I just purchased a new kioti from Rogers figured to deal locally. They treated me very business like. Answered all my questions showed me operation of tractor several times. I thought I was doing a good thing and bought my Kioti from a small family business. I fully regret buying my $40,000 tractor from Rodgers. My front differential needed 3 quarts of oil at delivery and Rodgers made me go buy some. Zero customer service and some how my seat was changed from a cheaper model. Bob did nothing and I had to contact Kioti myself. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the big guys in towns. They complain about dealing with customers as they walk in the door, very ungreat full, dishonest folks.James Waterman
