I've loved Kinney's for decades. Clerks are always courteous and helpful. The store is clean without blaring music or offensive odors. Plus, utilizing their Thrive card program really saves money!

Between the Drs office and kinneys in Clayton there were 4 mess ups trying to get my clients new medicine. The head pharmacist (older lady) was EXTREMELY RUDE. When I was asking the lady cashing me out about the renewal of another med she said just give her the med and get her out of here!! I was shocked by her behavior!! This is not the first time she was rude to me.Way to treat your customers. Can someone finally do something about her. There are many complaints.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. My prescriptions are always ready when promised and any questions I have are welcomed and answered thoroughly. They have a photo center to print pictures and the store is always clean and organized.

Called pharmacy at 9:30am to verify my script was ready from a hospital visit the night before. At first pharmacist said, they didn’t receive one for me then it miraculously showed up as we were speaking (Hospital confirmed that the script was sent electronically at 9:15pm the night before). Then I was told they would not be able to get to it for at least 2-3 hrs because “they were too busy with shots this morning.” I completely understand we are in crazy days w covid but it is a pharmacy first not a med clinic. If they want to offer shots, then they should bring in extra help to perform that job not take people away from their primary job of providing medications. Being the only game in town, it is even more inconvenient and something that should be thought through better. On top of it, the pharmacist was not even apologetic about the inconvenience but rather quite rude.

Our family has been going to Kinney's for years. All the staff are great and friendly and our pharmacist are the exceptional! The pharmacist and manager amd staff are the best!!

The senior pharmacist was extremely rude. They forgot to call in my prescription two days ago and upon my arrival I was met with incredible hostility. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on very disappointed.

Very helpful pharmacist and staff. Great store isles are clearly marked. This store has an ATM right in front for convenience. They even deliver !
