Very friendly owner, very clean room with comfortable mattresses. The double bed plus a day bed make it great for a family vacation to the country. As noted, it does feel like grandma's house as it is an older building with older fittings, but lovingly maintained. Very charming.All this, and the price is hard to beat!

Clean, welcoming, and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful owner. Beautiful little town, short walks to the local store. So glad we found this little gem!Generally accessible - 29" wide doorway, 1-2" steps into each room, open space for maneuvering. Average height toilets, deep bathtubs.

My children and I stayed a few nights and we loved it. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was really nice and made sure we had every thing. Very reasonable rates. If you like a country setting then stay here.

Room was cozy, comfy, and clean. Kim was very nice and welcoming! There's a grocery within walking distance with great sandwiches and wings. Highly recommend, will definitely be back! :)

Cannot say enough. Initially apprehensive at low price but excellent reviews made me take the chance.Definitely a retro experience but VERY enjoyable.Rooms clean and comfortable and the owner Kim was very accomodating and a great resource on area activities. Very quiet street. The beds were made up like real beds and had printed flannel sheets. Nice country reataurant just up the road.Probably stop there sometime next year for fall color and maybe wine tours.

Lived here for a month or so while working out of town. Let me just say.....Fantastic place to stay!!!!!! Very clean rooms, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Kim(the owner and manager) is a hard worker for sure!

Like spending the night at grandmothers house. Nice & clean, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.Good location for day trips around upstate New York. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Spent two nights here while visiting to hike at Letchworth. The owner was very friendly and the room was clean. Would absolutely stay here again next time I am in the area!

It is so adorable and comfy, watching the stars from the chairs outside our room is magical, it's a beautiful place and has an amazing woman running it all
