Some of the morning cashiers are grumpy and hard to communicate with but overall, it’s an okay store. Feels like family when you come in and they’re nice on their good days. The young female customer service lead is doing her job well and the young man with red hair is awesome at his job as well.

I'm a local customer in Clifton Srprings and would prefer to do business with them. Today was the 3rd time this year I had a completely horrible experience with the deli department. Disrespectful attitude from employees for simply asking for service. Asked to talk to a manager and couldn't find one. I will be calling Monday to talk with "someone" in charge.

Extremely overpriced for horrible product. Also they don't support subs on EBT. If you go to Manchester sure fine you can get two large subs for the same price as one large sub at tops. I also bought a strawberry parfait. It is A total lie it is strawberry jam type liquid that's filled with sugar on top of whipped cream on top of cake on top of whipped cream on top of more cake. that is not a parfait. They are way overpriced on bread drinks fruit. Absolutely horrible. Also the people there treat you like garbage if you use EBT. Like it's my fault that I'm disabled. I will definitely not be going back

The way the Front End runs is phenomenal; their newest Customer Service Lead associate is very efficient! I would definitely shop here for exceptional Customer Service and exceptional sales.

So grateful for this small town store. They pack a large variety of products into a small space. I can usually find what I need, if I look long enough. A nice blend of store brand products with name brand choices. Lots of specials. The cashier used a coupon from the weekly flier that she had stashed under the register, without me asking. The only negative is TOPS habit of putting shelf tags on items which stick out into the aisles. It is visually unappealing and a bit overwhelming for me as a shopper. All the TOPS do this, so not the fault of this particular store. Being a small store, the prices are a little higher here, but the convenience makes it a reasonable expense.

First off great and friendly service. But, the the Clifton Springs location is quite small so usually a fast shopping experience but very limited on what they can carry as the store is quite small. Prices usually higher the other locations as well as competing stores. Sometime s you can find some good weekly deals.

The lady that works the deli has glasses on has the worst customer service skills. She was rude to me and never even acknowledged me. This is the second time I've had issues with her the first time I let it go thinking she was having a bad day. Then well I was in line to pay a customer got right next to me and never social distanced. The cashiers need to make sure customers are spread out. I won't be shopping here if things don't change.

Not bad in a pinch definitely high prices. The store beginning with a W is more apt to break you than here. Check out the new Ferrari on the web.

It's tiny, but seldom crowded. Used to be a Big M. Usually have a decent selection of fresh meats and produce. Prices on par with other Tops markets. It's also right next door to a nice liquor store, and a restaurant, so convenience factor is high too.

The store is small. The prices are high. The produce does not keep long. But I am on a very restrictive diet for life and I explained this to a manager. The item that I was looking for was Life Water. They now carry it and have all the flavors that a Wegmans Super Store does. They will help you if you just ask.

I stopped here the other day to get a few things, mainly fruit. I picked up two of the last containers of raspberries on the shelf and when I got to the cash register the lady bagging noticed they didn't look very good. She went in the back and got me two new containers of some of the best raspberries I have ever seen in the store. I don't remember her name, but thank you, they were delicious!

Ordered their " So called Famous Fish Fry" tonight for supper. Everything was cold and they ruined the coleslaw with way too much vinegar!!! Will not order again........sad to say....

Are you kidding? I thought i was at Tops , not Aldi's. Gave her 2 new cloth bags. she sets them behind her and proceeded to set groceries on them, instead of inside them. So now If Im not only baging my own groceries, but had to.move items off the bags..I don't work for Tops so I see no reason I'm expected to.bag groceries.

I do not care for this chain of grocery stores. They are expensive whether you have their bonus card or not, the stores are laid out in a confusing manner, and their produce is often old. Wegmans fan for life!

Stuff seems like a great price. They trick you with their sales. Buy 2 get 5 free. Yeah cause they jack the price up so much that if you figure out cost per item it's still more expensive than other places. But it's the only show in town so they can do anything they want I suppose.

It is a small tops so obviously it doesn't have what a full tops has. But it does have enough and you do get selection. It's an ok place to shop though the price can be a little high on many things. Still a decent place to go for groceries

Small town grocery store compared to their larger stores. Had all sale items in stock that I wanted to buy. Small aisles makes handicapped negotiating a bit tight.

Went to cash out and i put my food up and the lady was very rude saying thats all with n attitude. Then to my sister waiting behind me says im gonna let this slide this time but you need to be behind the blue tape on the floor that we didnt even notice. Very rude! Dont even want to give them any stars.

One of the friendliest and accommodating Tops Markets I have visited. A bit smaller than some of the larger superstores but reminds me of the old family owned grocery stores from years gone by.

Same high quality, freshly-made food as other Tops. This one even has a small town feel to it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This store isn't what it used to be but it's OK they have a bunch of things if you need to make a quick stop to the store. Kinda high on price but in a pinch it's ok

It's well stocked for a smaller grocery store . Staff is friendly and helpful . All in all Clifton Springs is a welcoming cute country town 😁

Not as large as most tops stores. You have to ask where the bathroom is. But we still found what we wanted. I would stop here again if I am in this area

I was just in your store at the deli and waiting for my order , your assistant manager for the deli needs to learn about customer service and especially the way she spoke to coworkers , I feel sorry for those coworkers , myself I can always go to another store which is my plan next time

Still need to be more consistent with cleaning the men's room and shovel their damn sidewalks I walk there and it would be nice to not have towalk in the street

People are very friendly and courteous...always go the extra mile to help in every way they can. Kudos to the tops market in Clifton springs.
