Very clean store. Uncluttered aisles. Friendly staff abound. It was a very pleasant shopping experience. The produce section had a great selection of fresh looking vegetables, berries, and fruits. Plenty of parking in front of the store, and room for big rigs like campers to get in and out if you park along the outer perimeter.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The fried chicken was horrible. It was mushy and the inside was fairly dry. When I read the label, there were so many chemicals in it. It just seems like a crime that you can't make chicken without all of these chemicals that really can make you sick and cause cancer.

It was our first time in one of these supermarkets and it was a new experience. They have plenty of the same options you would find in other establishments but I believe their hot food section allows them to stand out. Along with having a pharmacy within will give shoppers a one stop option if they so choose. I just might try another location if I see one again.

great store with friendly staff price chopper offers great deals if you are an advantage member. it is important to Join to receive discounts and participate I'm progr give aways.Price chopper has higher quality food products items available for purchase such as fresh seafood, meat department, and produce depart. However, Higher quality products come with a higher price tag when compared with other discount grocery stores such as Walmart aldis shop Rite etc

There is a variety of produce, not everything all the time but usually top shelf quality. Aisles stocked and clear. Bakery’s goods are always tempting. Deli and dairy have a wide selection (I like local grass milk) always fresh. Upfront, CW has a pleasant, friendly, genuine demeanor and knows how to transact efficient customer service. She can be a CEO. Her cohort, Jack the Packer, took a different approach to bagging groceries. Casually rejecting geometry and physics, his use of the Zen of Grocery Bagging, was blindingly scientific. I was skeptical, but at the end of the twisty turns home… everything stayed in the bags. A first. The woodchuck that sometimes benefits from my runaway driveway produce was nonplussed. Bravo! You just never know what is going to happen next at PC!

Ok selection given the area. Store is a little dated and the parking lot is a bit dark. Jack R. is a great cashier, greets you with a nice smile and a fun sense of humor. Thanks for making the boring experience of shopping a better one.

Overall a good place with nice deals and fair prices. I even got an Advantage Card yesterday. My only problem with this location is rude staff. My boyfriend and I were doing our monthly shopping there yesterday and were checking out groceries. He was bagging and I was placing things on the conveyor belt. Then while I was placing more things on, the lady then started yelling at me out of the blue "No! No! No! Stop not yet!" like I was a little kid. Apparently she was trying to count items in a pile she had pulled together and started pushing other things I placed back a ways on the belt. I apologize, I was not aware you were trying to count products, or whatever it was you were doing, but that does not give you the right to snap at me for no reason because I was placing more of my basket items on the belt like I'm supposed to. You could have been more clear and level headed on what you were doing, most cashiers don't count out items when it's not the 15 or less line. Mind you we were not in the 15 items or less line, we were in the one that was in front of that one, not sure what number it was. I didn't yell back and just put more items towards the back where she had pushed all the other items, kinda weird trying to stand in line and not cry from embarrassment and being berated for doing nothing wrong. If we didn't have such a large cart we would have used self checkout instead and saved the grief.I know it's hard to find good workers, but please make sure the workers you do have are not treating your customers this way by yelling at them for no reason and are being trained in appropriate customer service. I'll be avoiding that cashier from now on.

Always out of a lot of items that I need. I don't think they rotate their stock very often either. Same boxes of crackers on the Shelf with a October 24th 2018 expiration date for 6 months( pic taken today).

Very good store with chopped prices. Advantage card increases value. Clean, friendly, and helpful staff. Cobleskill is becoming a city, but price chopper is staying quality.

The worst products and worst customer service. The produces are not fresh at all. Almost all the organic fruits and vegetables are not fresh. I bought organic broccoli and it was all molded and had lots of bugs in it. Can you believe that. I took it back to the store and showed it to the manager there and she didn’t even care about it. She did not even apologize. The first thing she said was: “I cannot refund you if you do not have the receipt”. I told her I was not here to get my money back. I was there just to let them know about the situation and the produces quality. She was so rude. I even showed her the rest of broccoli packages in the store that were molded but she didn’t care. The beyond meat products in this store are also all expired!!!!

Meat & produce products are great. Seafood is good. Deli meat is good. The price is higher but the quality is the best around.

Eh... Could be better. It's very dirty looking and could use an update. I feel like I am stepping into the 80s. It's also kind of a bummer that they aren't 24 hrs anymore.

