I recently discovered HempSol, and I'm impressed. I used to go to dispensaries, but HempSol beats them hands-down, with better pricing AND products. The gummy selection is amazing, and customers can order online (their website is super easy to navigate), or pick up at their store front. But, it's the staff that really makes HempSol the best option in Rochester. The ladies are so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Way to go, HempSol. Keep up the great work!

HempSol is hands-down my favorite of these stores in Rochester. Not only is the selection great, but the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the quality is great, and they have good prices. They also do giveaways from time-to-time. I highly recommended it to anyone.

This is the only store I go to. I am a frequent shopper. I have gone to a few others and nothing comes close to the products and knowledge of hempsol and the employees. Everytime I go I spend at like 300-500 dollars. I recommend hempsol to all my friends and family. Great quality. The new Laffy taffys are fantastic and the chrome grown roulette gummies were so much fun and worked like you wouldn't believe!! Love love love this place.

I am definitely impressed with the quality of their products. The owner and staff are amazing people. Im not from this area and they welcomed me with open arms. They have become my go to store, not just for their outstanding products but for making me feel welcome and at home.Google is asking me if anything has changed at Hempsol, so since this is my favorite go to CBD store I have to respond! They sure have changed in the most magnificent way! They continue to be the best shop with the best products in Rochester. Im a frequent guest in their shop and I always feel like they know exactly what I need and they always make me smile. I was just there the other day and Ive been having some bad days, as soon as I walk in Im welcomed each time by the most amazing staff that lifts my mood right away. How can I be moody when Im in a happy atmosphere. The staff dosen't just provide an outstanding service, they also provide and create a vibe where you are left walking out with a better mood and more knowledge. No matter what you will leave Hempsol knowing there is no better place to buy your goodies from.Update- have to give a huge shout out to the owners and staff 🙌 They know how to create an atmosphere where no one wants to leave. I have been to dozens of dispensaries, smoke shops etc. Across the United 🇺🇲And I can say with confidence that Hempsol won my heart. For all of the reasons above and for new reasons everytime I walk in. Which is all the time. I make sure I stock up on all my go to goodies. Check out their amazing Bundle Bars! I cant live without them. They are a permanent treat in my home. Hempsol has found a way to make treats taste delicious with a delightful high. You will thank me for this! So go check it out as soon as you say to yourself... I need my CBD/THC!

I have been going to Hempsol for several years now. Their products have always been great but today, for the first time ever, I had an issue with one of their products. I returned to the store and the staff was kind and courteous, investigates the issue and rectified it with no questions asked. I knew this was a great place, but after this experience I cannot recommend this store enough!

This was my first time HempSol but by far not my first rodeo if you catch my drift. The customer service was very welcoming and made you feel comfortable and not rushed like at some places I’ve been. It wasn’t very busy until the last few min of my visit but even so the very nice lady with blonde hair helped me out and took her time to understand what I wanted and made some excellent choices for me to choose from and I was not disappointed. The products are fire and it was exactly what I wanted when I explained my preferences. I would def recommend this place!

Went here based on a reference from a friend trying to find something to help me sleep. I found what I needed but also found friendly, knowledgeable people working here. Even though it is a bit of a drive for me, I will gladly do it for the great service. I first went here about a week ago and I have had the best week of sleep that I have had in years.

Always have what I am looking for, or something similar. I drive about 20 minutes each way to go here rather than other places that are closer. <3 good price, good quality. Some tinctures I've gotten in the past lack any kind of label other than a brand logo which i normally would find sketch (Used to Cali where everything is on a label or QR code), but never had any issues.

As a lover of all things cannabis and someone who struggles with chronic pain, this is my favorite place to go for any tinctures, carts, flower, and gummies. Best shop in town, easily. HempSol is consistent with the products they offer and the high quality service they provide. The staff is very knowledgeable and the owner is so friendly! Thanks Jim for running such a great business. I can't tell you how many "CBD experts" I've talked to that don't even know the contents of the product they're selling, but this place carries lab reports for all their products so you know every detail about the strains they feature.

I spoke to both Jim and Dawn from Hempsol and they were very friendly and knowledgeable in regards to questions I had on some of their products! I did place an order over the phone which was very easy and can’t wait to receive my order. Thank you!!I have now been using for a little over a week now Cbd oil Lazarus Naturals, 3,000 MG French Vanilla Mocha , I love the taste , it has helped me with anxiety , sleep. I also have the Lumi microdose spray which has helped with anxiety , pain , and sleep. Love the gummie bears also! I have spoken to Jim and Dawn and they both were very knowledgable and helpful!! Thank You!! I have placed 2 orders by phone now , very easy to do and products were shipped very quick!

This place is awesome, it has great staff and a wide selection of products. Dawn, who I believe works throughout the week, is an awesome employee who really cares what your issue is and what product would be best for you. I dislocated my knee this past June and with her help and some luck I was able to recover to finish a ultramarathon in July. Their topical selection is terrific!

I've used hemp products of all sorts for nearly 20 years. I've been a Medical patient in CA, WA and now NY, and I can safely say Hemp Sol is my new favorite retail location for my medicinal needs. I feel like this is the fairest price point for quality + consistency + convenience, with knowledgeable and friendly staff willing to take time to speak with you. It's also just very pleasant inside, well appointed without the sterile corporate snobbery of a dispensary, or the lack of quality control abundant at most so-called convenient and cheap options (which are neither when you look under a microscope). You get what you pay for. I am so glad I became a member and I look forward to enjoying their products and learning from them. I have lived in ROC for nearly 4 years and I was floored to learn Hemp Sol has been around that long and that I had been missing out. Thanks Reddit for leading me here.

Dawn at HempSol was extremely helpful and very friendly today during my first visit to the store. I had no idea what to expect and didnt know what products would work best for me, but Dawn was very nice and listened to me and helped me find the products that would work best. I am definitely going back to buy more of their products!!
