We ordered a couch and two loveseats which were special order. We were told it would be two weeks before they would be received from the factory; got the call they were in 9 days later. Delivery was set up for a day that was convenient for us. Delivery team was friendly and courteous and the furniture was well wrapped against the elements (because of course we got 6+ in of snow). We opted to unpack and assemble the furniture ourselves. Very pleased with the service and with the furniture look, feel, and comfort.

When we walked in the door we were greeted with a welcoming hello from Sherri. She asked what we were looking for and then brought us over to couches that fit our needs. After checking a few we found one that was perfect. We left to check a few other places but D&B had the best deal and quality. We went back the next day and ordered the couch and a Mattress too. Requested and got a Sat delivery.. Fast, friendly, on time & professional delivery service. Now to enjoy our new furniture. Will definitely go back next time we are looking.

Awesome and huge show room. Staff very nice and they allow you to browse/shop without looking over your shoulder. Found the perfect recliner and had it delivered the following week. Delivery was right on time and the men were nice and helpful. Drop off took less than 10 minutes. Will definitely shop at Dunk & Bright in the future.

In spite of the initial challenges, partial delivery weeks after the promised date and a critical, missing bolt to support the bed frame structure, I now have my complete & functional bedroom set. My thanks to Joe Bright & Todd for listening to and addressing my frustration. On all three occasions the delivery teams were apologetic when appropriate, professional, and pleasant. Thanks!

Sales person (Mary Grace) immediately took me to what I was looking for. The chair I wanted had to be ordered and came in sooner than expected. Delivery was right on time (actually a little early) . Delivery men were very quick and courteous. Over all a great experience.

I’ve ordered all my furniture at Dunkin bright since I became a home owner in 2016. This time around I went shopping at the Clay location as Miss Johnnie was so helpful & was so kind. We had a mishap where the original furniture I ordered didn’t hold up to my pup like we thought it would. Miss Johnnie again, helped us find exactly what we needed and what we thought would hold up better to the doggo! She even texted me while she wasn’t working! She was fabulous to work with. And everyone in the back in customer service was very helpful & understanding as well!The delivery guys both times were respectful and worked as quickly as possible with no questions asked. We will always shop at Dunkin bright!

Duncan bright delivery guys were pretty cool. they give you a heads up the day before and they came actually hour early the next day. and they set everything up . they were clean they were nice and they were kind of funny which made us comfortable more than happy to buy more furniture from Duncan Bright in the future And we love the adjustable bed. My experience started with Jackie on the telephone. She was so nice and explained everything that was going to happen from start to finish. The gentlemen that delivered were very personable and nice as well. They set everything up for me in a timely manner and made sure to note that if I found anything wrong to please call Dunk and Bright immediately and they would make it right. They then cleaned up the wrapping and were on their way. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

The delivery of our two chairs was on time ( even a bit early,to our delight).The men who assembled the chairs were efficient and checked things out to make sure the remotes worked correctly They answered our questions and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Kudos to Dunk & Bright for hiring such men in their delivery department.

I just bought my first cooling mattress from the route 31 location. Angela was my sales rep and she was amazing! She was easy to talk to, understood what I was looking for and explained various financing options. Today my mattress was delivered and I had the pleasure of meeting Brian M and Gil F. They were very nice, sociable, respectful of my apartment when delivering and made it for an easy delivery while taking my old set with them. I’m so glad I was able to find an exact replacement for my old couch! I had two identical couches and my dog chewed one. The price was fair and the delivery was spot on. I brought it in and put it together myself which was very easy.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a coffee table , free delivery. GREAT. We get it and WE had to put it together. The screws would not match up so we had to drill some. Call them and they said they could pick it up to put it together for $240. They could give a crap about out terrible experience. Turns out it was the wrong table. NEVER AGAIN. If I could give no stars I would.

