I purchased winstrip trays and a dibble board. The trays arrived first and there appeared to be a delay on the dibble board.I contacted customer service and they responded within the hour and took immediate action to figure out what was causing the delay. They communicated with me and took care of the problem the same day. Couldn't be more impressed and thankful for these guys!Excellent customer service and excellent products!

Received broken trays and solution was not well-handled. EDIT: no mention of sending a truck, did not ask for any extra trays besides to replace what was damaged, plus I received a patronizing reply similar to the one they posted here. EDIT2: Received 5 damaged trays, asked for 5 new trays.

Their customer service is unparalleled and this company stands by their products! Ordered all three sizes of the Winstrip trays and they are so easy to fill and plant, so sturdy, and good quality. Did have a small issue come up - my fault, not theirs - and they are so customer oriented, helpful, and quick to take care of the problem. Five stars plus on both their products and their care of their customer!!

Just recently purchased the inferno flame weeder with all the extras(upgraded wheel, regulator and squeeze control handle). When I received the weeder the wheel had a dent in it. I used the weeder and attempted to fix the wheel. I sent an email about what had happened with pictures and Travis contacted me personally and advised that a shipping label will be sent out and to just send the other wheel back. Customer service went above and beyond to fix the problem.

I contacted their contact service to ask a question: I was disappointed to find out that Never Sink Farms uses a Email service that just passing on the information and doesn't have any knowledge of the courses. They responded back to me in a couple of days. They informed me that didn't have any information or knowledge concerning the courses. I wanted some information on certain areas of course that cost around $2,800. I don't mind paying for a consultant to learn as long as I know the course is going to cover areas I feel will benefit me. I do enjoy their videos and they seem to have a good business plan. I would like to know how much of their earning a year is from their online courses.

Just received my new super sturdy cell trays for seed starting which I discovered watching a you tube video. Was looking for a cell tray that would hold up for years so as to avoid the typical flimsy trays that usually don’t last longer than one use and then go into the landfill - these are the ticket!Very, very pleased and will be using these for years to come. Highly recommend.

Conor Crickmore has a great way of easily explaining the things you need to know about market farming and home gardening. I’ve enjoyed their YouTube videos, and I’m sure I will enjoy the gardening course I just subscribed to. I also can’t wait to put the mutineer and winstrip trays I ordered to use this season. The customer support team has also been very helpful.

I contacted this farm, in search for some advice and help planning my own farm in Texas. Contrary to what their webpage says about helping farmers and new farmers, Travis is the absolute worst help and has the worst attitude from any business professional I have encountered. My questions and praise of this farm was answered with only a few short sentences. “ We do not have a business plan for you, best of luck”. When I replied to explain my reasoning for contacting them and give some clarity to my request it was quickly met, with smart remarks and excuses as to why they didn’t want to help me. Their produce and things may be good, I do not personally know. But if their goods are anything like their customer service, then I would highly encourage any and all future enthusiasts and farms to steer clear of this place!

BUYER BEWARE - NEVERSINK FARM SENDS ME 8 MONTH OLD PROMO CODE AND BLAMES CONSUMER FOR TRYING TO USE IT! DID THEY MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SENDING IT? THEY CLAIM I MADE THE MISTAKE OF TRYING TO USE IT!Did anyone else not receive what was advertised by this company? Take the time to share your experience for the benefit of the general community.Below I will share the good, the bad, and the ugly part of my experience with this company during my brief encounter with them through email correspondence (ugh... it was just awful).THE GOOD: After viewing some youtube short videos about Conor and his wife's small-scale farm, I was impressed and interested in their lifetime membership offering. I had been waiting and saving up for a long time to purchase their video products, recently priced on their website for about $2000.00. And when they emailed me a week ago on December 13, 2018, during the limited enrollment opening with A GREAT promotional offer, I was excited and looking forward to stretching my savings to be able to pay for the full lifetime membership benefits for only $1,150.00 (seems like a great offer right? see image of offer they sent me...).THE BAD: The promotional code 'Good Until 4/12/2018 Neversink_Spring_Special' was provided to me directly from Neversink Farms a week ago and wasn't generating the discount as advertised during the check out process. So I reached out to the Customer Service Team that sent me the promotional email. They acknowledged it should have been a different code for that promotion, and provided me with code 'CART5_MEMBER' which generated a discount of $69.45....hmmm...that discount didn't come close to matching the advertised price of $1,150.00. It turns out that the Customer Service Agent by the name of 'Travis' was making up another promotional code rather than investigating the issue with the pricing conflict at the check out (he claimed it was a personalized code for me, hmh).THE UGLY: Rather than right a wrong, Neversink's Customer Service decided to BLAME THE CUSTOMER instead of owning up to the issue at hand with price matching what was advertised in the promotional email. Even if Travis didn't have the authority to apply the discounts manually to override, he could have offered to escalate a review of the issue by someone who has the authority to correct it. Travis suggested that I read the email promo code wrong and that I should have been able to decipher that the promo code they offered me a week ago for this specific enrollment was incorrect advertising. I can share that I was NOT a part of their marketing team and THEREFORE not aware of any mistakes made by Neversink Farm's promotional offers. When the discount code was offered to me on December 13th, my thought was that it would trigger the discount at the checkout, regardless if they had decided to re-purpose a prior code they had or called it something else.In general consumers of products understand that when a product at the checkout doesn't match what is advertised, the seller makes good on their promotional offer, or will escalate and request help from a Supervisor to override and correct the pricing. Most great companies place high value in the integrity of their business, and when they communicate a wrong price by mistake, they own up to it and protect their reputation by honoring promotional offers.For the owner(s) at Neversink Farm, all I asked was that the promotional offer is honored. I also suggest that you take a very close look at what's going on with your Customer Service team. I have two decades of experience in Customer Service and can easily spot poor service... this was a very bad experience (just awful) and the team you have in place is hurting your reputation.You have my contact information from today's email correspondence and are free to reach me if you are at all interested in salvaging some of your reputations.Manuel M.
