idiotic staff member.

Complete cluster *&%$#. A script is sent by my doctor over 30 plus hrs ago. Went thru insurance bs as it is a change in the prescription and even called NYS teamsters and they called ans okd rx change. 3 hrs plus later and oh its out of stock? Really? So 30 plus hours ago it woupd not be ordered? I think a call to NYS re license and maybe investigating!

The employees at this location are wonderful and do the best they can with what they have. The fact that these folks come to work and run a store whilst being horribly understaffed speaks volumes. Treat them with respect and you will receive it in turn.
