Staples is far. better than anytime I used Office Max. The rewards program is far superior and points etc are available immediately. Use a lot of ink and am able to turn in more than 10 per month. This store and the online response is excellent.

Last week I had to mail a package back to Amazon at the Staples on 31. Megan was so helpful as usual. She always has so much patience with me and she's so sweet. If you're older and have any questions about returning anything ask for Megan.

The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Every employee greets you, very friendly. Some great finds in sales and clearance. Wish they had a better selection on tablets though,but this a corporate thing not store level. Store is clean and organized.

Frustrating Experience! After getting both copy services and purchasing some some small items over the past couple weeks, spending hundreds of dollars, my experience today was the final straw. Waiting for cashiers while the customers queue, associates are lazy, self-serve copy machines don't work, prices are high and the service overall is just generally bad. If you shop here, plan extra time and a frustrating experience. I for one, will no longer shop or seek services here. Something is just 'off' with this location.

No greeting no acknowledgement NOTING. I got completely ignored for 10 minutes. I get its a busy season. I understand your under staffed. I don’t understand forgetting your manners. All I needed was a I’ll be right with you, give me sec, hello, literally ANYTHING. But nope couldn’t even give me the common decency of that. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.Also she helped a guy that wasn’t even there when I came up but apparently he was more important than me🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️Absolute garbage.

I received excellent service at Staples. Tyler helped me to pick out the most comfortable desk chair for my needs. He's an excellent salesman, and we were able to have a great conversation. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I plan to buy my ink from Staples from now on.

Andrew in the print center provides the best customer service I've ever received. I do not have a printer at home, so I frequent this print center often and every time I come Andrew is beyond helpful, always smiling, and makes my experience excellent.

Specifically the printing department staff was terrible. Went in to print a larger document and have it bound. After previously having a phone call telling me to bring in a flash drive for easiest experience and I could print it myself I went to the store to do so. I asked an employee in that department if I was in the right spot as she started saying yes the other employee yelled at me "No you can't do that here." And that was all that was said until I asked if she was talking to me. After some back and forth it seems there is only one person who can work the printer and they don't work until tomorrow morning. Now if at any point in my prior phone conversation it was conveyed that there is only a single staff member that can print or when one could come by to print or even foregoing all of that something other than yelling at me no I can't do that with no explanation or courtesy I may have done business there but based on my experience I won't. Your mileage may vary and again this was specifically the printing department I cannot speak to the rest of the store or staff.

Staff was very helpful. I was looking for a way to unload photos from my phone onto a flash drive. With the help of their very knowledgeable IT person I had a solution and what I needed was ordered. It was not expensive.

Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Told us to wait for an employee because we couldn't do self copy, and that employee got mad at us for not doing self copy to begin with. Please learn how to hire friendly and helpful employees.

We often stop here for office supplies, especially when we have coupons. They have a great selection. The staff usually leaves you alone, so if you want help you have to ask.

This store should not even have 1 star! The manager at the store on Sundays is the worst guy I've ever dealt with and he needs to be fired immediately! The worst customer experience and they need to remove the old bothered workers on the floor!
