The hostess wasn't overly friendly. Seemed annoyed that we were there. Our waiter greeted us and let us know he'd be with us shortly. We appreciated that and he didn't take long to get to us. He was really busy and did seem flustered throughout our visit but he was nice and was a good server. The booth was dirty and there is a lot of dust on the granite between the booths. I got a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. It was okay. Nothing exciting. The cole slaw was good.my daughter got a burger that she said was very bland and boring.

Went to get gas and all pumps said cash only. SKETCHY probably won't be renewing this year... Glasses website section is really bad also when shopping for prescription frames. Needs improvement on which frames accept multifocal lenses. Not impressed with brands offered or the prices.

Terrible service. The only people that seem to care less than the member services people are the people in the tire center. It’s impossible to get the tire center on the phone and member services could not care less. Their solution is to “page the tire center over and over and when they don’t pick up the store manager notices and then they get in trouble.” As if that does anything to help me. The lack of service on both of these fronts is why I will be ending my membership here and renewing at Costco. Why bother with this awful place when Costco is right down the road? One less member for BJ’s to have to “deal with.”

We got the New Years special and it was completely worth it!!! Service was amazing, food was stunning, the environment was so comfortable. The bathrooms were stellar clean. This whole place is a great vibe! The Juicy Sauce is EVERYTHING!!!!!! The foods presentation was beautiful. We will be coming back to taste more of the menu. Go there! Bring friends! Everything was worth it!!! Family friendly. Even the damn pineapple juice was delicious!

Well i wont be back.415 sat afternoon.go to sit at bar old food n glasses all where noone sitting. Female bartender us putting glasses away.we sitting at 2 chairs n 6 chairs wide is mess on bar. She passed us 3xs never acknowledge us. 2 gentlemen nxt to us glass waters n not even ordered yet..15min gone by still at other end bar worring about clean glasses but not us or mess in bar.what a joke.spent my money elsewhere

I'm a long time loyal Customer since Sam's Club closed "years ago" when BJ's had an excellent offer for any former Sam's Club member to establish membership @ $25. I love all the regular specials on certain products that I normally purchase so the SAVINGS are phomemanal. Additionally, most of the Associates are very courteous and professional. However I'm totally disappointed with the gross mistreatment received a couple weeks ago by 1 of the staff at Customer Services Desk + a manager named CHESLEY. They BOTH WERE VERY RUDE as well as highly unprofessional. Upon having to subsequently RETURN the large quantity of STRAWBERRIES for at least the THIRD time within 6 months due to having "gone bad" within 24 hours of purchase. The Oriental Associate (NO name tag worn) at Customer Service desk that initially assisted immediately began to "interrogate me as to when purchase was made?" Even in spite of ALREADY submitting RECEIPT to SUBSTANTIATE date, etc. NOT ONCE showing or expressing any empathy. So after receiving credit back to my cc, I then requested to address issue with Manager who was just as rude AND unprofessional! Again, NO empathy or apologies for INCONVENIENCE was ever conveyed. Upon requesting some type of compensation by explaining this is NOT THE FIRST TIME. Manager, Chesley immediately gave "pushback" stating it's NOT something that they do. When I insisted by furtherexplaining as a retiree spending gas, time, etc. I was provided a $5 gift card with her comments: "we WON'T do this again?!" Makes one seriously consider GOING ELSEWHERE. Perhaps Costco will show far better VALUE to their members by PROVIDING QUALITY SERVICE as well as PRODUCTS. NO member should have to be subjected to blantant rudeness. Especially when submitting a VALID complaint. Chesley was totalling UNWILLING to "make me whole" as a so called "Manager" by DISPLAYING an UNFAVORABLE, nasty attitude which I shoulddefinitely NOThave encountered to begin with. DO BETTER. Take note!

Beware of the tire center, they were completely unable to put the tires on the car saying they could not get the old tires off. This is not an older car, it simply had tight lug nuts. Sent us away with the new tires in the back of the car to find some other place to do it. Horrible experience.

Always a great place to shop if your looking for bulk. Great sales, and coupons going on every week. Found a game I've been looking for for a long time. Bocce ball can't wait to use it. And it lights up for night time playing.

