Would never purchase from Camping World again. $1,600 fee for prep of our used camper was a joke. The service department was to replace a broken tail light and gouged a hole in the fiberglass and thought we wouldn’t see it. Sales were great until you needed something in follow up, they totally ghosted us. Would NOT recommend, very shady business. They also hid electrical issues; the list goes on and on. Do your homework, start with another camping dealership.

It was a long trip, but we were glad that we finally got there. We had to look all around to see what kind would work well for us. We ended up getting a toy hauler whichever worked out really well. Because when we received our go kart, we were able to put it into the rv. Also have room for the dog. The cat and I don't think that you'll be disappointed if you should go there and check out these beautiful trailers.

I consigned my Rv van to Ron at Camping World. I thought it would take months to sell— instead, he sold it in 14 days. He had a bid the first week. Unbelievable.He was concise and thorough with the paperwork. And right on target with the price.I would consign, and buy thru this Camping World any time.Sold in just 14 days! Love it!Thanks Ron!

We use the dump station here which is open 24/7. We really appreciate that access. When we are there we usually go in and purchase any sort of accessories we need. The latest time was anti-freeze and a couple bumper end caps. The folks in the store were not particularly helpful or personable. They do have a good variety of items in their store and we will be back. We purchased our trailer at this location, but it was Meyers then.

I went to the RV show with my Dad who had a very nice, personable and knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Joe helping him. Joe was happy to show my dad, Raymond, different RVs, different options and was very good at explaining information that was easily received because it was more personal versus him being a sales person. I hope when it comes time for me to purchase Joe is still around because I will make sure to ask for him!Thank you Joe for making my father feel like a person and not a sale because that is most important to us consumers.

Honestly, if I could give it zero stars I would. I had one of the worst experiences from the Churchville location. I reached out to sell my camper under consignment, and was told that they would be willing to do so. It took them months to come and pick my camper up. I've never done anything like this before so I asked the sales person what the cost would be to sell it on consignment so that I wouldn't be surprised with any hidden fees. The sales person I spoke to told me "We charge 0% to Consign your camper with us. This absolutely will cost you nothing for us to sell your camper on your behalf." to only be called and told that I would have to pay $5,000 for cleaning and repairs. When I spoke to the GM he told me that he was sorry for the miscommunication and that the most he could do was have me pay $4,000. I kept all the emails and communication as proof of the false information they had given me. I decided to just pick my camper back up and sell it myself. They had no intention on keeping their word on expecting (0%) from me to sell my camper. I am only writing this review to give other sellers a heads up on the false information they give you, and how they have zero intention on keeping their word. Myself, and my family will no longer be doing business with Camping World.

I just purchased a 2021 Flagstaff Forest River 206 LTD, I am replacing my 1997 Flagstaff. I was cordially received by Dan and everything was explained to me thoroughly. I felt I received a good, fair price. I stated what my payment needed to be and they made it work for me. The technician, Anthony, explained everything to me. Alot has changed since 1997 (lol) and sometimes he had to explain things to me twice but he was very patient, kind and thorough. He did not make me feel like a dope because I asked tons of questions. Very helpful and my daughter took notes. Great staff, lots of smiles and kindness and great service. I would recommend Camper World over their competitor any day of the week!!

Horrible customer service experience. They are only out for money. They don’t even return calls. They were nicer when my abuser visited me with them. After the divorce they couldn’t even help me get good sam in my name only and so paid for it being that I was the only spouse working. So now on my camper I have to pay $84 a month for food Sam when I already paid for it in dealer fees because the camper they just came me in June 2023 has refrigerator problems. What a scam.

Update: what they don't tell you is you get to sit through a two hour insurance commercial pressuring you to buy insanely priced insurance .Then when they promise to double check that the table was folded up for delivery they didn't ,it could have caused severe damage. Along with the fact in took time off work for delivery and they came two hours early and dumped it without callingI called to talk to them and they wouldn't take my calls. This place is only out for money and they tell you everything to get you to buy but don't deliver. Or even care to respond to a phone call about concerns you had called ahead about and they lied.I tried emailing and no response either.We drove almost two hours to see the camper we saw online. Alice showed us the camper and helped us make the best decision for our needs. I would highly recommend camping world and Alice to anyone who is looking for any camper/ RV.

We had a great experience with the Churchville campers world. Our salesperson was Alice and she was just wonderful. She didn't pressure us at all. We felt very at ease. She always kept us informed and checked on us when we returned home, we are new at pulling 5th wheel. The Churchville store was excellent. From the walk thru to the training of the hookup. The manager Dave always made us feel right at ease. Definitely would buy from them again.

What an amazing experience and I didn't even purchase my camper yet! My husband and I are looking to buy within the next month and so we started going places and looking at what we want/need. The sales person Mike was great! He wrote down notes and was so attentive to our needs and wants. I was so pleased with our experience and am happy to be doing business with them!

We're new to RV'ing and we were a little nervous about such a large purchase. The folks at Camping World were great and put us at ease. They helped us at every step along the way and were very customer focused. Our salesperson, Andrew, was the best. He's high energy and has both a great personality and sense of humor. Our finance guys, Jeff and Brian were also very helpful. We did have one small hiccup, when there was a miscommunication on when we would be taking our trailer home, and our plates weren't available. Lori, their Service Delivery Manager, secured a driver and had our trailer delivered to our home to make good on the delivery, using dealer plates. I mention that, because I don't judge good customer service by when things are going well, I judge it by when there is an issue and how that business responds. That's what puts them to the test. Camping World passed that test with flying colors. Again, I'd recommend them to anyone who's shopping for an RV. And, be sure to ask for Andrew!

