The pool is great, I love the hot tub when there aren’t 50 people in it. The sauna is nice, also when there aren’t a bunch of teenagers in it. It’s a nice place but very outdated. It definitely goes with the older ski mentality but couldn’t be brought up to the times just a bit. It’s a really nice place and the people that work there are absolutely wonderful.Rooms: The rooms are quaint but a bit outdated, they are clean though !Nearby activities: Ski school and tubing are a must for activity !!Walkability: It’s right on the slopes and near places to eat!

Take a step back in time and discover this old-timey resort. From the beautiful Tudor structure to the huge fireplace in the dining hall, this place has it all. We stayed in a loft which was cool but disappointing to learn the little balconies are being are being removed due to lack of supervision with children jumping off it. But I digress. The facial I had at the spa was outstanding! The pool is humongous as is the indoor-outdoor hot tub! The food was good and we enjoyed a nice hike around the area since the snow wasn't cooperating. I encourage anyone to take a little trip back in time to this gem in SW NYS.

To me this is the most underrated hotel I have been to! It was outstanding at first when I read reviews I got a little bit worried but truly there is nothing to worry about! The hotel is amazing for families we came with two young kids 2 and 4 and had the best time! Food, service, entertainment for families was great! The only reason I didn't give it the 5 stars is because the floors are a bit outdated leading to the room areas and have a bit of a smell to them that it looks like they are trying to take care of! The rooms look wise is also outdated but so clean and comfy I really had no issues with them and was happy with it! However this really didn't impact our stay and it was truly outstanding! I can not wait to come back again! We truly were blow away by everything!

This is one of the gems I’ve come across in my travels. Off season prices are ideal at $97 a night. There is an outdoor and indoor pool on site. The outdoor pool has a decent water slide. The pools are no extra charge while you stay at the resort. The ambiance is gorgeous. I would like to get remarried, only to use this as a venue. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be here in the winter. Lots of cozy fireplaces throughout the property. Fun activities for kids, zip line, flying eagle, indoor playground, mini golf. On-site restaurants are yummy food, a bit spendy but supply & demand. I wish I lived closer only to visit this resort more often. What a gem.

Love everything about the peak. Great place to ski as a family, great place to stay. Staff is wonderful! Love coming here… and if you haven’t tried the buffalo chicken pizza at sugar shack, then you are missing out!

We had a really nice stay at the Inn. Our room was at the end of the building so we could walk out the door and be right at the lift. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was a nice feature, I just wish we could have used it more. It wasn't open when we went down there in the morning when it said the pool was supposed to be open. The sauna was also closed. Other than that, the place is clean and very nice and the restaurants on site have really great food! I'm looking forward to staying again some time.

Great weekend of skiing and swimming. The room was clean and comfy. Love the hot tub that goes from inside to outside, sitting outside in it while it was snowing was an awesome experience.

This was my first visit to the peak and overall it was a very nice and relaxing stay. My girlfriend and I are not into skiing, snowboarding, golf, or most snow related activities. We were staying for just a relaxing getaway. The room was clean, comfortable and the amenities were just as expected. The Regency pub was a nice laid back place with live music and a good size bar. The royal court was nice but I wish it was a little more upscale and had an area for children or did not allow them in. We had reservations for our anniversary dinner and due to the warm winter this year it was mostly empty. Unfortunately there was a family with 3 kids 2 tables away. Normally that wouldn't be a problem but because it was so empty the parents were letting the children run around and were a little to noisy and distracting for a romantic dinner. Overall the stay was great though. The only other suggestion I would have is that the peak needs to put more photos of the room up. I actually had to google the place we were staying for pictures of inside the room.

This stay was a disappointing experience. We came because the website states that tubing is offered, however upon arrival we found out that tubing is NOT OPEN and that others have complained about this confusing advertising. They should list the specific dates when tubing is offered to avoid confusion. There were issues from check in through check out. The check in staff member was nice enough to apologize for his issues. The check in person also acknowledged that other guests have complained that they too were under the impression that tubing was available, based on the information offered on the website. The BEST staff we experienced were at the pool. That was the only positive experience. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was great! The sauna may need to be serviced to get evenly hot.The other staff need training on basic customer service. One staff member even tried to tell me that the website does not say that tubing is available. You shouldn't argue with your customers, but rather listen to what they are saying. I have visited many ski resorts and if there are date restrictions, they are clearly stated. I cannot find where it states that tubing does not start until mid-December (as we were told at check in), if that is indeed the case, why would you not share this information with your potential guests? We wouldn't have wasted our time coming had we known that you were not going to offer tubing until mid-December. We came as a family for tubing and spent money to stay for 2 nights for nothing. . It is almost as if you want to get guests to come, spend their money on their rooms because you need guests. We learned a lot from the locals as well. It appears that this is scheme that the Inn uses year round to get people to stay at the resort from golfing season through skiing. That is sad!The rooms are outdated and smell. In the room you leave signs that state that earbuds are complimentary, but they are no where to be found. If you are not going to have something, remove the signs from the room. The toilet in our room had to be repaired, the room was so small that the pull out couch basically hit the fireplace when opened. It was a very cramped space. This "inn" needs to be updated. I am surprised this is now a Wyndham property. If we return to Peek 'n Peak we have no plans to stay here again, not worth the money or the hassle.

