I have been going to the CVS pharmacy in Clinton for many years though I do not personally know anyone there. I find their staff very helpful and polite. I think they have at times a very difficult job trying to refill prescriptions so quickly, attend to and cash out customers, answer phones and so on. CVS staff in Clinton NY do their jobs well and professionally despite the pressure to do so many things. I’m very happy doing business there

Average most staff and place is nice, real issue is sometimes pharmacy if it's 5-10 mins before their lunch some of them shut down n scoot out just to see your reaction and love making you wait the hour. Happened 2x to me, and aren't as open to helping you with questions

The store itself is ok. But if you interact with the tall, thin white guy with the long mustache… walk away. He’s a real jerk. As a manager of a very large retail store in the area, I can tell you I would never hire him. He gives off major bad vibes. One time he even chased my 76 year old mother out to the parking lot because for some reason he thought she stole something. Absolutely atrocious behavior. I’ve started going to Kinney now.

Have been dealing with this pharmacy for a while now. The majority of the time they are very rude. Most recently today the pharmacist decided to raise her voice and aggressively type on her keyboard and slam it down. Pharmacist said she can’t be excepted to deal with an issue we are having with a prescription on a Saturday. All this with a line of customers that can see and hear her. Wife was perfectly pleasant and this is the response she got. Also asked asked a simple question about a transaction from a month ago and instead of a simple no we cannot do that they shame you for even asking and make sure you feel stupid. I know people have bad days but at this cvs pharmacy it seems like that is everyday and they take it out on the customer. Regional office will be getting a call about this last and final straw with this pharmacy. If you have had issues here I encourage you to share them as a review and then maybe employees attitudes will change but until then good luck dealing with them.

By far the rudest pharmacist I’ve ever had to speak with. Was unwilling to work with me AND my doctor on filling a prescription I’ve been getting for years. His cocky and condescending tone is not something you’d expect from a pharmacist, especially dealing with psych patients. He clearly has no moral issue withholding medication from his patients and is very accusing in his short explanation on why, which was based solely on his feelings/opinion of me and not what the records show I needed. Horrible pharmacist and most likely horrible person.

Do not go to this CVS save yourself the trouble and go to the Kinneys less than a quarter mile away. The Kinneys is bigger and cleaner. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and the line didn’t move an inch, every time I go there the line takes forever if it even moves before I give up.

I scheduled a time to get a covid booster shot through their website and was set up to go in on my lunch break. When I walked in, I was told that they don't have an agreement with my insurance, which in and of itself is okay - I get that. But the pharmacist also said that while they could administer the vaccine through the uninsured pool, as she was unsure if they would be paid for my vaccine it would just be best if I went somewhere else. A gigantic waste of my time, and pretty insulting as well.
