We went for a quick family getaway and this is just what we needed. There were seven of us, two adults and five children. We chose the two queen loft room. It was slightly cramped, but we definitely made it work. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. And two of the boys especially loved the indoor basketball court. We went nighttime tubing under the neon lights and everyone had a blast. Tubing was very reasonably priced as well. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.Food & drinks: We had drinks at the bar at the Bistro and the staff was friendly and attentive. We also had dinner there with the kids and although a bit pricey, the food was delicious and the service was great. We did lunch at the Sugar Shack and the view and atmosphere was great and the food was very reasonable.

The mid week ski free deal is awesome and totally worth it. We celebrated our anniversary here and it was a great location to get away. The resort is cozy and clean and the lodge is a great place to hang out in after a long dau of snowboarding and skiing. There are plenty of places to ski or snowboard down the hill and the staff was nothing but friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend.

Went skiing for the weekend with a group of friends. I had never skied or done anything similar to it. It was so much fun and I cannot wait to go back. The rental process was super easy despite me not knowing anything about skiing, the employees were nice and quick to help me when I had questions. I only went down two hills since I am new to skiing. It was a great experience and I hope to return a few more times this season.

This resort is gorgeous and the slopes are great . Skiing and snowboarding are so much fun and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. I stayed in the Lodge and the rooms were small but nice , the breakfast buffet at the lodge is so delicious called ( Bistro ) Staying at the lodge gives you the perk of being able to walk everywhere !

Our dining experience was a disaster. No dressing for the salad, they put tomatoes on our Caesar salad. Our steak was way overdone - for one person, the other person asked for no sauce, and they put it on anyways I had to send that back. We waited over an hour for service. My granddaughter got hurt on one of the lifts and Annex was no help at all and very nastyFood & drinks: You have a major Buffalo Bills playing at 8:25 Sunday night and they close the bar at 9:00 that is ridiculous

Usually very happy I come here every year but this year I drove two hours and took a vacation day from work to get there and find out the tubing hills were closed which I called same day prior and was told they would be open then when I got home credit card company informed me I was charged two for same amount and when spoke to accounting they couldn’t explain why someone signed there name to a credit card receipt of it was an accident why sign the the slip? All just leaves a bad taste in my mouth

My children call it The Giant Bunny Hill. There is a perfect learning lift and slope. A great place to learn to ski and snowboard. My wife was very happy with the room, such a miracle. End of the season rates were great. The skiing, snow boarding are still great. The snow is still in very good condition. Tubing was closed today. 03-20-2023. Be sure to check the weather, and road conditions.

Sad to see the parks be so lame now. The old PK2 parks were so much better. Now the parks have barely any flow and jerrys going everywhere. No challenging rails or fun gaps etc. Go to Holiday Valley or literally anywhere else.

I love this place. My brother & his wife got married here years back & my family made a return visit just for a vacation this last weekend. The rooms are quiet, clean & comfortable. The staff is friendly & accommodating. I actually spent a good deal of time running miles around the property & climbed up the mountain several times for a great workout… Saturday afternoon in the spa/hot tub I would not recommended for relaxation or quiet time, though - tends to be very busy with a lot of kids, be forewarned! ;)Rooms: Clean & well maintained, quiet too!Nearby activities: Running, zip lines, Presque isle, swimming, spa

Beautiful resort with a lot of activities even in summertime. The rooms are very nice and the beds a comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is very nice. The hotel is stunning. The pool area is fun and one of the best I have ever seen. I was impressed that they had a life guard on staff. The hot tub was on of the most unique and lovely. There is a chairlift with beautiful views, and a lot of adventures to do like ziplines and ropes course. The only thing I can complain about is the construction work directly outside my window but that is forgivable.

Some guy John b who works there cut me off on the bunny hill acted like it was my fault piece of shi$ I will never go to that place again then tried telling my wife I was a fault I had 3 witnesses that I didn't know seen it all I personally think it's a game These sick twisted employees do on purpose. My son seen him do it two 3 other people one was a young kid. Guy should be fired. Zero stars if I could. Fractured one of my ribs.

This place charging 5 star hotel prices while providing 2 star service and amenities. The people inside are great but completely untrained, and I feel completely ripped off paying $700+ for a two night stay. The cherry on top was that the last shuttle back to the hotel from the wedding left 30 minutes before it was supposed to... if you say 11pm then stay til 11pm, don't clock out at 1050 and leave people stranded.Weekend of June 2nd.