I just bought a camper from Camping World in Churchville. Everything went well until my wife and I came to pick it up. We were charged more than $1,800 to prepare the camper for pick up and were told that it would take 2 to 3 hours. The business had a week to prepare it! We waited from 9:00 am to 12:30 and it was not ready yet. We left because we had appointments and one of the supervisors promised to have the camper prepared and delivered. It was delivered about an hour later but it was not prepared as promised. I was missing the camera monitor that cost us $500, the camper was not fully cleaned and we never got the walk-through that is customary after a sale. I took back the following week and everyone apologized about the mess but it was not fixed. I received the wrong camera monitor and the camper was not well cleaned. The whole ordeal left a bad taste in our mouth and we not going back to that business or recommending it to anyone!!!

UPDATE: finally got to pick it up last week and have to bring it back because the slide repair is leaking significant water.Sales experience and process of buying was great. They had the exact floor plan we wanted. However, the entire experience since then has left much to be desired.We bought our trailer in March and due to snow storms did not pick up right away. When we called to finally pick it up we were pushed off because they discovered a manufacturer defect. When we were finally able to pick it up Memorial Day weekend we received the service report that included additional warranty work that was never disclosed to us. In addition we received the trailer a complete mess, it was never detailed as they stated it would be. We went to clean it out ourselves and when we extended one of the slides the rail completely broke. We had it to bring it back after only having it a week. It has now been two months and we still don't have it back. We were informed the replacement parts came in the first week of July and are still waiting. It's been an incredibly disappointing and regrettable experience.

The process was exhausting. Hours and hours looking at campers, two days taken off work to drive two hours away but they were very accommodating. Always a kind face or someone to sit and chat with us. Evan was our salesman and he was great, I’d recommend him to anyone . If he can deal with my husband, he can deal with anyone. He got us something as a token of his appreciation for our purchase and frankly I owe him something for dealing with my husband , far more than what he got us. Anthony T , that kid knows his stuff and loves his job , he needs a raise . Good employees are hard to find and you have the best one out in the shop. Loyal, committed, excited and overall knowledgeable. The Sales manager, always greeting his potential buyers and introducing himself . Lisa who coordinates the logistics of things was a very great person also . Although, the experience was time consuming and my husband was less than pleasant I’d 100% recommend to give them a shot. Cheers to a successful sale and happy patrons ! Hubs isn’t easy to please .. Trust me!

Had a very good experience at the churchville location. I worked with George and he got me into a beautiful camper for a unbeatable price. The camper needed work and they had it in and out of the shop in a weeks time. Got the camper home and planning on going camping this weekend with it. I will definitely use them again. Hardest part was picking a camper with all of their selection.

My family of 3 had been looking to buy a camper. We had a situation where I needed to guarantee a good roof over my family’s head. We had gotten scammed out of our home from someone who we thought was a friend, and during court are unable to continue living in the home we thought was ours. For the past month, we were assigned a absolutely amazing employee named Alice. She not only remembered and kept in mind our situation, but overshot our expectations. She found us an absolutely beautiful camper and worked diligently to make sure we could get the camper. She was very kind to our 5 year old daughter and kept our dogs in mind when it came to living. Every interaction with every employee we met has been wonderful and kind. Very exceptional store, would highly recommend. Anyone can sell you a camper but the staff are incredible and will do whatever they can to make sure you’re completely satisfied.

Our experience when we came in to look at the camper we purchased was good. The Staff was very friendly and informative. Evan was our salesman and he really knows his job. He made us feel comfortable liked we've know him a long time. Also the gentleman (his name was Anthony or John I think) who prepped the camper for us to come in and do our walk though was very nice and knew his stuff. Everyone we worked with was very friendly. I would recommend anyone to come and look at campers at Camping World in Churchville.

The initial buying experience was amazing….We made an appointment about three months in advance after our purchase to have paint and fab completed before the season started. We brought our camper home to find basic parts missing. We have not been made a priority despite our scheduled appointment. Two weeks later and our camper still is NOT done. Such a disappointment!

Our experience at Camping World of Churchville started out a little rough. There was some miscommunication amongst staff and myself which led to my wife and I missing out on a couple of campers. We decided to stick with Camping World and Brian found us a great camper at a terrific price. After our first salesperson left the Churchville store, George Avery picked up the reigns and we finished strong. During the walkthrough and closing, George and everyone else at Churchville was very pleasant. The RV was delivered the following day buy a friendly and dedicated driver (Quinton) and we are now enjoying our new vacation home. Thanks George!

I cannot say enough good things about this location. From the second you enter the building, it is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The entire staff are friendly, helpful, and DO NOT PRESSURE THEIR CUSTOMERS! We knew what we wanted when we walked in, and were met by John. He walked us around, let us look at other models that were comparable, then he and the sales team worked their magic. Anthony in service is a stand-up man. He truly treats everyone with kindness, respect and ensures the customer takes their new camper home with a sound mind that it's been thoroughly serviced. Thank you for the experience. Had camper in for repeat visits and several days before I made a face to face complaint, at that time I was taken serious and the problem was resolved however, even though the staff continued to make promises to get the work complete to my husband, I had to speak with upper management before anything was done. Our initial experience felt like a wheel and deal to get our money and send us out the door. However, I will say, after this final visit the matter was resolved and I left very happy with the experience in the end.

Do not ever expect to get a phone call back from them if you call and leave a message can never get any one but the receptionist to talk to always excuses after excuses. 1 star review is way more than these clowns deserve nothing but headaches since 2 days before picking up camper should have known then to run promises not kept and can't even enjoy our camper now I should have kept my old camper biggest mistake ever going there to buy.
