My wife and I were more than pleased with the customer service and quality of product we received from Monique at Genesee Valley Stamp. We had just recently lost our small dog Rascal at the time and wanted to have engraving done on a placard that had been given to us by a friend to remember Rascal.Monique went above and beyond to deliver what we were requesting!This was a very emotional time for us and Monique was great ... very understanding. We will always be thankful to her for her patience. The quality product and personnel at Genesee Valley Stamp are exceptional.

I am blown away by the excellent, prompt service. I called Monique late in the day for a custom stamp needed in a crunch. She stayed that evening to do the job for us, provided proofs so I could really know which size fit our needs, & had the stamp available for pick up that evening. Exceptional. Monique was even kind enough to include extra ink & a replacement pad at no charge. Service above & beyond. The stamp is quality, too. Our organization will LOOK for ways to use Genesee Stamp again.

Genesee Stamp & Engraving (their new name) was recommended to me by a friend, and I had such a wonderful experience. Due to health concerns Monica assisted me via text and email. The skill used to craft my unique stamp, especially with these restrictions, was fantastic.The customer service is amazing. We took our engraved cake server, from our wedding, to have it engraved on the opposite side, for our upcoming daughter's wedding. All I can say is, WOW!They did a fantastic job! They matched the font and the engraving was BEAUTIFUL!!We will be using them for all of our future engraving, and telling everyone that this is the place to go for all of your engraving needs! (And stamps, and lots more!)

Incredible service. Great human touch!I stumbled into this place looking for stationary to print my wedding invitations. They didn't have what i was looking for, but they did do custom stamps for really affordable rates. I ended up ordering a custom stamp for the return address on our RSVPs.I can't even tell you the incredible effect that those stamps had. They really made everything look great.On top of everything else, I had to get those invites out that day and this shop was closing soon. Even though the stamps usually take 24 hours, the owner kindly stayed late so I could get my "24 hours" stamp in only a couple hours to completely save the day!Can't say enough positive about the place. I will be returning very soon and very often. Any excuse I get. Seriously. You don't think you need a custom stamp. Get a few anyway. Great local business, really cool custom product that's affordable and useful (especially for snail mail).

I placed an order at 7:45 PM and received a voicemail alerting me to the fact that what I ordered online, may not actually be what I wanted. When I spoke with Monique the next morning at 10:00 she went above and beyond to not only help me correct my mistake, but took the time to find the correct font and make an absolutely perfect stamp, that was ready for pick up before 1:00 the same day!!!! This was amazing customer service