The room was big and spacious. The couch was dirty and had stains on it. The curtain had brown stains on it. Bathroom baseboards were dirty and had hair all over the top of it.Resturant was overpriced, and when we went to go get the breakfast buffet in the morning, they didn't have a menu for my child to eat something small, so we left. Staff looked stressed out and overworked. With how much money this place charges, you would figure it would be cleaner and updated. The pool was dirty, and no one was in it. I probably should have rented a condo.

Would not recommend! The halls have the worse odors. They don’t serve complimentary breakfast. The walls are paper thin. The people staying across from us were partying until 2:45 am with their barking dog. Then woke up at 5am from crying baby. Again paper thin walls. The bed and pillows are beyond uncomfortable. The whole hotel needs a renovation. I’d recommend staying at the Hilton instead.

While we did have a great time with their Summer Adventure activities, I have to share this "wonderful" service story. Our room didn't have a shower curtain, so I called the front desk to get one. The guy was making it sound like I wasn't going to be able to get one and literally asked me, "Do you really need one? There is a bath mat and towels that you could wipe up the floor with." Oh my!!! I really did just laugh at him. I then went down to the office to speak with him in person. He still made it sound like I wasn't going to be able to get one because he was the only one working and there were no housekeeping staff on duty. I told him that we were going swimming and that I expected to have a shower curtain when we returned. When we returned...we had a shower curtain!! It really shouldn't have been that difficult to get a shower curtain!!!!

Stayed here for a wedding on may 12-14. Overall the place is in need of a complete renovation. Especially the rooms. Old carpet, worn out couch. Nowhere to store clothes except for 3 drawers upstairs. We had a rod to hang clothes but only 4 hangers. Our phones didn’t work which was great when I had to walk to the front desk at midnight to complain about noise. Every time we turned the water on it was brown for a few seconds. I heard multiple people talk about that issue. We ate at the bistro Friday night and it was good but overpriced for the quality of the food we received. But the staff and service made up for that. Over all it’s an old place with air of charm but it’s falling apart. You can only leave things go for so long. Throwing in a couple new granite countertops doesn’t count as a renovated room. Only came because of this wedding and I will never come back.

The hotel common areas like the lobby were beautiful. The pool and hot tub are also very nice. The bistro inside the inn was beautiful but very overpriced. The other restaurants were ok and very overpriced. I ordered a salad for dinner that was just iceberg lettuce with basic toppings (cucumbers and tomatoes) and it was $14.00. The slopes were great - the kids and us love skiing here. The hotel room however was left to be desired for $399.00 a night we expected a lot more. Basic updates would go a long way here. The furniture was old and marked up. The walls had patched holes and the bathroom tub was stained. The ceilings remind me of asbestos style ceilings and are falling apart. The room had a weird air freshener smell on the bedding that gave me a headache. The fireplace was really the only nice thing about the room.We came twenty years ago and nothing has changed and I remember saying to myself I wouldn't stay here again... But we wanted to give it another try since it had been so long.I wouldn't stay at the hotel again... I would definitely come back and ski for the day!

This was our second stay over night at the resort. We love the pool and indoor playground (though we wish there were more of it). This visit, the playground area (mainly floor) was very visibly unclean. And the pool ran out of towels before 630pm. The pool is open until 10pm and they were not expecting any more clean towels for the rest of the night. In addition, the towels they do have are only slightly larger than hand towels. I was later told they had some towels on the way and there was only one working dryer due to a power outage previously. In the morning we went back to the pool and again no towels. Back at the room the bath water was brown and the shower wall has black mold up the whole corner. At night after waiting an hour for maintenance to come get the tv to work I canceled the service call and was told they were busy trying to get the band set up in the bistro at 1030pm. No blow dryer in room. No included breakfast. I understand things happen, but for $350 per night we were a little disappointed.

This is a great little resort. It might not have huge vertical, but there are lots of trails with good variety, including some fun terrain park features, and when I was there on a Saturday, there were no long lift lines or anything. It took forever to get a hot dog in the main lodge cafeteria, but I'm not holding that against them. Lift ticket window lines were non-existent. I really appreciate them being on Indypass, and hope to go back again in the future.
