05/07/2020: My Husband went to dollar tree this morning not knowing it was senior day for the first hour they are open. He said he was sorry to the Cashier and she continued to be extremely rude. For one he has Immune issues which makes him just at risk as any older person. She straight up told him not to shop while there was one older lady in store and he was waring a mask. There are much nicer ways to handle these situations. When i got off work I went to dollar tree to complain to a manager. For one I waited five minutes to even talk. Then i waited another 15 minutes while he was in the office looking for a complaint form. I don't know either of there names. The lady was older and extremely rude. And the young boy manager ran away from me.

I usually go in here and it's a good experience. Today I went in here and the cashier never smiled once and looked like she was annoyed because we had so many items to ring out. If people would just smile once in awhile especially the lady today at the register I'd be happier to be in the store.

I love going to all dollar tree stores. They have great house hold items and little things that the kids love. Its my go to store for cleaning supplies, office supplies, school supplies and much more. The cashiers are always friendly and staff does not follow you around the store pretending to stock things. As a young black male that is very important to me because its annoying amongst other things. In dollar tree you can ball out with out breaking the bank. Lol. Most importantly they always have little educational material to reinforce what your child is learning or not learning at school.

It's a dollar store. Your going to find some good buys, and some cheap buys. Your getting what you pay for at times.I went in looking for some Christmas decorations for 2018, but was less than impressed with the quality of what was provided. Though there were some nice peices.The isles were mainly clear, but some spaces we're very tight. I have seen boxes all over the store before, as another reviewer mentioned.The staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.Out back of the store; behind the building; they have 3 huge garbage containers. Full of cardboard. They are lined side by side, into the road that leads behind the building towards Walmart. There has been times where I've seen vechiles going both ways almost have an accident due to the narrow path created by the dumpsters.2ndly, I've seen many people rummaging through them to get boxes for themselves. Potentially a risk for someone to get hurt.I have also witnessed first hand, a pair of employees a few months ago, come out to throw boxes in. The dumpster was completely full, so 1 employee climbed up, and started stomping the boxes down to create space. Huge safety factor there.With the amount of boxes they go through on a weekly basis, it would probably be best if they had a cardboard bailer.

This store in Cobleskill, NY (Store #503) is typically in various stages of disarray. The men's room is filthy, its floor hasn't been mopped in months. Most of the employees can be found smoking out front with one employee left inside to do all the work. Those that identify themselves as management can be heard badmouthing the store and grousing about work and customers. If you have to use the restroom while they're unloading a truck, it sounds like a teenagers party complete with yelling and cursing. If you have the option, go to another store.
