Doug is great! I came as a new customer after popping my tire at work—despite my unplanned arrival my car was serviced quickly. Doug was very communicative, detailed, and honest. Upon retrieving my car I noticed my paperwork was neatly placed in the passenger seat with a packet of oreos on top, which I just loved. It’s a small gesture but speaks volumes about their customer service. I will absolutely be returning and recommending Clinton Auto to others.

I had my oil changed at Clinton auto today and as always they did an exceptional job. Their lobby was clean, drinks were there for the taking, while you waited. The bathroom was also clean. There was plenty of parking, Cash or credit was excepted.

Doug and the rest of Clinton Auto made my first experience here great! I initially came in for a scheduled inspection, but was faced with some unexpected problems that needed to be fixed. Doug was very thorough while explaining my options and was even able to squeeze me in same day to fix the problems.As a young woman, going to auto shops is frequently overwhelming. I am happy to say that Clinton Auto provided me with a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend!

Who said they are dependable?? THEY ARE NOT!!!we brought our collision car with insurance estimate. They did not even look at the car yet told us “Parts are back ordered. We have NO IDEA when they come in. We let you know once they come in”After that, no nothing. No returning calls, too busy to talk.If they don’t/can’t repair, they should have said so. We did not appreciate that they pretended to care while no intention.I even started wondering if they might be against service member, or nearby college. Because that’s who we are!!!THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE WORST.

I am truly so impressed by this place. Everyone here is so nice and helpful, and they are so knowledgeable. I was blown away by how reasonably priced they are. Got my oil change here which I use European synthetic and it was cheaper here than any other place I’ve been too. They were so kind they even gave me a courtesy car wash after my vehicle inspection. Family owned and totally interested in you having a great experience with what ever your vehicle needs. Always friendly and always looking out for you and making sure your ride is safe. Needed repairs are recommended and you will be told ahead of time what the cost will be. I moved up here 5 years ago. I had for 25 + years taken my car to a family owned repair shop and was looking for the same thing here. I found it here and have recommended Clinton Auto to several people who are repeat customers also. Waiting room is full of goodies like pop corn, coffee, snacks and tons of magazines. Before you pick up your car they run it through their car wash and an energy bar is a little gift to say thank you for coming. I believe them to be honest and fair. When you own and operate a family business the last thing you need is a reputation of bad service and inferior work. I highly recommend Clinton Auto.

Will help you plan, in advance, for work that will need to be done on your vehicle at some time in the future -- which is especially helpful if you are unable to afford paying for something immediately -- and know that you can (safely) schedule a future service when you have the money. Fabulous group of people that actually care about you. They know your name - the names of your kids. Going to Clinton Auto Service is going to be with family! I felt a vibration and found the biggest blister on the side of my front tire I have ever seen. I knew if it went I would be stuck on the side of the road. I called Clinton auto from my cell and they said to get the car to them asap. A few hours later my tire was replaced and my oil changed, they even inspected my car for me. I bought a used Honda Odyssey mini van for my wife and brought it here to be detailed. The people I bought it from did the usual things people do when trying to catch someones eye... they washed and waxed the outside, did a decent vacuum job and threw some armor all on the dash.I bought their top level package and told them not to bother with the outside at all, nor did they need to apply any armor all on anything else. I told them that i wanted the time i paid for for those services that they wouldnt be doing to spend a little more time THOROUGHLY cleaning the carpets and the leather seats. I made this abundantly clear on 3 occasions and they said they would do that. We came to pick up the van only to find they had rewashed it, threw armor all on every surface, rubbed on conditioner over top of the dirt on the leather seats and not a single spot had come out of the carpet. My guess is they saw a 90% clean car and for my $116.81 finished the last 10% (door jams etc.), rewashed an already nearly spotless exterior etc and called it good.When i complained and showed them the bill where it said they did all the things I told them not to bother with, their reply was they had their best guy do the carpets and seats and if he couldn't get the stains out, they wouldn't come out. I left feeling taken advantage of.That weekend, using $8 worth of ordinary cleaners, I made the seats look nearly new and carpet looked much much better with the vast majority of stains having come out. It took me about an hour, but since I don't do this professionally and don't know tricks, gimmicks and shortcuts I sure they could have done it in less.Bottom line.. if you want your vehicle thoroughly cleaned, don't go here.

Staff was friendly but the service is sub par. Took my car in for an 4 wheel alignment with custom specifications for them to set my car up with and wheel balance. Left the car for the entire day, pickup it up and noticed they didn't even straighten the wheel and the alignment was set to random numbers which weren't the specs I requested nor the factory ones. They also said the car has frame damage which is just false. I took it back to give them a second chance to fix the problem, left it for the whole day and was told there was nothing wrong and the alignment was correct. $150+ out the window for not completing the job, everyone I've talked to has also had problems with this place. I would steer clear of this place. I went to Nextgen Car Care and the techs seemed extremely knowledgeable and were willing to work with me. Nextgen was fantastic so I would recommend going there and getting quality work for the same price as compared to Clinton Auto.Edit: You did know I had an issue with your service because I took the car back to you and you said there wasn't an issue with it when there clearly was because you gave me the alignment sheet which wasn't even close to what I had asked for or the factory alignment. The car also didn't drive straight so you must not have tested it when I took it back for the second time.Service: Wheel alignment

Brought my car in for an inspection and oil change. The price for full synthetic is comparable to the quick change places. Nice little perks like complimentary coffee, soda and snacks. They also wash your vehicle at the end of the service. I will definitely be going back.
