Absolutely more than 5 stars! I couldn’t stop crying after I dropped her off for 7 days but then when I picked her up, she was SO happy with happy wagging tail! She actually cried when we left the kennel! Evergreen Kennels, THANK YOU SO MUCH for loving and taking such good care of Jetta!! You guys are awesome!

These people are great. They are friendly, responsible, attentive, their facility is clean. They are out in the country and my dog loves it. My dog is a fearful dog and he literally jumps out of the car and can't wait to go into the building. That says everything to me. He comes home all-barked-out, happy, and exhausted. That is hard to do because my dog is an Aussie mix. Love these guys.

Boarded our dog this weekend.He came home clean, smelling great and tired ( in a good way). He didn’t want to leave or care to see us.💙He’s a little over a year and full of energy.We have boarded other dogs at other places and when we pick them up they were very anxious.When normally quite calm.Would definitely recommend Evergreen, very nice owners and staff.💚

I'm so thankful for Evergreen Kennels! The facility is immaculate, and the staff are always personable and caring. The first time I stopped in it was unannounced, and the owner was more than happy to give us an on the spot tour of his facility. I highly recommend Evergreen when needing to board your dog!! Rambler gives them two paws up too!!

As the previous owner of Evergreen Kennels, I would like to say that I have boarded my dog and cat with the new owner several times and couldn't be happier! I personally know what is expected of a fine boarding facility and this is the place to be! My dog, Jaxx and cat, Captain come home clean and happy! I only have to say the word "kennel" or "Bobby" and Jaxx gets so excited and can't wait for me to get him there! There is no kennel in the area that will give your pet better care! I couldn't be happier!!

My wife and I are very happy, our Golden Retriever Martha is a big part of our life and trusting were she stays was a big decision for us. After our walk through visit and her first overnight stay at evergreen we stop looking!!! Thank you Evergreen and Staff.

I went back and forth on this today as to whether to leave this review. We are long-time dog owners and have been very dedicated to our canine friends and are therefore very particular about where we board them when we have to. Evergreen was one such place we trusted implicitly with our past pups and we were sad to hear they shut down a couple years back. Happy they re-opened last year.The owner - Bobby - is super nice. He'll hand you your $384 invoice for two dogs over two nights with a smile. When you ask via email why it's so much, why was I charged three days when they stayed Monday and Tuesday nights? He'll ask you to call or stop in. But when you tell him you're very happy just receiving an email explanation, he writes "I don't operate they way".What way? Where you value your customers and their potential return to your business? Or is it you won't put things like this in writing? Because there's no pricing on their website and the pricing listed on the board in the front office is confusing, especially if you are charged three days for two. I would have been happy to take his explanation via email and potentially taken my dogs back if I understood how he charges, and I would have made appropriate changes to scheduling them. But the whole business of not wanting anything in writing, only doing it in person or on the phone tells me what I need to know.I won't bring my dogs back. However, I won't leave a one-star review because, honestly, it's a great facility, he is nice, the dogs came home happy and healthy and that truly is the most important part of boarding your dogs. However, I will leave this one remark:Understand what you're being charged for. Ask for the rates up front and exactly how they are applied. I am in sales and the customer is always right. Plus, the customer deserves transparency, especially when it comes to issues of money. In my opinion, Evergreen Kennels is closed again.

Boarded my dog Jack here and couldn’t be happier! The owner was extremely helpful and made me feel very at ease leaving our dog with him. The kennel itself is very clean and well maintained. When we picked our dog up they had given him a bath and he smelled great! I will definitely be bringing my dog back and would highly recommend to others!

My dogs just stayed here for the first time. One of them is a German Shepherd with bad anxiety but he was great! He was the caest I've ever seen him in a new facility. The owner is a retired sheriff K-9 handler and his family has two GSDs as well, so I was immediately comfortable leaving my dogs here. Everyone was so nice and they clearly know what they're doing and care about dogs. The facility is clean and well-kept. Prices are very reasonable and there are discounts when two dogs stay together. Highly recommend!

