This is a fun store if you're into pop culture and there is lots to look at. There's gaming going on, live often times, and almost any genre you could be interested in, represented in one place.

Excellent selection of collectable card games, board games, comics. Helpful staff. Be aware you're going to pay a bit of a premium over online prices if you're getting MTG or Pokemon singles but hey, you're supporting local business.

They need to hire people who actually know what they are talking about when it comes to buying trading game cards I brought in some mtg and yugioh cards equalling in value of $350 the offered me 40 bucks for them all I meticulously researched each and every card I brought in before I went to the store. Each card was in near perfect condition but they decided to pick the absolute lowest price for each card based off of tcgplayers prices for heavily damaged cards I will never come to this joke of a store again to try and sell any cards again. Not to mention due to the owners response he doesn't even know what goes on in his own stores

Watched a commander player by the name of Ivan absolutely rip into some poor gal over proxies making a massive scene. This store has become very hostile while he is around as this is the second week I have witnessed it happen and I do not recommend playing magic here if he is around.(Which he comes to both magic nights so good luck.)

Larger than life is without a doubt talking about the prices. Like what the actual flip is up with a $22 dnd board game being sold for $80. Absolute insanity to capitalise on people trying to find new hobbies and ripping them off before they know any better. If you're gonna put money into your hobbies find a shop that is passionate about the joy of the hobby, not the money.

My daughter and I joined the Tuesday night DnD games. We've made friends here and enjoyed every night we've come since we started a few months ago. I'd recommend stopping in here! Great staff and a great selection of products from the gaming community.

I go here all the time. Always super cool people and the best stuff. Decided to go today and spent 10 bucks; 100% payed for itself haha. I just about screamed when I pulled this secret rare. The other pack had a mew with some pretty cool art and a foil hitmontop. Made My day. Definitely worth stopping in and AT LEAST getting some pokemon cards; never know what kind of luck you'll have ;)

It's a nice place, staff is friendly and they have a lot of stuff. However, I do believe they are overpriced. Just checking prices at other places, some were close alot were half again as much and a few were nearly double what others were asking. Staff seems knowledgeable, and other than their prices being all over the place, I'll go back.

Pretty cool store to checkout and be able to see so many collectors items in on spot. Went for Pokémon stuff but selection wasn’t the greatest and prices were pretty high. They had a Shining Fates ETB going for $79 I believe. GameStop and everywhere else online has them for $40. Event the stacking tins we’re going for $20. Best Buy has them for 12. Or eBay for $10. Looks like they have tables set up for tourneys. Not sure if it’s all card games, or Magic.

Walked in looking for anything from the new one piece card game as they were closer so I wouldn't have to wait for them to come through the mail if available and asked about it, but the guy at the counter mumbled somthing about no one wanting to pay that much for a box set or somthing. I went home checked online again as I was confused and the cards are only 17 bucks a deck online so I just rolled my eyes and had to wait for then to arrive through the mail.

Huge store with tons of stock available on-hand for gaming supplies, as well as collectible figures. I was surprised to see the week's new comics are being sold bagged and boarded- wicked good touch. Friendly staff!

New location is a huge step forward for the shop. Well organized, all the best stuff, and a huge selection. Regular Tuesday and Sunday D&D campaigns that are good for beginners and experts alike. Can't wait to jump back into some dice rolling fun!

Great atmosphere. I even got a good deal on a product that would have been sold online for more $$$ as that was their plan. I have bought several Star Wars items here as I am a huge Star Wars fan and collector. Great people to do business with. I plan on going to Sunday D&D events. I have a friend who knows the staff who we play a card game on Thursdays.

Came here for the Power Rangers signing event and will definitely be back for general shopping. They have a huge selection of pop culture merchandise, including classic toys from the 80s and 90s. It’s also super clean and organized, which I appreciate and is not something I usually see at this type of business.

Have tried time and time again with this place because I prefer to support local businesses, but I just cannot get on board here. Love the store and their selection, but the manager/staff walk around like they have a giant chip on their shoulder. Ask for help at a display, get somebody who seems reluctant to have walked over 5-10 minutes later. Their trade-in values are pretty rough - I've called ahead to ask what their trade-in percent was for in-store credit on certain TCG products and been told roughly 65% based on card condition, only to drive cards out to the store and have them offer 35-40% in person. Meanwhile they have an identical copy (same card & grade) in the display case that they're selling for 2.5X what they're offering me for in store credit. Prices on LP singles run about %15 more than prices of mint copies online, and prices of individual packs that are still widely available online are based on demand rather than MSRP.Idk, I wanted to love this place but just can't. It's a shame, as it's hands down the coolest TCG store in town.

