Horrible experience. Bad customer service. They need to train their cashiers how to speak to their customers. Stop hiring these high school and college students who don't know anything about respect. Rolling eyes and not even putting things in the bags that I PAID FOR! Nobody asked them to work there. If you have an attitude then quit. Spoke to the manager hopefully he do actually follow through like he said.

Probably due to the after Christmas mayhem of 70 percent off and what not but the store was in shambles. Clothes all over the floor and the place was a mess. However the employees were wonderful and very helpful

Honestly I love Burlington they usually have good things for a great price. But this store is so messy, I can’t even find what I’m looking for half the time. The employees are dressed in sweat pants and pajamas, it’s embarrassing. Please do better. Also, there’s one associate at the registers while the line is all the way damn near in the middle of the store. This is awful and super aggravating. I have been waiting in line for 30 minutes for one candle. Waste of my time.

I love burlington, but over the years, this burlington is not as good as it used to be. Things are not properly stocked and shelved. They are thrown here and there and npt organized. I had to wait a lot in the queue, which wasn't too long.Proper management of this place is needed, and also, please add more stock of beauty items, sunglasses, hats and accessories, etc.

Absolutely GHETTO. The cashier packed bags so full didn’t give me a bag for a purse or porcelain object. Spent 225$ so I had quite a few bags (and alone) then was yelled at for trying to take the cart outside like I was a thief! I said I can’t carry all this. Lady who helped pick out the least rattly cart at beginning of visit - said “do what you gotta do” when I said he didn’t give me enough bags to carry to my vehicle. She was on her phone- I guess customer service isn’t a thing here.If bags didn’t rip, spilling brand new clothes for Christmas on floor & porcelain item I just bought broke. I would probably still be a loyal customer. Burlington is usually where I do retail therapy. I’ll drive to the outlets. I’m from 1.5 hours away… came here just for Burlington.

Went looking for a winter coat for my plus sized son. Larger sizes are hard to find, especially at a good value. He found one he liked, yay. An employee greeted us at the door and was very helpful in directing us to the right section. I did not find the store disorganized when I went, and the staff I spoke with were pleasant. Will return.

Most unorganized mess of retail. Goodwill and others have better organizational skills. Must spend hours trying to find something that is likely not in the right place. Don't blame the consumers. The organizational skills of Burlington are woeful at best

The clothing options is seriously lacking. Painfully!! I am not sure how many Burlington is in Rochester but I go to the one in the Greece Ridge mall and this one. Frankly, the one in Greece Ridge always looks like they're going out of business. looks unorganized and empty. This Burlington is seriously the only one you should go to. The place is clean and organized. The employees are very professional. The products selection for beauty, cosmetics is decent. I have been looking for my favorite Aloe mist and I finally saw it at this Bur. Whoever the store merchandiser is for the clothing department needs to be fired. The cashier Catherine was very friendly.

Only saw 1 employee throughout the entire store, so it was pretty trashed. He seemed very stressed. Shelves were well stocked. Good prices throughout store, even better clearance. Clean and lit dressing rooms. Bathroom was fairly clean.

Not the same since it moved from Southtown. New location is a disaster. Messy and unorganized. Such a shame. Just goes to show Management doesn't care about stores. If they walked through the store they would be embarrassed on the condition of it. They just take the paycheck and let sleeping dogs lay.

Hadn't been there is a few years. It was impossible to find anything. Everything is just hung anywhere. Looked worse than a secondhand store. Nothing looked new. Used to be a well organized store. Just left. Will not be back. Hard to find a brick and mortar store for shopping.

I Always find good deals a pretty decor. Unfortunately the selection for girls undies and socks was nearly empty so I over paid for those items also I randomly found around the store. Staff should watch the bathrooms more. Last time I was there some ladies were putting on tons of clothes and talking about how they'd be able to fit more in their bags

Didnt find what I was looking for but thats how it is here, its a hit or miss. They have good bargains on clothes and coats and have a little bit of everything from home, kitchens, travel luggages and bathrooms items.

Poor staff their attitude is awful, both woman working tonight had no respect for their customers and were very useless! Saw the short haired blonde yell at her food delivery person in the door way completely disgusted get better staff. Staff was dressed very trashy! I would give 0 stars if I could! Will never come back!

Went here to look for a winter coat for my son. I was surprised to find one for really cheap that was a name brand and he loves it. Went over to the women's Plus section and there was NOTHING above an XL. Maybe I was looking in the wrong area but Burlington has consistently been good for coats in the past. Store was brightly lit, but hard to find stuff, no staff around to help, long line at checkout, and the store was also very hot. Not going back.

Very disappointing trip. Everything is all mixed up and the selection was bad. When I finally found something to try on, the fitting rooms were all closed. Is this place going out of business?
