I have been bringing my dogs, Pebbles & Rocco, here for a few years now and I have nothing but great things to say about this location! The entire staff, front desk to techs to the vet, go above and beyond and are professional, friendly and caring. The facility is clean and neat and the staff does a wonderful job cleaning the rooms in between appointments. I get wonderful service consistently, even when I am calling panicked for some reason, they are always willing to provide great information even over the phone, and go above and beyond to help no matter what. There have been many instances I have been able to get in same day for medical concerns with very little wait time. Overall, I highly recommend Churchville Vet, they really care about my pets like they are their own and provide detailed, attentive service like no other.

Small town veterinary feel with high quality. Left our larger local vet to come back to Dr Rick because his agency just seems to be better about getting us in quickly when needed while still giving excellent service. I have known Dr Rick for a long time and respect him as a vet, a US Military veteran, and a good and decent man.

We have been with Churchville Vet for about 5 weeks and they have been wonderful. All the staff are friendly, kind and love animals. Yesterday we had a "sick" appointment with Dr Parsons and he was very thorough, competent, and caring. He spends time with his patients and makes sure all your questions are answered. I was so thankful that our fur baby was in his care.

Absolutely no flexibility. Needed an appointment for my dog I was two days from pay day and they wouldn’t see her. Then on pay day we got an appointment and we drive all the way out and they tell us they won’t see her because we were late, even when we called to tell them, and they said it was ok.

This place saved my two dogs on two different emergency situations and each time they were knowledgeable, strategic, and compassionate. Worth every penny, every time. Dr. Parsons and his excellent, caring staff helped us through some very challenging health issues with our dogs a few years ago and have earned our trust. They consistently provide excellent care and take the time to answer questions and give thorough explanations of different options for our pet's care. We've been with Churchville vet since 2010. Love Dr. Parsons, he has always given our dog Blue wonderful attention (and his staff is clearly in love with Blue and their workplace) and helped us through some new diagnoses especially when there was uncertainty. John, one of the vet techs that I've worked with a lot, is fantastic. I was skeptical about the addition of a new vet in the last year or two and not always seeing Dr. Parsons every visit but Dr. Walker has proven to be a great complement to the practice. It was clear that Dr. Parsons had discussed Blue with her and continuity of care is so important. She is super friendly and always up for discussing options and their risks/benefits. Staff is always pleasant and helpful which was not the case at our old vet prior to going to Churchville.

I had been using another vet for probably 15 years, the business changed hands and I didn't care for how they had become. It was more like an assembly line and they made alot of mistakes and I wasnt comfortable taking my dogs there any more. I spent hours researching vets and I found the churcville vet to be extremely friendly pet oriented, spent alot of time with me and my puppy. Explained everything in detail. Dr. Walker and her assistant John were very compassionate and very professional, and I really appreciate their willingness to make a house call for us. I also really appreciate all the staff who answered the phone every time I called (and cried) - they all patiently waited for me to get it together so I could tell them what I was calling for. When I had my kitten spayed here, they made sure she was healthy before putting her under anesthesia, by running blood work. They used lots of monitors on her to make sure she was ok while she was having her surgery. It gave me great piece of mind to know they took every precaution to make sure Jazzy made it through her surgery.The technician was very good about explaining everything to me. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions.The hospital is clean. The staff is friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