I go hear for MTG and mainly commander nights are getting worse, store in understaffed frequently and employees are able or willing to keep to the event schedule, and they need to start improving their commander night experienceThis place is going downhill. In terms of MTG and their commander night it has gotten way worse than a year ago. There were 3 pods from casual to hardcore, blue yellow and red, however they got rid of red so the people with cut throat decks are in yellow and they forced people from blue to move up to yellow if they were using any custom deck even if it was budget or not able to stand up to yellow and blue is only for precon decks however the people in blue now regularly break that rule anyway. Yellow is dominated by 1-2 people where everyone knows they dominate however will not even work in tandem to try to win. They have optional objectives for their monthly scoreboard and try to promote more fun matches however this leads to people playing irrationally like doing a huge setback to the person who will dominate the table but then strike a deal to give him all is power back if he lets him get a optional objective. Yellow is allowed infinite combos on turn 7+ and because everyone in yellow runs them especially those from the used to be red pod the matches are essentially on timers until that turn all the time. They need a third pod again between yellow and blue for more casual experience and no infinite combos. The store in recent months has become understaffed with typically only 1 employee there who gets swamped past 8 and frequently start their commander nights late or call the matches late. On Fridays it should start at 7pm, two 90 min matches, however this starts more at around 7:15 on average and also it will be 830 and the employee will not call time or announce next matches. It takes them until 9-915 to announce time then another 15 min to actually call the next matches. And forget about the packs they give to winners as they have also frequently forgotten to give those out in due time as well. The employees then after starting the matches late at times like to then remind everyone at 10 that they will be closing soon as the store closes at 11 and they will need to start closing up ~10:30pm even though the 90 min commander match started late due to them at around 9:30pmThe only positive things that still have me go there is that it is free and they have the leaderboards for store credit however ever since being forced up to their yellow pod I have had a 100% loss streak so I don't keep track of points when playing, and the free pack for winning is not even something to keep me coming because I have no hope of getting it anymore, the optional objectives cause irrational plays at tables or irrational player focusing by cozying up to the stronger players at the tabletop get a little more points and focusing down weaker person or people at the table. And basically when you hear the names of the person who absolutely dominate the store you basically already give up any hope you have of even slightly winning

Wish I could give 1/2 stars (2.5). Anyways, it's a nice place to go window shopping now. I've gone to this store to play Commander and I use to buy there. Trying to give my local store some business instead of the internet. I understand this is secondhand store, and they need to make some income. BUT a 150% markup is CRAZY, AND YES, ITS 150%. I can understand a 20% or even 30% but come on. I know I am only one person, but I am sure I am not the only one buying off the internet or going to a different store to go looking for a better price. Even if you have a few people going to buy other places the store is losing money (income). Trust me I would rather buy from my local store, but I work hard for the extra I spend just like everyone else; I want to feel like I got a deal rather than getting robed. Again, it's a nice store, but I can go find it cheaper elsewhere or a different store around the corner.

I really enjoy this place! They have an excellent selection of board games, rpg and card games (mostly pokemon and magic). They have a nice selection of comic books although compared to the space it looks small and is located in the back of the store. Right up front there can be found a wide range of anime figures as well as wallets purses and other paraphernalia. Then there is the selection of both modern and retro toys... I don't know a lot about that market but like the rest of the merchandise it is clean and well organized. All in all a lovely store to shop for most of your nerdy needs!

Everyone here is extremely nice and the shop is super fun to look around in. The tournaments on Fridays and Saturdays are great and if you win you get a free pack or cards. Definitely an amazing store, go here if you want to find mtg content. They also sell cards from various games and they sell animals and dnd content as well.

Absolutely AMAZING store. The store layout is extremely easy to follow to find the fandom, hero, show, board game, or comic you are looking for. The service is amazing every time I visit, and always let's you know about current deals. 100/10 would recommend if you are in the area.

went in here to trade in a couple of pokemon cards to maybe pick up a graded card or two, the employee took out my cards from the sleeve and top loader; flicked them onto the table like they were uno cards. after inspecting my $600 worth of cards they offered $250 worth of store credit. other employee was very rude to my friend that was checking out as well. all in all over priced cards that are damaged, charging full price & reselling chase funko pops for 3 times the amount online.

My brother brought me here when visiting New York and this is a great game store. They have a bit of everything. A large area to play board games or card games. Tons of cards and figures. Just a great place for gamers of any sort.

Lovely place. I've been going to both locations since I was younger, and yet even now it never lost its candy shop like awe. You can find just about anything you want for Magic and DnD, and the figure collection is nothing to scoff at. Some people are claiming its overpriced, but it's not a major corporation so I'm not seeing the problem. Really quite amazing, the staff are friendly and a lot of them know a lot about the inventory.

Pretty good selection of items. Large store, was not busy. We only stopped for an item purchase, seems that there are also activities or trade events area.

Inventory is great, customer service is awful. Either change the MTG pack area so customers can grab what they want, or at least pretend to care when someone is standing in front of the glass cases clearly waiting for service
