I shop here often when I am in the neighborhood. The store isn't sparkling clean or anything, but when I go they are well-stocked (for the most part) and usually have what I need. The evening cashier that's there when I go in on Saturday nights is always nice to me and is friendly with all of his Customers. As a former cashier, I know it's a thankless job, and he is doing a wonderful job and keeps a positive attitude! :)

A good store as associates are pleasantly nice, but it is imperative to check receipt for accurate pricing. Family Dollar, when actually paying price during check-out, can be higher than what was actually shown at item display. This this the THIRD time i have caught a them trying to gyp me at the 630 W Ridge Road Rochester, NY location. Their stupid excuse has always been the same. "The sale price was never taken down yet." "Oh yea, sure," I will then politely reply. "Then please show correct price!" How many poor people are too busy and do not feel like the hassle of waiting in line to get a refund? The difference in this illegitimate revenue racket can really add up if enough of these convenient "mistakes" keep continuing at Family Dollar, 630 West Ridge Road, Rochester New York 14615.

They place is so disorganized a person can barely find things. Clothes, bras and panties thrown in big bins with inability to sort sizes. Shoes are all over, toys in the aisles, dirty floors, shelves and counters. Customer service is below average, always forgetting to take security tags off. Go in there with my Bling Bag for Paparazzi dressed as a grandmother, no response of leaving my purse. Which by the way is my Bling Bag. Go in dressed to do business as a Paparazzi Sister and I basically get called a thief. Double standards and hypocrisy is definitely not good customer service.

Make sure you check the actual prices on everything. The past few times I've gone and grabbed something, by the time it gets to the register it is a different price. They alwas say oh it's in the wrong place, even if the entire display is marked a certain price. And they will not honor the advertised price. Gave few chances but turned off.

Exterior of the store and plaza are very run down and a turn off. However, clerk was very friendly and helpful. Store had a lot to choose from and well stocked.

Its family dollar. Its great.. I mean c'mon. I would reccomend purchasing pregnancy tests at someplace with a slightly higher cost though.. I mean you want to know, you want to know.. Also. Don't get condoms at the. Krispy chicken at the corner.. They only have Magnums.. Like Wtf am I going to do with that? I'm white..

Recieved the absolute worst customer service ever. Both employees were very unprofessional and rude displaying the most terrible attitude I have ever seen. These two girls who worked on 3/8/19 @ 9:30pm should be fired.
