I have had very positive experiences while searching for horse fencing tools that I have not used before. When I was uncertain as to how to use the fence stretcher, an associate pulled up a “how-to” video on the computer and we watched it together. Any questions I had were addressed! Thank you for superb customer service. I’m installing my fence now!

We love this store they sell such a variety. I can get gardening supplies while my man gets lumber and hardware we can get a treat for the pup and even bring her in. They sell clothes, bathroom remodel supplies and so much more. Staff is always down to earth

Kelly's Agway is just the best place for all of your home and small (or large) farm needs. All of the employees are so nice and very helpful. They are never understaffed which is a nice surprise for customers in the area. Their rewards program sends me at least $5 per month in emails which I really appreciate. Bring your dog (on a leash) and let the cashier's treat him or her to a bunch of biscuits! They are all so kind.

Super friendly staff. Ready to help with any question. Seem to suffer a bit from logistics for restocking popular items. But otherwise a pleasant place to shop. In fact they had 12v batteries for the quad when all others in town didn't! And Walmart really stinks now. So come to Agway instead!

I rarely write reviews, but felt one was warranted. I'm outfitting a new vacation home and needed 2 necessary but big ticket items...a grill and a chainsaw. I visited a similar store about 40 minutes away and they did not have what I was looking for. I decided to check out Cobleskill as I had been there for small things in the past and I am glad I did. They had a nice selection of grills including the model I wanted. They offered free assembly which saved me 2-3 hours easily. I took a floor model and two kind gentlemen loaded it into my truck.After that, I went next door to the power equipment section. I had a rough idea as to what chainsaw I wanted and the staff there made my final decision. They outfitted me quickly, made sure the saw worked, gave me some advice and off I went with my new grill and Stihl saw.Don't waste time going anywhere else, just go here for friendly and honest service.

Went here for our Christmas tree again this year. Thay have a very good selection of sizes and a couple of different kinds. The gentleman was very helpful as he took our tree and cut the bottom and asked us if we wanted it netted. We paid for our tree, which the employee was very patient with letting our very excited 2 and 3 year olds pay for the tree. They loaded our tree for us and we were on our way.

I'm a fan of this place, they have pretty awesome customer service, a small area by the register with natural products, and if u need pellets, or chlorine, either one, winter or summer, the best guy there is tim. He's a beast, and pleasant.
