This house is amazing! We are going to make an annual trip to this very house because it was just perfect! The colors and decorations are beautiful for one, but it had all the things for us. Not only is it literally 3 mins from the slopes, but the hot tub pool was a great way to relax at night after. We didn’t bring the kids this time but the play ground will be great to use for them. The popcorn machine and pong table were so fun! Even the table turns into a poker table which is right up our groups ally. And to top it all off, ITS ANIMAL FRIENDLY!! Not a lot of places with all the space and amenity’s will allow our four legged family to join on trips. The fire place in doors is was soooo cool and different, they even provide smores! BOOK THIS HOUSE IF YOU CAN! The owner is fast at responding as well with requests or questions. Thank you for making this trip unforgettable!

My family stayed at the Peak Shelter for a weekend to attend a wedding in the area and we wish we could've stayed longer! The home was spacious and comfortable with great amenities and it was super clean. Ryan the owner communicates with the renters well and is very kind. We all agreed we would definately book there again. Our only suggestion would be to add a bathroom to the barn that has the 2 bedrooms above it for added convenience for guests. We did not need to use those rooms but everyone agreed they would not be able to manage not having a bathroom available close by during the night. But again, we loved staying here in the main lodge & would definately return, it's a beautiful property!

We loved our stay. This place has everything you could need. Full kitchen had everything I needed to cook thanksgiving dinner. Bathrooms we’re fully stocked with so many towels not to mention body wash and shampoo. It was amazing. So many Little details like the s’more stuff for the kids. We had a great time just playing in the snow hanging out by the fire pit and the rustic hot tub was a cool experience. Highly recommend

Absolutely outstanding!! We recently stayed in this lovely house from Thursday to Sunday...just the indoor firepit in the sunken livingroom alone is a stunning feature! Everything was provided including the delicious tray of s'mores fixins. Beds were comfy cozy, kitchen was large & had all we needed, shower downstairs was divine, firepit outside let us gather round & laugh all night long! We even fit 6 adults in the wood burning hot tub! Definitely coming back!

This Airbnb was so nice for my college friends and I! We wanted one last hurrah before the semester got crazy, and this was the relaxing experience we had hoped for! There was a ton of space, so many extra things to do with the hot tub, fire pit, and swings…we had the best time! I would definitely come back here again!

What a beautiful resort. It was a perfect small getaway for me and my friends. The amenities were fantastic! There was cleaning supplies that made it very easy to clean up too! Love love loved it!

This property is located adjacent to our "private" vacation home and during the past weekend July 23/24, 2022 we were subjected to an "Animal House" party of drunk, noisy, rude (singing, cursing) crowd - certainly above the allowed 12 that are listed at maximum capacity. Extremely rude .... owner of property unable to take control of this party , never returned our numerous calls .(if someone wants to have a party, they should rent a party room, not a private home rented by an absentee landlord.) We finally called the Chauttaqua County Deputy Sheriff's Office to handle the roudy, drunken crowd!

This is a huge drunken party house! More than 11 cars there last night! Very remote area but really well lit all night, Cops in Chautauqua county are pretty far away, so party on

Great place! Couple minor issues but Ryan was very responsive to getting things fixed quickly. Place was spacious enough for 3 families with young kids. Would stay again!
