We walk in to get ice cream and as we ordered one cone we look over and seen a roach sitting on the counter where the ice cream is. We didn’t know what to do in this situation because we already had the ice cream. And she definitely seen us look at it and she being a business owner in there everyday all day definitely knows she has roaches. We decided we should called her to let her know we seen it and tell her we didn’t touch the ice cream actually threw it away she didn’t seem concerned at all and said “I guess I’ll buy some spray”. Didn’t offer ANY refund. And she knows she had them. We are disgusted.

It looked good from the outside but I was disappointed inside. Due to a dietary restriction, I decided to buy ice cream at this location based on what was listed on a board outside of the establishment. After waiting in line and then ordering, I was told they didn't have what they had advertised as available out front. When I mentioned it was listed on the board outside, I was told "oh that's really old and never gets updated". Time to spend a few minutes updating the outside menu before making someone wait in line for nothing.

Comfortable and cute place. Smells delicious when you walk in. Excited to try their goodies!!Ok, it's 24 hours later and I tried the majority of Mary's Baked Goods. Awesome!!! I mean absolutely Awesome! Fresh, a nice mix of ingredients and delicious!

We went this week and decided to have ice cream for lunch. I chose the coffee and donuts sundae. It was the best sundae I have ever had! It tasted exactly like a cup of coffee with a donut on the side. Kudos to the young lady who served us who also invented this sundae!

Very friendly, helpful owner. Always shares some info about life in Clayton. I visit Mary every time I am visiting Clayton. LOVE the ice cream!!

Visited over the weekend with the kids... ice cream was good but even the hard was super soft. Customer service was poor, only one woman working and she was not very friendly. Waited in a long line for service... she didn’t seem thankful for the business... never cracked a smile.

Great ice cream, with outside seating to watch the beautiful Clayton sunsets! Have been coming here for years, and get consistent good quality ice cream and service. 2022 update, still consistently good ice cream! A family favorite in Clayton!