After going to the same place for years and having it close, I was nervous about trying a new place. Evergreen kennels has been great with our two pittbulls. Our dogs can be a bit challenging, with one being deaf and the other being a master escape artist that can jump fences you can imagine why I was nervous! Evergreen kennels does a great job with the pups, the staff is kind, it's clean and I have already recommended them to family and friends.

Awesome facility and very friendly staff. My two dogs are usually very nervous but they made friends immediately and they were happy when picking them up. They gave a tour of the facility and even with all of the dogs and cats there was not an odor like other kennels and everything was very clean. The outdoor play was a minimal charge. I will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

(original review) They were very accommodating to my little nervous dog and did their best to make him more comfortable during our week long vacation. It is a pleasant and safe environment. Only complaint is the one hour pick up/drop off time on Sunday's which makes the experience a bit more stressful for an already high strung dog. (Updated review) My dog came home from his second boarding here with an eye infection that vet says could have only come from here (chain link separates dogs when outdoors). The owner did pay his vet bill but the staff never apologized, only made excuses. Better training regarding customer service is in order and separate kennels for small dogs would be better.

Their team loved my pup which gave me a good feeling about doing business with them. I definitely appreciate the low-cost additional option of 1-on-1 outdoor playtime for dogs. Letting us bring his bed and a few toys with him presumably helped him get comfortable quickly as well. Thank you! ALSO thank you for accommodating us only a day ahead!!!

I've had my dogs at Evergreen three times now and I'm comfortable writing a review. The kennel areas are clean and well maintained. The crate space is ample for my two GSD's and I appreciate that they wash my dog's beds before I arrive to pick them up! Their grooming services are excellent and very reasonably priced. Overall I'm quite pleased with Evergreen and I believe my dogs are as well.

I've taken both of my dogs here for a very long time now and everytime they both come out looking beautifully groomed! They make sure that your pets are in great care. They play with them and give them lots of love when my two dogs stay over night. I deffinetly would recommend them! They are awesome and the staff are so friendly!

If you allow your pet to stay here, make sure you bring a bed for them, not just the blanket they recommend. If you bring bones for your dog(s), the people wont give the bones to them. Bought 2 brand new, identical bones for my dogs stay there...got home and there was absolutely 0 teeth marks on them. If the workers had actually given my pups those bones there would have been at least a few marks (they absolutely love sitting in the sun chewing on them). People there are nice enough, but not sure if the dogs were let out after 5 pm. One person said all the workers leave at 5 for the night, whereas someone else said the dogs are let out again at 7. Do not believe our pets will be going back again.

Evergreen Kennels is such an incredible place to bring my pets. They are the most caring and kind people...not to mention they are all absolutely crazy animals lovers!! Parker always comes home tired from all the play time he gets. I just can't say enough about how amazing they are. I would highly recommend the Evergreen Kennels to anyone!

We took our paranoid Chihuahua (with separation anxiety) there for a couple of days. We figured he would really stress out from the visit but the staff there are so incredible. In fact with a separation anxiety he wouldn't eat so they called me up and asked me if they could try other options with him. At no extra charge. He was so well taken care of that we will never hesitate to take him back there.

Well, honestly this place seemed great and was recommended to me by my vet but I will never go here again. A.) For starters my dog looks like he hasnt eaten, I know his sensitive stomach might be why because he throws up if he eats too quick which I told them. B.) Apparently he scratched his nose on the fencing, I should have been notified when it happened not when im putting him into my car and I see it, you're lucky I wasn't going to make a scene and C.) Dont know how he has a cut on his head just that was the mysterious fencing too.

I love this place!!! The owner and staff are so caring...they took the best care of my 13 year old dog. Took him on walks, gave him treats I left for him and even put vitamin E oil on his nose to prevent cracking every day! A million stars!!! Thank you!!!

I have boarded my dog there for years and they have earned my trust. This kennel has heated floors, air conditioning, outdoor dog runs so your dog can go in and out, and a great caring staff.
