I would give less than one star if I could. Marked breyer horses, among many other items, as "priced as marked". Many breyer stablemate sets marked as $0.99 and $1.99 and yet when they were rung up they were up-charged severely and management refused to do anything about it, accusing us of not seeing numbers in the price tag that were not there, as seen in attached photos. Extremely rude and hostile. Steer clear of this store, not worth the hassle.

We picked up a cute little electric heater at Tractor Supply and it takes the chill off our enclosed porch. 10x20 space. It’s good to know we can sit out here in the winter months and not totally freeze 💨

We went to pick up a number items. One item we needed was a certain garden chemical which was shown available online in the store. There were multiple containers of the item in the store (exactly as stated online). However, unable to find it, I asked for help from a young man (early to mid 20s with a mustache). He looked everywhere, couldn't find it and did not really clearly communicate that he was unable to locate it. We found it later less than 10 feet from him in a shelf along with many other similar items. Okay - someone may not be so good at finding stuff (though one should be) but this fellow is also a problematic character. I later told him we had found it and showed him where they were so that he can be more useful to a customer in the future - but not even a mellow thanks drifted into my ears from his direction!!!We had placed our cart in the garden center (enclosed) and walked outside through an open door to pick up various soil bags and bring them in and load them onto our cart. The same vengeful fellow locked the bloody door on us! When a white woman showed up in that very door he instantly unlocked it and since we were there, let us back in declaring "this door is supposed to be locked!" Well, this is not our home and it was unlocked, which is why we went out to get the soil bags and place them in our cart inside! He saw me holding the 25 lb wet soil bag and extended precisely zero help even when he saw me struggling to carry it bags! I think the fellow should not be working here - the manager of the store owe it to the community to do better. There's got to be better human beings out there who could use his position. I have no issues with someone who is older, slower, hard of hearing, or someone who is learning but this kind of trashy, hate filled behavior with attendant monumental incompetence is not what the City of Good Neighbors is known for. The only reason why I did not give a one star to this store is because the young lady and the elderly gentleman working at the store were quite affable. Who knows - looking at the reviews here I wonder if the manager should be changed! One's got to do better than this!

Love this store. They have everything that you may need. If you haven't already visited them, then you must stop by. You'll be hooked for sure. Great people and an amazing selection of items. Don't be fooled by all of the stand by stores. You can find all of the items and gifts for others here.

WORST experience at a Tractor Supply Plus ever. Lazy and rude workers. Came in looking for a specific item, asked for help when we couldn’t find it, and the guy working did not help. The woman worker was rude and lazy. You can tell these people don’t care about customer service or work ethic. Won’t be going back.

Empty shelves and high prices. Not sure how long this store will last as it is never really busy which makes me question the empty shelves. Also there seems to be no rhyme or reason on categories carried at this location

I needed diatomacious earth (food/human grade). They had it, they were very helpful showing me where it was and I was checked out quickly. It doesn't get any better than that. Note: This was the location in Clarence.

First let me start off with the store is very clean neat and staff I met is very nice and helpful plus I met one of the staff employee himself his way name was Patrick great guy helpet me out what with what i needed that day so thank u to him and and the staff i will be back to shop there again

Nice new store, smaller than it could have been. Seems a bit cramped to me, they could've made it a wider store that expanded back away from the road. Seems to have most of what the other locations have though.
