Shopped there on Saturday and the owner was so helpful and knowledgeable. I live in Manhattan and the quality of the apparel and shoes is second to none. I’m looking forward to coming back this summer and shopping for Taos sandals. Love this store and staff!

I purchased a pair of sunglasses here. I decided to revisit four days later, and noticed a different pair that I liked more. I talked to a worker she said that an exchange would be accepted since the two pairs were the same price. When talking to the store owner, Sue, she immediately said the original pair was “too worn” to be exchanged. The glasses were in their original condition and I had not worn them once- I also had all my receipts in order. I was confused at her attitude and claim, so I left.