For a store that's smaller than I'm used to, everything is organized very well so it was easy to find everything I needed. The produce section was kept up-to-date (which is a huge plus since a lot of stores' produce sections are terrible during these times) and the workers were quite friendly too. It gets a bit hard to navigate when it gets busy though since some of the isles are small and turning into different ones can be a little narrow. The prices are pretty good here too for the most part, I've seen cheaper things here compared to Wal-Mart, but there were some stuff that was very expensive compared to other retailers. The bakery isn't too bad either, their cakes usually range from 7+ dollars for a decent-sized cake, and it doesn't have that boxed-cake mix taste to it anymore either (at least the ones I've gotten). As far as I've seen, the deli isn't bad, at least when I went there, there were no issues, though the food-court area was a little more messy than I expected, but nothing too bad.

The Deli is the most filthy, unsanitary and cringe worthy place to get meat and cheese.First off, I have had a problem with this location a few times. The staff is very rude. The slicer had various kinds of meat and cheese build up on it. Clearly using the same slicer for both and not cleaning in between. Huge violation. I informed both the deli manager and store supervisor (as the store manager was not in) that the deli was in despair. They both took no interest in my concern and brushed me out of the store. Very rude and very disappointed in staff and cleanliness of this store. Beware!

Store smells funny sometimes. Very long wait times on the checkout. It is not the employees faults but a lot of the older people like to shop there. The store manager does not do anything to help speed up the check-out process, or maybe they do, but I don't like going there because I know it'll take me 30 minutes to grab an item and wait to check out!

Price chopper has some good products stocked here so we come here but wont do a full shopping list because prices are just way to high. Gas prices have dropped a long time ago yet food prices are still the same an never dropped no where near they should have. Their profits are great to bad for us i guess.

Great place for certain fresh foods. Sometimes overpriced. Meat and seafood dept has a great selection. Produce is a much better quality than other local stores. The building is in need of updating but it is par for course for the town of Cobleskill.

I love this store. Everyone in the pharmacy is awesome. Miss Amy and Scott are like family to us. They welcomed us to the area and made us feel welcome

This Price Chopper has more items in stock than the larger Price Chopper in Oneonta. In this Price Chopper, I easily find the vegetable egg rolls, and some dog products, they are not out of stock. It ranges from three star to four star depending on the products. They have an organic produce section that is very nice like the one in Oneonta, NY, but the organics are usually in stock, and the veggie pepperoni are usually in stock. The parking lot is similar to most superstore parking lots in the Otsego County area and Schoharie County area--made for Reptilians, no shade trees and it can get hot in the summer.

My cashier was closing after me for the end of his shift. But was so great and patience with me having 3 different orders and not having all of my coupons ready for each order which made him late clocking out for the end of his shift. I know I said this twice he deserves to have it mentioned twice. If I was at any other store and had the same situation the cashier would be complaining about it the whole time. I apologized for making him late clocking out, i thank him for being such a great cashier and that I hope he doesn't get in trouble for because of me. He said no don't worry about it was his pleasure to helping me and he usually clocked out on time so he won't get in any trouble. He wishes me a great rest of my evening and I did the same to him and thanked him one more time as I walked away. This price chopper usually has very speedy, helpful, and courteous cashier's.‼‼‼ ❤❤❤😆😆😆💯💯💯👍👍👍

Price Chopper burns my five-stars because their produce and meat is above the quality of almost any other grocery store I shop at. Generally organized and things are easy to find. Their sales are excellent.

Continually improving vegetarian and vegan options (field roast burgers rock!). Easy parking and centrally located in Cobleskill. Great sandwiches from deli counter (they are massive). Florist for special occasions. Great gas rewards program. New self checkout section with six stations keys you slip the lines if you go during peak hours.

Clean up the store. Bakery needs not to display old bakery goods. Fish dept needs fresh fish display. Meat dept I give a D. The store has changed for the worse. Displays are opsolete. We need a better market here.

Nothing fancy. A strictly business, small, old school grocery that hasn't been made over to have the WF, TJ, Sprouts vibe. Friendly cashier, stocked shelves, good sales. Regular prices can be high on some items.

I feel the need to post a review because I have become so disappointed with this store. I live downstate and come up to the Schoharie area on the weekends. I don't shop here as often as most of the locals, but it has been my to go to place for many years. My last 2 visits made me not want to return because there was a terrible odor toward the entrance of the store. One week, it smelled like rotten chicken and today it smelled like there was a sewage backup coming from the restroom. No shopper wants to smell odors like these upon entering a store and continue shopping there. Clean your act up!

Be careful when shopping here. Check expiration dates! If buying vegetables check for moldy products on the bottom of packaging. management is very poor. For over 6 months I told them they needed bags for the meat department. The lady manger blew it off. I would suggest that you pay attention to price also many of the name brand products are 15-20% more than Walmart and smaller packaging.

In town for the fair and seen the sign out front and on the building said 24 hours but was disappointed when the doors are locked. Yall should really think about really changing the signs or leave the store open 24 hours.