So here's the list:The hallways are beat up and smell like old McDonald's.The microwave was missing a leg (what?)The walls and wallpaper are scarred and stainedThe air conditioner unit was covered in rustThe caulking in the shower is mildewy and badly installedThe toilet leaks and has to refill itself every 8 minutes (I timed it because I'm weird)The bathroom door does not close successfully and, if forced, effectively traps the bathroom user (I had to get help from my wife to get out)My bed had hair in it.The light bulbs in the room are all different color temperatures, which is annoying, but more annoying is just how dim they are. It's literally twice as humid indoors as outdoors (not sure about you, but when I walk into an air conditioned room, I expect to dry off from the moisture outside, not have it get worse). The outside of the building hasn't seen maintenance for several years. The stucco is falling off the walls and is pretty ugly. The good:The pool complex is large and the pool and hot tub are cleaner than expected.Basically, if you're here to skii in the winter or swim in the summer, you're golden. It's the actual hotel portion that sucks.Ps: please pardon the tense discrepancies above, as I wrote part of the review at the hotel and part afterward.

Great place for a winter getaway! This was our first time and both our 2 and 6 year olds loved it. The pool area is gorgeous with an additional children's wading pool and an indoor/outdoor hot tub. My daughter went skiing for only the 2nd time ever and she loved it! We will definitely be back again. The only downfall was the amount of stairs to and from our hotel room and to and from the pool area. I was exhausted (I'm 5 months pregnant though ha!). Can't wait to visit when COVID settles down.

very well done for what they have to work with.when all natural snow had gone at the end of February, every trails was covered top to bottom, edge to edge.and groomed edge to edge... was very surprised at the quality of trail maintenance and preparation.the lodges were all very clean and maintained well and the food and drink was appropriately priced.service was excellent every where, lefties, wait staff, bar tenders, ticket window.parking lots where close to full but no over crowding at the lifts or on the hill.skier population is friendly.Ive skied around 50 areas in the last few years... this was the biggest surprise as to its quality for what little hill, location and population to draw from.Well done, take your kids and have a blast!

I am going to give 4 stars because the manager Eula was super nice and helpful. But the whole resort is outdated. The carpets are smelly, towels are small and overall you can see it needs help. But still we keep coming back because the nature golf and pool are beautiful and fun. Our kids love it.Thank you manager Eula! You make a big difference in the hotel industry. It's hard to find professionals like you and we travel a lot and can tell this.

This is quite easily one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. The pool was large, the indoor/outdoor hot tub was really cool and relaxing, and the indoor basketball court and turf soccer field was amazing. There were plenty of places to eat and hang out in the hotel, and their holiday celebrations were exceptionally festive.

Stayed for a wedding, one of the nicest golf courses I've ever played on. Staff is excellent and professional. Room was comfortable and clean. The lodging has come a LONG way since the Scotts purchased the resort. And seems to improve all the time. I recommend you experience as much as this place has to offer.

Had a horrible experience. We chose to spend our honeymoon here and we had multiple issues throughout our stay. I've been coming to the Peak for years for skiing and have always enjoyed it, but this was like a completely different resort. We had an issue with our bill which we had to look into several times to fix during our two night stay. The service was slow, staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Our room wasn't properly cleaned at our arrival as there was trash on the floor and scum and mold in the shower.

This place was kind of disappointing for the price we paid. We stayed here for a nearby wedding. The room was outdated in decor and amenities. Getting to our room was a hassle because it was a very far walk from the front desk. Also everything had a vague scent of being old and chlorinated. It's possible I just dont like the historic aesthetic, but for over the cost, I expected more. Unfortunately there's not many other options in the area for hotel staying. Next time I'm in the area I would try and find another location.

Rooms need some TLC... paint, carpeting. Bathrooms in two floor suites small and sitting area is cramped. Doors to rooms are loud when closing. Electric blind didn't work... calked desk twice and was never addressed. Staff are great. The Inns main areas are quaint.

We liked the old world charm of the hotel. Nothing special to talk about in the room. It was typical for a hotel room. My kids loved the pool, we didn't mind jumping in either because it was heated.

I love it here! I would give it 5 stars but it really bothers me that there is no recycling. We're out here in this beautiful nature and they have nowhere to put all these cans bottles and plastics.

First let me say the serenity spa was awesome and that was it the rest of the stay was unpleasing and misleading when making reservations no one care to mention that the Bistro 210 was clkitchen under renovations so the 50 dollars vouchers were useless had to travel to the golf course to grab a burger from the bar and grill that closed at 6pm so for the rest of the stay the only thing open was the bar where we had kettle chips the room we were in had no HEAT temperature was 58 had to move to another room the resort is definitely not what it used to be since change of owners its a high priced Hotel with dirty carpets and moldy smelling areas we were robbed no discount offered it was Horrible
