Not a bad store. Sometimes things get crazy in there with stuff sporadically throughout aisles. I went around Christmas cause it said they’d have my item in stock at the store, but we couldn’t find it no matter how hard we tried. Overall though I like some of the holiday items and you can score some really good deals after the initial holiday rush has passed.

This is a nice store to walk around in. There is always something new. The only problem is prices often ring up higher than the sticker on the item :( You have to watch the credit card pad for prices as you can't see the register so it is not always easy to catch mistakes :(

This was the first time I visited a big lot. It was a nice store with a good variety of products. Liked their rugs at economical prices. The kitchen stuff was in good variety. The prices were good too. Large store with clean space.Right besides Dollar Tree and Aldi.I am taking one star off because most of the items were missing price tags. It's not convenient to call somebody to ask for too many prices.

Come here if you want to be treated rudely by Frank the manager and purchase items that are directly beneath a sale sign only to get to the counter and find out the sign refers to items in a different area of the store. None of these items were on clearance… false advertisement and poor service at its finest.

Gabe was beyond AWESOME!Called to check if a couch was in stock,he was kind enough to reserve the item for me.Upon arriving to the store,he immediately greeted me and proceeded to discuss new furniture items with me answering any questions I may have.He explained the warranty with me in detail which was very helpful.He cashed me out at the register & brought the (heavy)item out to the door for loading.Overall GREAT experience, would definitely be returning &recommend.

This store is always neat and clean and orderly. It had an ample supply of merchandise and I was able to purchase everything I needed. Neither the clerk nor I were able to produce a discount on my phone even though I am registered. Can't you make this easier?

So annoyed with their service and attention to detail! I arranged a pick up order for chocolate coins and left them in the bag, until about a week ago. The bag was still sealed, and hadn’t been tampered with but the coins on the other hand looked like a rat had gotten to them as several coins from both batches had gnawed marks on them. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for the store to continue to sell them like that. And now I can’t even get replacements of them as they are sold out EVERYWHERE.

The store was clean and organized. I was impressed with the quality of the furniture I was expecting very low grade, but appeared fair quickly considering the priceMy daughter found an organizer for her dorm room for under $20. I would visit this store again

The store itself was very clean and well organized. Lots of products stocked. The cashier's noticed there was a line so an extra one jumped right on which helped the line go faster. Upon leaving though it reeked of cigarettes right outside the door. It looked like the manager that had helped a cashier moments ago was out smoking about 15' from the doors. May not have been them, couldn't tell for sure as it was cold so I was in a rush. But when it's cold that cigarette smell becomes really strong, especially when shielded from the wind and breeze. If it was a customer well, they suck then.

Marie the store manager brings an experience that is rivaled by no other retail store or employee. She made time to get a bed together from three total stores within the last 30 minutes of closing. The current shipping issues have competitor bed lead times from 4 months to 12 months and we had no idea when they would come in stock. She soley made our home ready for a family visit in March. She helped us with the best discounts and utilizing the biglots credit card for the 12 month intrest free payment option.Big Lots, this lovely woman definitely needs to be recognized for her customer dedication and her ability to make a sale when it seems impossible. If it were up to me she is Big Lots employee of the year!

Definitely not the greatest big lots... it's ok, but the selection of "good value" items is small, and the store is messy with items strewn about...I miss the old big lots in town 😪Oh- if you're looking for something in the ad or friendly cashiers, it's probably just best to drive to Henrietta

I generally enjoy shopping at Big Lots. And I'm really glad they now have a location on Chili Avenue. It's conveniently located in the vicinity of my favorite grocery store & their prices typically work for me. So now if the grocer runs out of something like the brand of kitty litter our cats prefer (it happened a few days ago), I can go across the road & hopefully find it like I did a few days ago.

Prices aren't the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Mostly well stocked but couldn't find a couple of items. Best thing is they email you e-coupons for $5.00 off of $15.00 or 20% off your entire order.

We needed to get furniture for a family member and lived out of state. This locations management was phenomenal and helped us get the furniture we needed. They were so helpful and caring!

This store has everything I needed under one roof. I accidentally lost my phone while in the store. Thankfully someone found it and I was able to get it back. Very nice location. Friendly staff. Very nice clientele.

As much as I like big lots I'm a little disappointed that they don't know when they are opening this store. The website says that they are open, so does the recording when you call. I wasted a trip and when I asked when to expect them to open I got, maybe tomorrow, maybe the next day, maybe next week. Way to be on top of it! Maybe I'll come back, maybe I won't.
