The Olde Country Store & More in North Cohocton since 1849. The gals who run it are amazing they're always there to accommodate you. There are so many unique goodies along with German ware. One of my favorites is Saturday Soup. It's ready at noon until gone a different kind each week & always delicious! It's a very special place.

Very nice country store!!! Owned by German women. Every Saturday homemade soup and bread delicious 😋You can find local artisans and crafters also they have imported German foods, ornaments and meats. If you like candy you can make your own candy bag they even have old day favorite candy 🍬. A bit of everything. Definitely recommend a visit.

Like walking back in time to the old general stores little bit of everything and lots of candy one entire side of the store is dedicated to it local crafts as a wonderful section dedicated to german food candy and gifts... definitely worth a visit

Great old style nostalgia from when I remember as a kid. Pick your candy with cherry cola sticks even. Friendly people and even Christmas.

This place is a must "go to". Freshly baked goods daily, homemade soups, and novelty penny candy n' sweet treats. Local artistry, along with beautiful Deutschland keepsakes. 👍🏼👍🏼

We have passed by this small hamlet numerous times. Today we just happened to venture into the village and saw this interesting shop. It was a nice treat.. some unique items, finger lakes memorabilia, local and imported foods and many, many candies (and many from my childhood that I did not think were still made). Enjoyed the visit and picked up a few items including a nice finger lakes t-shirt.

A must stop! Bulk candy, German foods, and local artisan products. On Saturdays they have soup and it's amazing!

After too long of driving by saying I need to stop at the shop I finally did! What a wonderful establishment! The vibe is very welcoming and the merchandise is more vast in options then one would imagine. Not only can I get candy and a variety of soda pop you don't see at the average shop, there is sauces, gifts, meat snacks and more. Any guest that comes to visit me is brought to this little staple of naples!If you haven't yet 10 outa 10 highly recommend

Love this store, they have the greatest items and the best home made soup ever. Live in Canandaigua and will go out of my way just to go there. Best candy selection ever, just grab a bag and go nuts. Best country store ever, you can find amazing things in this store. The people who work there are friendly and helpful, down home goodness. Try it you to will want to keep going back.

A store in the tradition of the great old small town country stores. This one may be more geared towards handcrafted collectibles and candy, but when you walk through that door it will feel like you stepped back in time to that favorite country store from your childhood. Definitely worth the time to stop in, look around, and say hi to the very friendly propriator.

The lady at the checkout counter is fabulous! Always is kind and checks to make sure you found all that you were looking for. They have really turned this store into a gem! Sells River Rat cheese!!!

Old time candy store n other goods might n might not need. But youll find something you want n buy. We sat on porch n watch traffic on old bench seats. Really cool n out in boonies. We bought a delicious elder berry pie from a refrigerator on the front porch. Money goes in mail slot.

Bulk candy galore! Also an awesome German goods section with chocolates, various ingredients and beautiful glass figurines straight from Germany. There are homemade soups on Saturdays which are delicious.Home items including wall decor, candles, and some jewelry. A great stop if you are in the area.

I love this store and the owners. It is a family run business and you will always be greeted with a smile. They have great merchandise and the prices are reasonable. You can buy local items and souvenirs. Home of the Green Heart of the Fingerlakes.

The history behind this store as well as the items they sell were amazing. The young lady that shared the history of her family, pieces of now art, truly are a treasure to see and admire. 🍬 Candy, you can't imagine...I know I'll be revisiting!

What a quaint little place with antique decorations.! Lots of "penny" candy, locally made crafts, puzzles, canned and boxed food, and more. I couldn't resist buying a hand crafted pendant necklace with the Finger Lakes etched in it made by crafters in my home town of Cohocton.
