Cute little small town old school grocery store. Store was very dead when I visited. Only 2 cars in the parking lot, I thought they were closed. Slightly higher prices but that to be expected from a SureFine as there isn't many left and they need to charge more to stay in business.. Store was clean and well kept and it gave off a wonderful country store vibe.I definitely recommend stoping in and helping them gain some business. Maybe that will allow the employees to actually have something to do. 😁

Sandy in the bakery has lost the store business! My sister and I get our family cakes there for birthdays and events regularly.... She went in today to pick a cake for my stepson's birthday and asked if we could do a gluten-free due to an allergy within a party guest. She said she doesn't do gluten-free, okay fine. So we will do something different for said party guest. She then asked if my sister was the client that she had done a cake for that SHE had misspelled my niece's name wrong on the cake and had ultimately gotten a refund on the cake. When she said yeah it happened. It was unfortunate... Sandy said that she would not be doing any more cakes for her because SHE lost money on that! Realistically it was her mess up and SHE didn't lose money. It was an unfortunate accident and the business lost money. We won't be doing any more shopping there at all! It also says a lot when the owner begrudgingly came to talk to anyone to address the problem a store full of customers that overheard how Sandy addressed the situation and then lied to the owner about it. That says a lot about their business standard and ethic.

The 5 star rating is for the super quality meat counter. Bliss still cuts their own and it is consistently very good. Many varieties of house made sausage are available. My favorite is the good old breakfast sausage. Weekly specials on chicken, pork and beef are super to stock up on, especially if you have freezer space. Meat can also be cut to order.The deli section is nice too.My Grandmother shopped here; I remember coming with her as a child. The store fixtures seem to still be from that era (think 1960s). This is one of the very few small town independently owned grocery stores still open. Grocery prices are on the high side.Still, it's important to support local business, and I do.

This store carries Shurfine products in addition to several national brands. The store is always clean and well-organized, with friendly people waiting to serve you. It has a deli with lots of sandwiches and hot and cold ready-to-eat foods. It has a nice meat department as well.It's not a huge store; it's a nice, smallish, easy to navigate store with a good variety of things you'd look for in a bigger store. It's worth visiting.

Advertises cheese pizza and dozen wings on their checkout register screens for $19,99 but when you go to order, they tell you its $25,99....UPDATE your register screens then!!!! False advertising!!! Also you must watch your receipt when purchasing merchandise because they tend to OVER CHARGE from their shelf lable prices or ad prices!!! I'm supprised Ontario County Weights and Measures hasn't caught this yet!

I like the fact that this is a local small store but quite frankly the service at the deli sub and pizza counter has been incredibly slow! Their subs are delicious and high quality but each time I have gone there to get one I have had to wait 15+ minutes! Even on slow days! Also they have few checkout stands open. Nice local market but service is slow!

Very nice store to have in the community. Big complaint of mine is customer service. Are the employees trained to say "thank you or you're welcome?"Bliss will never be like a Wegmans but they can at least try a little harder.I am editing my review earlier posted. I have increased my rating to 4 stars as I have seen a remarkable improvement in employee's interactions with customers. I believe with some recent new employees added and some added training, Bliss has improved nicely.

Small town grocery store. I buy much of my meat from Bliss as their butchers produce good quality meats at very good prices. Canned goods under the Surefine brand are of good quality. I do like their spaghetti sauces. It's a very convenient place to get what you need. I dearly hope that they never close.

Meat and deli departments are great, the people are nice and over the past 6 years I have never been disappointed in my selection. There are always comparitive prices with other stores, but I enjoy the quality of the shure fine brand and deals! I love that I can do my banking there also and can be in and out in a hurry.

I was looking for different types of pork sausage. I was told that this store had different sausages and that they made them all themselves. Well, I found one sausage that was a country type so I bought two pounds. But the other types were Italian. Italian with peppers and onions, another with cheese, another with hot sauce, etc. I guess that I should have been satisfied but I was lead to believe there were other nationality or regional types. I'll have to check other smaller stores for their types.

It's unfortunate. It's pricey for a town store. Gotta drive 10/20 mins in each direction to go to a store that doesn't rob your entire wallet from you.

They're very friendly!And the meat at the deli was good & the pre-made salad was fresh... which surprised me because when I get a pre-made salad at stores they usually have soggy, expired lettuce and bad cheese... so that was refreshing!The only downside is that they're kind of expensive for a smaller store with less products than the stores around them.

I love this store! No card needed for discounts and you can buy 1 to get discount. Their meats are excellent and the deli always has something nice on sale. The staff are very friendly and the store is very clean. Highest rating!

Well I went in to find something for dinner cause I have been very sick for a long time now and I saw they had a personal pizza for $3.99 and additional toppings were $.75 each so I got one and wow I was amazed on how good it was and the lady in their was very polite even thought she was trying to clean the place up because they close at 7 at the deli and pizza and sub shop there and it was 6 when I ordered it............. It was actually very good and they have a pretty decent store there with nice people working in there.............. So thank you Bliss..................

Workers are pleasant and nice, "fresh" produce is far from fresh. Many times I have gotten potatoes, cheeses and other items where they are rotten and don't realize till I'm home. Seems like they know this but try to sell anyway wish there was another store this close to home cause I'd never go to Bliss ever again. Step it up Bliss get your quality control in line!!!!

Well, I like bliss because it's always clean. I love meat from bliss /shurfine. I also like how every thing is placed so you can easily near each other. Vegables at nice. Plus most of the worker there. I know you will love it. P.S: is a small store like they were before all became super storesEnjoy

Not from the area and had to get off of the thruway to get my child cough medicine. Very racist experience. A worker looked right in my face as I walked in, I said “hello” very nicely as I entered and he did not respond, however continued to stare me down. When I checked out, the cashier tried his best not to touch my hand as he gave me back my change and receipt. I understand this may be a small and secluded town, however with it being right off of the thruway, people of diverse nature should be treated respectfully.

Everything is so expensive. They don't have a good selection, especially in the produce area. Their deli stuff isn't the same since all of the older staff has left. I understand in a smaller town things are going to be a little more costly, but it's worth the extra time and gas to go to Canandaigua.

Great place to buy meat is Great.Most items high priced except for sale items.The exit road by post office is in need of repair BADLY. If you dont go slow you will get damage on your car for sure!
