Our hotel room was clean and newly remodeled. The food at the hotel was fairly good. My steak had a lot of gristle and difficult to eat, therefore I wasted about a third of it. When we checked in, because we have a semi truck (takes up 2 spots), we were told to park clear at the other end of the property where there's an old run-down motel. Our semi truck is a very nice one, to say the least, and there was plenty of parking in front of our room. We spent 3 nights there and did a lot of walking back and forth between our room and where we had to park our truck. For $150 a night, we weren't treated well at all.Rooms: Our room was clean and neat with a view of the woods in the back.

C-Way Resort and Motel is newly renovated and very convenient. The room was spacious and the patio overlooking the great backyard was delightful. Everything was clean as a whistle. Kids would love the backyard! This would be a perfect golf tournament getaway for a group.Rooms: The rooms were so clean!! Handicap room was satisfactory. Would have liked a hand held shower mechanism.

Had a Great stay here on vacation. They were very nice and accommodating. Our 1st room was musty smelling and they were very nice and changed us. Thank You! Plus every time we asked for something, fresh towels or ice or coffee. They gave us. Plus when the pop machine stole my money and didn't give me a drink. They gave me a pop. So nice here. Would stay again.

This place is so cute and very underrated. The attendant at the front was very sweet, accommodating, and welcoming. We arrived late snd the restaurant across the street was willing to serve us way into closing time (they are part of the resort) and it was lovely to be able to drink and then walk to our rooms in less than a minute. The rooms were squeaky clean and had everything we needed, even makeup remover towelettes! The place is just an 18 minute drive to the Boldt Castle, which is why we were there — definitely check that out! Overall it was a very positive experience!!!! Would definitely come back :)

Clean rooms, great location, helpful people, I would have given 5 stars but the pool wasn't heated and rooms are a little older looking back stairs and upper deck lack carpeting. Overall great place to stay!!! Super close to the beautiful Clayton NY! Only other thing lacking is an outdoor fire pit it would make a great addition to the great big backyard!!!! Definitely give this place a try.

I booked this room the day before I needed to be in Clayton for a wedding. I only needed a room for one night and every place I called seemed to be booked or too expensive. I was so relieved when I called the C-Way. The woman on the phone greeted me with kindness, and booked a room for me immediately. Upon arrival to the motel the same woman I spoke to on the phone greeted me. She was so polite and friendly. I was given my key and even though I could go into the room I had to head straight to the wedding. I didn't return until after midnight. Upon entering my room for the first time I was so thankful to find a nice place to unwind after the wedding and relax. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything I could need; a warm comfortable bed, a tv, a clean bathroom and a mini fridge. I loved the room and would def. come back again. The place is so affordable and only minutes from shopping and the water. I've been coming to Clayton and the Cape Vincent area for years and I never knew about the C-Way. So glad I found this little gem. I will def. return. Hopefully next time I can stay longer. Thanks again C-Way!

I'd like to give it 4 stars but there were some issues with our stay. There is no housekeeping provided. If you need something you have to go to the front desk and get it. We did request a vacuum and trash emptied and they accommodated us, but did not put trash bags in the waste paper baskets after emptying. The battery in our smoke alarm was going so it began to chirp. We reported it and no one changed the battery. So the smoke alarm started chirping again and woke us up! The bath mat had a big tear in it and should have been tossed. The continental breakfast, Sat and Sun only, was ok but pretty sparse. Adding a variety of fruit would be a big improvement. That being said the hotel is convenient and has plenty of parking. Natali's, the restaurant across the street, is very good. Beds were comfy. The room was very clean and affordable. If you like to golf there is an 18 hole course on site! Large swimming pool on site as well. Free Wi-Fi. I would probably stay there again now that I am aware of some of the shortcomings

Just spent a great 3 days at the C-Way Resort/ Golf / Restaurant. Resort is amazing, golf course great and restaurant delicious. They will accommodate your group in anyway possible. My hat goes off to the owners and staff. I failed to mentioned that this was the third year staying here and Our group will be back next year. This place is top notch!

Went for the golf, don't know much about the hotel rooms, but the Golf course was as well kept as it could be considering the drought, Greens were soft and of moderate speed. The course offered some awesome views and elevation changes as well as a few challenging holes. All for a great price

Motel and restaurant, both were clean and comfortable with beautiful, quiet views. We stayed in a room with a kitchen, it had everything you need. If you're planning to ahead of time and have the option, I would suggest during the week as it was so quiet and we had the pool to ourselves.

The room was decent. It was a little noise in the morning but that was mostly due to the boaters leaving early to get to the tournament. This hotel is probably a favorite of theirs since they have plenty of room to park their boats. If your looking for someplace quite you might want to book someplace else.

Brand new refurbished room. Spacious, had a beautiful view of the woods in the back. Room was spotless, staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and return there ourselves.

Room 109 is very noisy above the ceiling. Someone was constantly pacing back and forth. It may be part of the owners living area. Kept us awake.

Played golf at C-way with a group of friends. The course itself was in pretty bad shape due to the dry summer, but prices were reasonable, and staff was friendly. Overall i had a positive experience, and will be returning in the future.

Rooms are a little over priced but Very nice staff nice location clean swimming pool, golf course and restaurant across the street. motel is falling apart I am staying in room 206 and as soon as I stepped into the room I thought I was going through the floor it's that soft there are several other places where the floor is soft other than that ok place

The employees at the golf section are terrible people and act like jerry's. I don't recommend going there. The Clayton country club is the same price and the employees are nicer
