Very hit or miss with how helpful they can be when it comes to prescriptions. When they’re unhelpful it’s maddening. When they’re helpful you’re especially grateful because of how unhelpful they were before. Unfortunately there’s not a lot of other options nearby.

I was dropping off a fedex package and the woman with glasses at the front desk was very rude. She asked me how much it weighed, I said roughly 50 lbs and she said they don't ship anything over 45 lbs. I then said alright its 30 lbs, playing the game i saw she was playing. I asked if they had a scale and she said no and that I should know how much it weighs when i come in. Then she proceeded to order me where to place the package and said something along the lines saying shes not going to lift it (even though I didn't expect her as she didn't look like she could). Then when i set it down i called her out on her rudeness and she denied it but I persisted. Woman clearly hates her job but that doesn't mean treat customers poorly. Sorry Walgreens but hire better people.

Most of the clerks are not very respectful, I came in a couple weeks ago and the employee started being smart with me. I try to avoid this place, and you should too. Just go to family dollar, they are way nicer than these people.

I've tried numerous times on different days to call in a necessary script and either no one listens to the voicemails here or answers the phone. Poor excuse for a pharmacy.

A store where employees appear unhappy, probably underpaid, with stifling work conditions. But pharmacy people are usually nice and helpful and store is reasonably large and well stocked. Store has been a Rite-Aid, now a Walgreens, probably a less rewarding place to work with each successive owner. Latest insult is that posted hours say closed weekends. Can it be, only actual pharmacy in town is not open on weekends. I see a real disaster coming.

I got my Covid booster here and the experience was so seamless and pleasant! The staff were super friendly and the store is bright and clean. Lots of low review scores on here, must be all the NYC folks who come upstate. this place is great

This is a good pharmacy. Good for flu shots and boosters, nice pharmacy staff, always efficient. We’ve never had a bad experience so I’m a little confused by the negative reviews.

I have been using this pharmacy regularly since they opened. The pharmacists have been very helpful in answering my questions and my prescriptions are prepared in a timely fashion.They have more than once solved a recordkeeping issue with my insurance company and managed to get me my prescriptions at the proper rate. I’m also impressed by the variety of items available there including a small assortment of groceries.

I don't know why the store has such a terrible review score. It's a great little store and pharmacy. The store has a little of everything, like a mini walmart. The staff is nice, the place is always clean. Prices are good. They even have curbside pick up now and a drive through. Very convenient.

Definitely zero stars for the willingness to help from the pharmacy. After a potential exposure my son required a PCR test to get back into school. We are now on day 4 and the lab has not received the sample. I’ve called Walgreens several times over the last two days to try and figure out where the sample is. The first thing I asked is if they could confirm the sample requisition number that they wrote on a piece of paper for us. The representative said that they don’t keep records of the numbers they assign to people and I’ve come to find out from the lab that they even recycle sample numbers from other patients. So now who’s to say the number wasn’t written incorrectly? No one has a correct record? Some good quality control right there. Next I asked well could you please track the overnight package with a fedex tracking? Again the rep did not have that information. I’m completely dumbfounded by the “customer service” here. Now my son (who most certainly has a cold that went through his classroom) is stuck a home and my wife and I are missing work. Walgreens clearly does not care about helping people and it shows from the lack of record keeping. Don’t get a COVID test here. You might as well quarantine for 10 days.

If they do not remove the counter person that was there this morning, 3/18/2020, I will be transferring all of our medication needs to CVS. She was beyond rude and does not belong in that position. We have never had an issue like this before there but plan on not having one again unless they remove her.

The staff used to be friendly and helpful. The male manager that works there now doesn't seem to like his job. The pharmacy folks are pleasant.

Covid test took a week to get a result in September 2021. What’s the point? I get that they use a lab but it’s more than even the longest possible time suggested and the staff could care less.

It’s a shame this location’s service is so bad. Today was my last try at this store. Hope they can turn it around one day.Update. This location should close to make way for something useful to the community.

Not the best experience here - there is a male employee (manager??) who is incredibly rude -loudly sighs if you ask him anything and generally listless and unmotivated.
