Absolutely HORRENDOUS service. The "tech" tried numerous times to use a manufacturers coupon, but she was too incompetent to be successful. After calling another Rite Aid and getting the coupon to work, I called back the Clarence store and spoke to the pharmacist which is as incompetent as his minion. He informed me that my price went from $228 before the coupon to $878 after. And I (again) have to call the manufacturer. I did not. I went to the Lewiston Rite Aid and picked up my prescription for $25. Complete and utter incompetence from every single employee at the Clarence location. They should be ashamed and embarrassed.

We have been using the Clarence Rite aid for years, I don't know if management changed but the pharmacy is not the same. If you wait a day to pick up a prescription it may be ready. Otherwise, they are always available to answer questions

My past experiences with this pharmacy have always been positive until today. The pharmacy technician in the drive thru was very nasty. I don't know how people like her can be in customer service. I wouldn't recommend using this location.

We are now switching to Walgreens! Have had several poor customer service encounters! Also takes many times for someone to answer the phone. There is an employee who has been very rude and has ignored waiting on my family member! How about zero stars!!

Staff is always above & beyond. This store always has what I need, in a rush.The pharmacy staff is superb, the pharmacist will take time to discuss your inquiries, with a friendly twist, not seen by some in the same career. My wife and I moved to Clarence 2 years ago from West Seneca. We have used Rite Aid for years. The level of service at this location is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I've gave them the benefit of the doubt for over 2 years and now I am done. Every prescription I go to pick up is either not in stock or not filled by the allotted time. The automated system asks for your telephone number in case there is a problem. I never receive any phone calls. I even tried speaking to a live person and that didn't work either. Most of the staff is rude as well.

We sat in the rite aid drive through for over a half an hour at the window and we're not even acknowledged, this is medication I needed post surgery that I wasn't able to get because of how incredulously slow this was

Took me three days to get a pharmacist on the phone and when I did, they were extremely rude and unwilling to help. I moved my order over to Walgreens down the street and they were kind, answered my phone call and filled my order quickly.

I go to Rite Aid all the time. The managers and employees are very helpful and friendly. They know me by name. And they always greet me when I visit the store. They have good sales. I think I will always shop here.

This place has poor customer service, your prescriptions are never ready on time you have to call them and they still give you a hard time and half the time they’ll call you and say your prescription is ready and it’s not ready. Long wait times also

The worst pharmacy I've experienced. Every single time I arrive to pick up a perscription it is not ready. Even a day after it was ordered to be filled. They are not proactive in the slightest. Coming here is a serious, serious issue.

Fast service, it's bright and clean, the Main Street entrance to the parking lot, on the south side , needs to be lit up some way, it's so dark, I hit the curb pulling in, bc it's very hard to see at night.
