I own a T-Mobile 5G Hotspot that has given me great service in the past couple of years. I recently experienced a problem that was beyond my ability to correct when trying to use the hotspot. I dropped by the Cobleskill store where the manager attempted to diagnose and fix the issue. Almost 2 hours later after trying everything he and I could think of he gave me a phone number for tech support. He apologized profusely for not being able to correct the issue himself right there. After contacting the telephone # he provided, the issue was quickly corrected by the customer service rep who made it clear the store could not have fixed it at their level, it had to be done at a higher level of service.The service and reception I received at the Cobleskill store was of the highest quality. Every effort was made to solve my issue and a polite and professional attitude was displayed by all staff. I will return there for future purchases and service without hesitation. Thank You!

Stopped by to see if this location had the phones that I was looking for. Once we determined that they were in stock we began the upgrade process. This turned out to be a really great experience. Luke,Christian L, Andrew and Vernon were awesome.I can’t speak highly enough about this team. Well done. Even though this branch is about a 30 minute drive from home, I will use them and recommend them. 10 out of 10

I switch to T-Mobile yesterday. I was told that I would get reception in my area. I get nothing and I am so angry about this.And now a couple of weeks later, I received a bill for the billing cycle. When I called about this bill, I was told that I was responsible for paying for the cycle where I received no service on my phone—after I was told that I would have service in my area. Terrible business practices. I will certainly not recommend T-Mobile to anybody.

I went into the store looking for information about T-mobile and was greeted by such great staff and a very nice looking store. Shout out to Andrew for explaining everything to me so I actually understood it!

I was traveling through, andhaving minor issues with my phone, and Christian was absolutely amazing, fixed EVERY question I had, which were many. He also gave me suggestions of places to try for homemade treats for my dog(she was with) AMAZING customer service!!
