I live in Albany and got an appointment to see a doctor in Cobleskill. Not feeling well the doctor called in an antibiotic. The pharmacy was very accommodating in helping me get my prescription filled. Customer service was great. Shannon was super nice and helped me check out my additional needs. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and happy to take the time to answer my questions

Truly awful pharmacy. I realize they had to take on the load from Walgreens closing, but the staff here is rude and don't know what they're doing. Switched my prescriptions over to Price Chopper and don't have to wait ten minutes (literally) to get my Rx's and the staff there is friendly and seem knowledgeable.

Pharmacist and workers are great. But Corporate keeps them from stocking certain medications. So I had to wait a week or more for my RX every refill.

Melissa was my cashier and she was very rude. She made me feel like I was a nuisance for even being in the store. Very bad customer service.

Would give this a negative 10 if I could, had a question about a Covid test and the lady at the pharmacy flipped out and said she did all the tests she was supposed to do for the day and to go on CVS.com to make an appointment not in the store...well excuse us for having questions find better people to work there that can answer questions politely, not snap at you for having questions. Dark haired lady older with glasses!!!!
