The pharmacist at this CVS is extremely rude, dismissive and should NOT have a public-facing job. I asked her questions to get clarification on an issue I’ve been having for two months there (they were not filling my prescriptions with the correct quantity). She seemed visibly annoyed by my presence. Each question I asked she tried to give one word answers to and it was like pulling teeth to actually get a genuine and appropriate answer out of her. She did not even stop what she was doing on her computer, let alone look at me, during our entire conversation. I tried explaining the situation and she was extremely dismissive and gave me the impression I was in inconvenience. I will be returning to Wegmans for my prescriptions ASAP. I had more questions, but I left without asking them as I could clearly tell my presence bothered her. I will not be returning.

Was trying to pick up my medications, their computer was having an error, so I called my insurance and returned. Told the pharmacy what the insurance company told me and was asked to leave because I was "taking too much time and there was a line" and they neglected to help me. They said that no one behind the desk was able to help because they were all "too busy". Meanwhile the entire time they're making jokes and laughing behind the counter while two people are in line behind me. I was willing to wait after they were taken care of but was rudely dismissed.

CVS is Sucks I called in for my daughter prescription today and pick up and when home and they fill the Wrong prescription now she blamed me oh you called in for this one I show her the empty bottle have the RX# but she still won't admit need to do business with small pharmacy for sure.They charge my insurance 117.00 dollar for medicine I didn't ask for it very Rude some of the employee 😒

Went in to go pick up my photos from this location. When I arrived no one was standing at the front of the store to greet me so I went to the photo pick up section where this girl was standing behind the counter on her phone. I asked if she was working the photo counter and if she could help me in which she replied “IM ON MY BREAK!!” and grabbed her lunch and went in the back. Well if you’re on your break shouldn’t you be in the break room? Not behind the counter like you’re able to help people. Was appalled by the customer service I received and will not be returning.

Waiting on hold for over 25 minutes for the pharmacy had to hang up called corporate to say this isn't exceptable especially when I called in a script and was told it would be available at noon, no text saying it's ready for pickup so I'm trying to find out if it is and it's just their automated system failing AGAIN. Called corporate to complain and was told by their automated system it was to be another 15 minutes to speak with someone. Walgreens across the street is looking better all the time longest I've waited for them was 2 minutes

This pharmacy is among my favorites! From the cashiers at the service desk to those back in the pharmaceutical department! Especially, Lindsay! My husband scheduled both of us to have our 4th vaccination on the 12th, but I suggested we should do it before he goes to visit family in Vermont. So he did, for himself. Hahaha! I knew it. Cause I would have received the same text as we did for the 12th. Lindsay was able to squeeze me in for my 4th vaccination this evening too! So sweet, compassionate, very informative, knowledgeable, loaded with KINDNESS! What a beautiful caring young lady! Thank you CVS! Thank you Lindsay! ✨💖✨~Sheila G.

Drive thru pharmacy experience has been very good. Associates have been very kind to me and efficient. I don't shop inside the store because prices tend to be 4 times higher than what you can get at Wegmans or Target. Store needs some updating though, it's showing it's age.

Call in for for some items from the pharmacy on 11/12/22 at 5 p.m. They did not have them ready for pickup as scheduled. They asked me to come back. I canceled the order and got the stuff in 10 minutes from Wegmans.

Went in to buy necessities yesterday afternoon spent 20 minutes picking out my items. After reaching the cash register I was told the credit card machine wasn’t working. I asked why wasn’t I told this earlier I’ve been in the store for more than 20 minutes. I was then told carepass wasn’t working & I couldn’t use my coupon. I left my items and the store.

Intrusive. People are nice, but they put your phone number into a data base and you get robo-calls if you don't refill with them. Nobody asked me if I wanted to be on a call system. The store won't cancel the calls and you are forced to call an 800 number and go through an automated system to stop the calls.

Instructed by a CVS employee that free KN95 masks are available at 2580 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY but when I called to schedule an appointment an automated recording told me none are available. When I tried to talk to someone there, the phone call was dropped not once but twice.

This store is dirty and disorganized. Shopping or picking up prescriptions is always a stressful experience. Just go to the Walgreens across the street and thank me later.

I've been sitting on line in my car for over 20 minutes for a pharmacy pick up with 3 cars in front of me. It took almost 15 minutes for the first car to move on. The next car has been at the window for about 5 minutes now and hasn't even been talked to from the window. I've never waited this long before. Just awful!

Manager was very rude and racist.i did tell her that m going to make a complaint she didn't care she told me that I can do what ever I want it won't effect her.good luck with the business.Me and my family been a part of Cvs for more than 17 years .its the worst experience ever.It's the manager with short hair working morning shifts.

Went to get a money order. I had a passport card so the guy on the counter said he had to enter my information manually. While entering my info he whispered "this is such a pain". Not cool.

So slow. Everytime i come here, the women working the pharmacy are so confused, looking all over for medications they can't find. Asking each other if theyve seen them. Not just mine, but the customers ahead of me in line. Just completely clueless.

Don’t go here if youre in a hurry. I waited 15 minutes with my prescription already ready, and the clerks let people cut me in line that we’re merely waiting for their prescriptions to be ready. Definitely not excellent customer service.

So since the store didn't notify me at all they no longer do 5x7 photos I got 6x8s instead and can't even return them cause the receipt doesn't match currently waiting for a manager because the cashier doesn't know what to do.... This is ridiculous...
