LaLa normally has a wonderful time being groomed, but this time I could barely tell that she was clean. She didn’t smell clean. She didn’t have that beautiful perfume odor that she normally comes home with and her nails really did not look groomed.

My dog came home fancy and happy. He is a large boy with short hair. I bathe him myself, but I am very uncomfortable caring for his nails and glands. The groomer took the time to explain his toes have really long quicks. I'm sure I would have hurt my sweet boy if I tried. I will definitely be back to this location.

This was our Sage's first grooming experience. As he is quite a small breed and very young, we were concerned. But as soon as we talked to Sarah, we felt that Sage was in safe and good hands. She was very professional, friendly, compassionate and very caring. She did a great job and took care of our anxious Sage. I hope that the management of Petco realizes that she is a valuable asset to their organization. We have booked our next appointment with Sarah so that Sage gets to know her and be comfortable with her.

Jessica is an absolutely wonderful with our dogs. She is so positive, calm and truly cares about their well-being. My one dog is a rescue and is very shy but she totally trusts Jess. My other dog is older and needs some special attention and Jess is very caring with her. Sarah, Justina and Hayley have groomed my girls as well in the past and they are all wonderful too. A great team - very compassionate and great customer service!

Jessica at the Pittsford Petco is the best groomer. She is masterful with my dog. Love her! My dog has a history of not being the most calm during the grooming process but she is masterful. Great customer service and cut. They listened to exactly what I wanted. My normal groomer is busy and books a month out but my dog needed service as soon as possible so I decided to try Petco, without the highest expectations since it is a chain. I was pleasantly surprised at the experience and customization.

Angela, the groomer, was patient and kind. This was our puppy's first grooming session and he is a barker because he is afraid of everything. She was knowledgeable, gave him a good haircut and he seemed very at ease with her.

Sarah is gentle and skilled with my older dog. Grooming is hard for him as his hind legs are weaker than they used to be. Sarah took her time with him, and he is very comfortable with her.

Sarah is fantastic with my pug! Before I went to Sarah my dog was awful about taking a bath and getting her nails cut but Sarah does such a good job she's not nearly as stressed about it anymore.

Our appt was for 1:00 . We arrived 5 minutes early, however, Daisy's grooming lasted to 4:10 p.m. That is entirely too long. If it happens again we will be forced to go elsewhere.
