Don't waste your time. Wow! I was interested in test driving a vehicle there, but was told I could not test drive the vehicle. I asked why and was then told I had to be 100% certain that I was going to buy it. How can One be certain that they will purchase the vehicle without at least test driving it if it's out on your lot for sale? I've never been to a dealership where I've been denied a test drive for a potential purchase. I felt this was very unprofessional and demonstrated poor business practices. Who knows, I could have paid cash for the vehicle if I got to test drive it and a sale would have been made. Potential revenue was lost, but its all good because i found an even better vehicle, newer with less miles and fully loaded for a lot cheaper. If you like wasting time and having your balls fondled then this is the place for you. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. AND i was able to test drive it!

I had the pleasure of meeting Tom Diogaurdi and his son. Let me tell you I went kicking and screaming all the way there with my put-put car. He took the time to talk with me to calm my fears. I really didn't want a car payment but like I said he discussed everything down the details... We talked about what I already spent on my old car and what I WILL spend to keep it going...I went on the lot and saw a couple of SUVs and made my decisions immediately. I had a great experience buying my dream car (Porsche Cayman S) from Dioguardi Auto Sales. Mr. Dioguardi and Tom Dioguardi were a huge help as I looked to buy from an out of state dealership (I’m from MD) for the first time. The information and coaching that they provided was right on target as I work my way through the buying process. Tom even picked me up at the airport and had everything ready to go once I arrived at the dealership.Once I arrived home I did have an issue with the title due to the state of Maryland (Not the fault of Diogaurdi). There were spectacular helping me to resolve the issue quickly. Because I planned on keeping the car for a long time I had a full inspection of the car done by my local Porsche dealership. It’s one thing for a car dealership to say that they car is perfect it is another to have confirmed by the Porsche dealership.I would not hesitate to buy another car from Dioguardi Auto Sales. This place is a Joke the old guys who is in his 100s was so rude!!!! Saying racist jokes and wouldn’t let me test drive the car before letting 1,000 places run my credit. Rude and nasty!!! Omg I Sat down to purchase a car today and was basically racially profiled the ENTIRE TIME until I just had enough. My job title and salary was belittled. He asked me did I rob banks for a living or something JUST RUDE. Asking me way more info than a car salesman needs to know went to Garber and was treated like a human.

I had known Tom briefly more than 20 years ago and I called him after all these years and he remembered me from so long ago. I filled out an application on line after speaking with Tom and I went there the next day and he was AMAZING. He was not only so kind but his knowledge and and persistence was so unbelievable. The person that helped us at this dealership was immediately unwelcoming when we walked in. He had an unpleasant demeanor and treated us like we were interrupting his breakfast. He was condescending when we talked about price and told him that KBB had his car (exact VIN number checked) listed as worth about 13,000 dollars less than he was trying to sell it for. He couldn't\wouldn't let us take the vehicle for a test drive, stood over me when I was sitting in the vehicle and he didn't listen. We would say something and then a minute later, he would ask us the same question that we just answered. Very disappointing experience.

Today I had one of the greatest car buying experiences of my life!!! I saw a car online and stopped in to simply look at a car but with no real intention to purchase anything. After looking at a few cars I found one that I loved. It was immaculately clean with low miles and was absolutely impeccable. I then met with Tom and his son who then made the process quick and pain free. He was upfront and honest about the price and history of the car.as well financing options. The very next day I was taking the plates of my old car and putting them on my new dream car. This was like buying a car from a family member. Even while I waited Tom and I had great conversations about life, money, business,and marriage. A whole bunch of unforeseeable circumstances occurred to us all at once—the perfect storm, and I really needed a car but my awesome credit plummeted within a couple of months. Dioguardi was so great. I came to DioGuardi Auto Sales with subpar credit at best with little hope to get approved but definitely needed a new car because the water pump had just gone on mine. Tom and Tom went to work and to my surprise we're able to have me approved in under an hour!! I took delivery of my beautiful 2012 Toyota Highlander the next day and have been extremely satisfied with my experience and new vehicle. So where do begin…I was in a tough spot with my previous car and thought there was no hope. I seen Dioguardi auto commercial on spectrum news thinking it would be a shot in the dark. I was totally wrong. Tom treated me like a family member off the bat. He walked me through every step and pushed hard for the deal to happen stating the whole time “I like to help people that’s what I do”. So we got the deal and he put hope back in my heart.
