This store really deserves a 0 star rating. Deplorable service, completely and utterly rude employees.How dare you employ people that call someone an idiot when they ask for help. Avoid this garbage location and go somewhere else. It's not worth the time or effort. Disgusting.

Very helpful and pleasant manager to aid in product location, application, and explanation. Very competitive name brand prices. Expedited shopping because they don't move their products around all the time like their competitors. Quick and easy experience.

Its not the same as it was few years ago. Vegetable and fruit section was disappointing and the selections of healthy foods was few. You really had to look hard for healthy choices. Their meats looks like it has been there a bit too long. Their products are all over the place and confusing. I think I'd avoid going to the Henrietta one from now on.

The persons working the self-checkout line are very unprofessional and unkind. They were very short with people and almost had to refrain from them getting too close to me. Granted, I don't go to this particular Price Rite very often, except if I'm in the general vicinity and have to buy a few things. Prior to this, I had a decent experience there. This particular time, which was yesterday, was particularly unnerving. I do not complain much,if at all All I ask is for basic quality customer service or do not approach me at all.

Affordable grocery shopping with good variety and quality. Highly recommend if money is tight or even if its not. Your dollar goes a lot farther then wally world or wegmans. Location is sketchy and store is descently cleaned.

So I go into price Rite on 10/19 in the afternoon for a sale item and a couple of other things. I had a great conversation with an employee working in the meat department who helped me look for a specific item. It's so nice when employees are willing to provide good customer service. Unfortunately I didn't get your name but I wanted to thank you for taking the extra time looking for my item and the positive experience🙂

So glad I was told about the special on 24pk polar spring water 3/$11 best deal ever and definitely will be coming back to shop seeing that there prices is very reasonable which is in budget range 🤗

It's funny when I hear people say Price Rite has fresh cheap produce. But what they got are garbage. Just look at this picture. All of their lemon are old and moldy. Just garbage.

Lots of fresh tropical produce (platains!!) and Carribean fruit (papaya, mangos). Also some nice pop up sales in the last aisle. Staff are very nice and the bathroom is in the front!

Good variety of food. Pretty consistent with what is offered regularly unlike some discount stores. Best sound track for shopping. I find myself staying a little longer and going up and down each isle as I sing to the music!

It's a great store and I get my money's worth. The name brand products are lower in prices compared to Wegmans/Tops. However, one should watch the quality of fresh produce, baked goods, or non brand items.There are not many aisles open and one may have to wait a little longer to check out the groceries. Their self checkouts are good.There is no customer service booth but I am sure the cashiers will be able to help, if need be.

it was bright and clean from the entrance. shopping carts are inside so you don't need to fuss with them outdoors. i found everything relatively easily and prices were clearly labeled. staff was also very friendly.

Price Rite is the grocery store you should be going to if you want an enormous assortment of products, even name brand products and produce for the lowest prices around. The expanse of this store is surprising when you enter. It is a spacious, clean, always well maintained and well organized store.You do need to bring your own bags.You will save so much money shopping here with high quality everything!

Still the best place to buy Carvel ice cream cakes. They have a very large freezer section with all the good items you use to be able to find at Wegmans but cheaper.The floor staff could use some more training on being reminded they're at work and not hanging out with friends using colorful language to describe their weekend adventures.