I visited BJ's on my way home from work to get some items from the delicatessen. This location was a little disappointing. The items for viewing in the glass case were very few and not much of a selection. I asked about some of the items that I didn't see. The employee opened the section under the case area and pulled out what I wanted. He even came out from behind the counter and lifted up the case to grab other items for the person in front of me. So for me to get 1 cheese, and 2 different lunch meats and wait for 1 person in front of me to get about the same, it took almost 20 minutes! This was not a quick stop for me, I will drive the extra miles to go to my usual location close to Greece in the future, very disappointed.

Don’t expect customer service. Give coupons cashier scans only some of them. When you question her reply is if they didn’t scan they are expired. How bout spend less time flipping your braids and perform your job or quit. Obviously you hate customer service. Went to customer service to get the coupons applied to my sale because they were not expired.

I stopped at BJ's this afternoon after work to sign up for a membership. The guy at customer service was so nice and friendly. He explained everything to me! Then I went to the Bakery to get a cake I needed and wanted it personalized. The employee was so super friendly and so happy to wait on me! She was awesome!!!I also found lots of great bargains! I highly recommend BJ's. Good experience and great prices!!!

With the exception of being short staffed at check-out at times, love this place. The variety of food, household items, cleaning supplies, health and wellness, small appliances, clothing, seasonal items, electronics, and office supplies makes one stop shopping a breeze. Oh, and member gas prices are great!

BJ's as a whole company has become a joke!!! There have been ongoing issues with the reward points from the BJ's Credit Card. Almost 3 times now I have visited the store and have been not able to use my $10 reward coupons, or only able to use partial amounts. I find it embarrassing and unprofessional that I personally had to go to customer service to return an item, only to purchase it again to be able to use a simple $10 coupon, when in reality I have a lot more available according to my account. Will be looking into switching over to Sam's Club or Costco / especially too when your own store employees state how fed up they are with the issues from the corporate office.

Good shopping experience in general with the exception of the noise right as you walk in the door - lots of TVs and sound systems, sometimes with the volume turned way up, all playing different things. For someone who is very sensitive to loud noise or who really objects to overlapping music like I do it's not a comfortable situation. But once I get past that area, it's good. Good selection, good prices.

Bj's is a good wholesale store. You don't have a lot of choices for certain products but they have a wide variety of food, electronics, outdoor, toys, a deli and fresh food section, certain brand clothing for discounted price and seasonal items.Gas is always the cheapest around.

Although I like BJs, this location makes check out more cumbersome than it needs to be. I don't know if their scanners just don't work or for some reason they distrust customers but lifting everything from your cart to scan is unnecessary and time consuming. The gas is priced better but for shopping better off at the other locations.

Refused to honor their road hazard warranty. Tire department doesn't answer their phone, making it difficult to set up an appointment for their complimentary tire rotations. Terrible.

There was apparently a limit on some items I bought. I was stopped by a manager in the front after I already checked out at the self checkout and was being asked to return the items I already paid for because of the limited stock on the items and said that I couldn’t stand there and buy all of it (even though I only had 3 of them in my cart). So I was basically forced to the customer service desk to do a refund. The workers were extremely rude too. The manager that asked me to do the return just went straight into my cart and started digging through my stuff and started placing items on the service desk and told the young lady there to do a return/refund for me.

I was pleased to shop at BJ'S. Today I have had a bad experience, I went to access my account and it does not allow me, I call the attention of the MASTERCAR client and I found out that BJS changed to Capital One bank and to access Costomer it took me 60 minutes and I could not wait any longer I hope whoever reads this opinion does not go through the same experience

They seem to be short staffed. I went to buy an item. None were on the floor, but I found the item on a rack. After asking, I was told to come back on another day and maybe a forklift operator might be there to help. My wife went back 3 days later and was told the same thing, come back in a few days to try again. No way to run a business!

Terrible experience. I bought a dehumidifier and when I opened the box in my house inside it was another brand. Someone had moved the new dehumidifier and decided to break it down. I explained to the manager and the employees but no one did anything. I paid $ 300 for the dehumidifier and they were thrown away. I suspect one of the employees did this. Why for me when I returned it the employees opened the box, and for someone who had made this move the box was not opened. I am convinced that the employee or the manager himself has done this terrible job. Well stocked with items I was looking for. Had a great deal...if you bought 2 of certain items you received $0.25/gal on gas purchase. I paid $1.92/gal vs. $2.17/gal just by buying toilet paper and paper towels which I needed. Customer service is helpful.

Customer service is poor at it's best. No one answers the phone. Tire service is a joke. Took my money and now won't answer phone. I still have no tires. DON'T COME TO THIS STORE.
