My older dog does best if I stay with him. Clarence pet grooming allowed that to be the case and my dog Moe did the best he could considering he is 12 yrs old. Highly recommend

Laura and staff at Clarence Pet Grooming go above and beyond !! I’ve never been fully satisfied with any other company and you can tell they really care about the well-being of your pets! They treat them as if they were their own. They take the time to make sure your pet is happy, relaxed, and comfortable. They don’t rush or force anything and they are sooo very patient with any dog that may be timid or who may have had a bad experience with another groomer. I had moved to Florida for 6 years and I didn’t trust anyone with my dogs down there. I would travel back to NY with them several times a year just to have them groomed by Laura. Totally worth it !! I have dogs of all different breeds, sizes and ages and they are always excited when they go there, it’s like a relaxing spa day for them. Not to mention, they are very clean and they sanitize everything in between grooms! My pets always leave looking and smelling great! I highly recommend !!

Wow, am I impressed with Clarence Pet Grooming! The shop is always so clean and fresh and Laura and her staff are wonderful. There's such attention to detail down to the eye drops to protect their eyes during grooming. I see them cleaning and disinfecting tools, tubs and work stations between every dog. I've never seen a shop do these things before! Laura's patience and care with my one very sensitive dog makes my heart smile. I can see that she truly cares and loves what she does. I'd recommend her to anyone for routine grooming and for anyone who goes once in awhile. As a bonus, I was also thrilled to find that she carries such great pet food! She gave me a free sample bag of Taste of the Wild and I'm hooked. All of my dogs now get their food from Laura also! ++A!!

A wonderful place to get all 3 of my puppies taken care of. A very comfortable atmosphere where the dogs can all get along and free to roam. My baby girl was abused physically by one of those "bigger corporate" pet places and was traumatized whenever she got washed/ groomed and we brought her here and she was totally comfortable. They really love there puppy clients here. I recommend very highly!!!

I’ve been taking my Cavalier and Scottie to Laura for years now. They always come out looking great and they smell great, too! Her shop is always clean and I see her constantly sanitizing everything. Although I don't need to do it, I have seen that she allows owners to be with their pets while they're being groomed.But the best part is that Laura genuinely cares about the dogs in her care. She goes out of her way to make sure that every animal’s experience is positive. My Scottie was acting up on a visit and she called me to ask if she should keep going or if I could bring him back another time because she didn’t want to stress him out. She will do anything to make animals feel safe.I trust Laura implicitly and I can’t recommend her enough!!

Laura and her staff do an amazing job on my dogs! Their cuts are perfect, never a detail speared. They are so fresh smelling, soft and shiny. Clean ears, cut nails, fresh breathe. I couldnt Ask for anything more from a groomer. Also there are never more then a few dogs there at a time so my dogs aren’t overwhelmed. Also, not many groomers deal with cats. Laura clippers and baths my cat every spring and she loves her time there.. I hightly Recommend Clarence pet grooming!!!

Definitely give Clarence Pet Grooming a try!Laura truly cares about the animals and is the only groomer I've ever seen take all owners' concerns into account, and even let them stay during the grooming of skittish or uncooperative dogs and cats. She is careful never to push the animals into something they don't want and never uses muzzles- only positive reinforcement. A+

Horrible experience! My Yorkie came out looking like he was weed whacked. Owner claimed my dog was uncooperative. Took a full day and 2 visits to complete the 1 grooming. During the 2nd visit I had to hold my dog for her to clip him! Never in his 8yrs of grooming have I experienced such incompetence. Worst grooming & experience ever! Very disappointing. I used groupon... so I didn't pay her usual fee. I tipped her for her time and will never ever go back!

This is the first time I have taken my dog to a groomer and left completely happy, and my dog seemed to enjoy it as well. My dog sheds a lot less since I got her groomed here! Highly recommend!
