Had dinner with my Wife, our first visit. The staff was respectful, attentive, and super nice. The food was made exactly the way we asked. A slice of pizza accidentally fell to the floor as it was being brought to the table and without hesitation a new one was made. I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere bc it is kinda tight on space but nothing to complain about. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

This place was beautiful. The pizza was the star of the show. But the mushroom pasta was great. The drinks we got were strong and absolutely beautiful . It was an experience ill never forget and I can't wait to go back.The tiramisu and creme Brule were on point. This was the aftermath. It is "expensive" but you are paying for quality. The olive oil alone was worth paying for bread . If you love food and a good atmosphere your going to love it

I spend a lot of time in Clayton, NY during the summer. I live close and the small town feel and beauty of the river always draw me in. I had never been to Di Prinzio's before but I will certainly be back. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The restaurant was spotless. The wait staff was incredibly friendly. Five stars across the board.I attended my very first drag show at Di Prinzio's during River Pride 2023. I'd like to personally thank the owner, Shawn, for hosting a day of inclusion that embodies the true meaning of community. It is a day I'll never forget and I'm grateful to have spent it with friends, great food, delicious cocktails, and a heart full of pride. 🏳️‍🌈Anyone looking for a great view of the St. Lawrence River and a quiet place to have a nice lunch should definitely check this place out!!

Love this place! Great views, tasty food, excellent service, warm people.Went here for brunch with a party of 8 and we're seated within 15 to 20 minutes in their outdoor seating area overlooking the St. Lawrence.I ordered the wings and wow. They were packed with crunchy and packed with flavor without being oily and doused with sauce. We also shared the vegetarian pizza, truffle fries, and a BLT and recommend all except for the BLT which was subpar compared to everything else.They also have a wide selection of beers and drinks which is always good.

(Back in March 2022)It was our first visit.I ordered burger plate and my husband ordered sandwich plate.my burger was okay. But it would be more great if the patty's seasoning had a little more kick.I honestly felt the French fries were better than the burger😅But my husband sandwich was actually tasty. So i'll order sandwich instead next time!

Made brunch reservation on Open Table for a interior table but was able to to get beautiful riverside seating on arrival (a plus). Waitress was friendly but she seemed a bit uninvested, e.g., we received water but it came as an afterthought during the service and mine was removed from the table while we were still sitting and talking, etc. The view of the River was awesome, the food was very good,, e.g., I had tenderloin Eggs Benedict and my wife had Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffes (see pics). We also had a few drinks, e.g., bloody mary with shrimp, a grape fruit spritz of some sort, and a lavender martini. Our bloody mary glass was plain (not rimmed) though other patrons had rimmed glasses that looked good (we were told to request it next time) and the shrimp were large but somewhat under cooked and plain, lacking any spice, e.g., Old Bay or such as I've had in other places. The remaining drinks were good, e.g., actual lavander blossoms in the martini, etc. A star was removed for the slowness in which the food came along with the somewhat disorganized nature of the wait staff, e.g., a family next to us received their food in three seperate deliveries spaced at least five minutes apart, e.g., first a burger dish (for the father), then two pizzas (for the kids), and then the wife's pasta dish, as well as a star for the cost which was well over $100 for the two of us. The venue is beautiful and the view from the back is spectacular of the water and boats going by. We ordered off the brunch menu, which was a lot smaller than I would have preferred. Everything on the brunch menu had either meat or eggs, which isn’t ideal. As a vegetarian, there isn’t much that’s on the lunch menu that you can eat other than pizza either. The menus could probably use to be a little bit bigger. Otherwise, the food was good and the service was fine. I would go here again just to sit by the water and listen to the live music that was being performed.

Was looking for a great water front location in Clayton with great food and atmosphere. The waterfront patio offered low and high top seating options with great views.The wood fire pizza there was pretty amazing. Largest pepperoni I ever saw on a pizza.Clean space, trendy with friendly staff . Will definiately be back!

What a beautiful spot!!! We came here with a bunch of friends and felt right at home with drinks and food overlooking the water! Our waitress who attended to us all afternoon made sure we were taken care (and there was a large group of us). We kept her busy, but she always had a smile on her face and ensured she never forgot anyone on her rounds. The drinks were amazing (I had the empress Martini-soo good!) and the brick oven pizza was delicious!!!