Excellent place to purchase furniture. Went into the Rt. 31 location in December of 2022 just after I moved into my townhome. Found this beautiful livingroom set that I absolutely fell in love with. I purchased a Couch, oversized sofa chair and ottoman. I ordered two extra custom pillows to go with the already 5 pillows that come with the sofa. This couch is Buttahhh! When I tell you this is the most comfortable, silky curl up on the couch furniture I've ever put my body on, I'm not playin. I've always purchased second hand odd end furniture and I've always been some what of a minimalist. This is my second furniture purchase at a furniture store and the experience was EXCELLENT! Joseph was our sales guy last year and he was delightful and very patient. I put my furniture on hold for delivery till this month and this morning they delivered. The delivery guys, Gil and Tae were amazing, quick & friendly. They cleaned up everything before they left. Joseph originally was suppose to schedule my delivery for the week before but accidently forgot to hit schedule on his program. When it was realized he quickly schedule my delivery for the following week, called me and quickly owned up to his mistake. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience despite the mishap. Looking forward to being lazy, especially with the winter months upon us. Thank you Joseph for all your help this past year.

Sherrie was very helpful with my purchase. And I’m very happy with my chair. My only feedback is when you get free delivery they drop it at your house- not even a knock on the door or ring the doorbell to let you know they were early! Be prepared for that. It shocked me.

Ordered some new bedroom furniture. It was delivered in less than 2 weeks, super fast (last time I ordered furniture from elsewhere it took a couple of months). Store communicated well when the furniture would be delivered. Upon delivery, it was noticed I received nightstands from a different order. I contacted Jackie (who is great!) and told her what had happened. Within an hour the delivery team was back to swap out the two pieces delivered in error. The experience with Dunk and Bright was great. Mistakes happen and they were very quick to fix it. Thank you!

Delivery was smooth and efficient, the crew was friendly and timely. Would definitely recommend utilizing this company for it's customer service alone, but the product is also fantastic!

I originally had a verbal delivery date, for Friday, November 17.2023. I didn't receive any type of a contact Thursday evening, i called first thing Friday morning the 17. I was informed my name was not on the list. I was contacted later in the afternoon. Date was setup for Wednesday, November 22. The delivery went well, the young men was polite, courteous, and efficient. They placed the furniture as request, took picture. Delivery went very smoothly, quickly, In and out.

Every step of this experience was wonderful! It started with Mary the designer that sold me the furniture. She allowed me time to look around and waited patiently for me to ask for her assistance. She was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. The delivery date was scheduled at my convenience. The men that delivered the furniture were on time, polite and very careful when handling my new furniture. They also picked up every piece of cardboard and plastic before leaving. I needed a mattress quick as my schedule is ruff . 1st stop was metro in destiny mall - as I explained my needs to a nice but poorly trained young adult - he explained to me that because I owned a slay type bed ,the only way I could use an adjustable base was if I bought the one made for that (1800) alone … I decided to get a 2nd opinion as I haven’t bought a bed in 12-13 years - my brother said I had luck at Dunkin /brightSo I headed there. I was in there less then 30 min ,met with an outstanding professional rep “Markus “ told him what I wanted ,the whole adjustable base (1800) gave him a chuckle in a good way - the one I purchased at. D&B was 799Then tbe mattress (serta) and mattress protector,tax total was amazingly priced well within by budget and I’ve slept on the mattress twice now. With the help of two exceptional sales people, Kathleen and Johnnie, we purchased awesome recliners for my elderly mother and myself. They were both clearly knowledgeable about the merchandise we were looking at, and we never felt hurried or pressured. This was the third and last furniture store we visited that day and I'm very pleased that we did. This store has a great layout and is so spacious. I won't hesitate to shop at this Dunk & Bright location for any future furniture needs.

I purchased a lamp online from Dunk & Bright for our guestroom. I received a call from an employee of D & B shortly after my purchase saying that the lamp was not available in the store and would be shipped. She gave me the delivery date and I received 2 update delivery emails and the lamp was delivered within the timeframe given. The delivery person was pleasant and professional.Excellent service!!