First visit to this cute restaurant right on the water. We sat inside but was able to enjoy the view is the marina. Hostess was friendly as was our server. Lots of unique items on the menu! I cloose the steak caprese salad. It was fantastic! Seasoned/grilled steak and tomatoes slices over mixed, dark greens. Lots of craft beer choices on tap. My son annoyed the fish and chips. Said ur was one of the best he's ever had. Would definitely go back!

Fantastic service and even better food. Hostess and server were extremely friendly and sociable. Food was cooked perfectly and tasted incredible. Best wings in the North Country. Alcohol list is quite extensive too. Prices might seem high, but it's worth it for the quality of the food and service. Seating right on the water and there's dock space if you want to arrive via boat. If you're choosing between Bella's and Di Prinzio's, save yourself the time and go to Di Prinzio's.

Food is GREAT but omg the place is so cramped!The lobster ravioli was delicious & the brown-sugared brown butter took it over the top.I just wish people could get in/out of their tables without having to put their butts in strangers faces b/c the tables are too close together.Would rate 5 stars if the atmosphere was more comfortable.Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian entrees & they don’t carry any meat alternatives. They will swap out meats for mushrooms or other veggies they have in stock, though.

In my 20 years visiting Watertown & 1000 Islands area, this was hands down the best burger I have had. I added provolone cheese and bacon. They also have the best views of any restaurant in Clayton, as they are on the lower level and feel as if you are right on the water. Dog friendly another added bonus. Great job guys

Food was just ok, not good enough to return based on today's visit.Italian sandwich was by far the best thing we had. BLT had overcooked bacon, tomato was grainy, burger tasted like a pressed frozen based burger. Fries were heavily deep fried.. .Location is beautifulService was good except for having to wait 5 min after food was served to get ketchup.

Such a great place in Clayton. We were seated outside on a perfect weather evening. The arancini was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside with a great tasting melted mozzarella cheese and rice inside. The fried calamari was delicious! Plenty of tentacles and rings lightly breaded and a spicy red dipping sauce. We also split a Caesar salad and a margherita wood fired pizza. The carrot cake was also incredible. Cheers to our server Sydney for a wonderful dining experience. We'll be back again and recommend you to anyone we know. Eccezionale!!

It's really ashame because the view is awesome. But the food was THAT bad. Easily one of the worst meals I've ever had eating out. The burger was tasteless and the fries resembled cardboard. Except some cardboard might be more edible. It also took awhile to get our food and is certainly not inexpensive. If you come, just grab drinks and plan to eat somewhere else 👍😅

Come here for the views, stay for the delicious food. We had the soup, a salad, pasta entrees, and a carrot cake for dessert. The carrot cake is made in house and it's really the best way to finish a meal.

We learned of Di Prinzio's Kitchen from an unplanned visit to Clayton, NY, last fall and we determined to stop here when we visited Clayton again in 2018. We were greeted warmly by the owner when we arrived for dinner. The restaurant is new and has a definite upscale look and feel to it, with high ceilings and plenty of tall windows. There's a choice of indoor dining, or outdoor dining on the patio with a clear view of the river. The menu features lighter fare dining with a focus on wood-fired pizza and wings, chicken dishes, pasta bowls, burgers and sandwiches. A full-service bar is featured inside. The weather was nice when we visited, so we chose to eat outside. We kept things lite and casual and ordered pizza and wings. It took 20 minutes for our wood-fired pizza and wings to arrive, but they were both very tasty, especially the very juicy wings. Overall, our service during dinner was very good. The prices here might be a bit higher than some other local eateries, but the food and the atmosphere here are a large part of the overall dining experience. Our total bill for a 14" two-topping pizza, 10 wings, and two beverages totaled $34.00. We would definitely dine here again. Enjoy!

I've been coming to Clayton for 30 years. It would be nice to be able to reserve online. I've had 2 bad experiences with dinners . Besides an hr wait last 2 times after waiting a half hr to get seated. Most times I walk in I get turned away. I love the atmosphere and the outside bar. I probably will only done there for pizza and wings in the future. Very frustrating to get a reservation . If online is available I apologize if not it would be nice to do online. Prices are pretty high and salad was very sparse for 6 dollars.
