Pharmacy has gone totally down hill in the last yr.to 16 months..I wait sometimes 5 to 6 days for refills every single month.Some meds I need so much That im bedridden without and they just dont care. U will get a different story from each staff member about why..Outright lie to you..More then once found their ham steaks to be green.while it is closer for us to shop we are going to start going to Hanniford in Valatia.We know it wont break price chopper but They will lose another $800 average a month from us in food not counting pharmacy

Worst pharmacy ever, needs to be shut down. At minimum the 2 female staff and female pharmacist working nov1st 2023 at 1030am need to be fired. I walk with a cane and can't stand for more then 15 min without agonizing pain. Drive thru is closed, so had to go inside. On Oct 31st they screwed up my med dosages, was told the fix would be ready by 6pm. So I go next morning. Where I have to wait 30+min. The staff member helped a woman in front of me then just walked away. Did a bunch of stuff then left the pharmacy area all while I'm still waiting. The female pharmacist looked at me twice like a deer in headlights, almost think she was high. Then I finally get seen to be told the meds aren't ready and I need to wait at least another 10 min. Thanks for treating me like I'm less then human. Your staffs people skills are horrible. At very minimum these 3 staff members need to be fired and banned from medical field employment. Next I'm talking to a lawyer as I feel my rights were violated.

Um, what store are the 5 star reviews shopping? Because it’s not the Chatham store.This store is right next to our office and therefore convenient, but I’ve given up buying produce and raw meat here because of safety concerns: salad on the shelves is regularly and clearly gone off: entire bags of salad that are yellow; twice I have purchased raw chicken in which the gel packs under the meat were completely torn open with the gel granules covering the raw meat; and several times we’ve had milk go sour a day or two after purchasing even though it was well within date (which means it was not kept constantly refrigerated).I figured we were safe with packaged food until this morning. Attached are photos of a loaf of Heidelberg bread I bought yesterday. Looked fine until I opened it just now and completely covered in blue mold.If it’s this bad on the sales floor I don’t want to think about the conditions in back. I will now be traveling well out of my way to shop at Hanneford in Valatie.

Good quality and selection of foods and related items. Cleanable nicely organized. Staff generally polite and helpful. In house pharmacy has good pricing and good service.I do wish, however, that the store would require Covid masking for employees and shoppers.

Nice and clean, you have to look for the bargains. Unfortunately I like to go in early morning and the meat department is not very efficient on getting the sale items out. This has happened a few times. Today I thought it may be different as I was there around 9.

It's convenient and their layout is easy to navigate. This Price Chopper has a very nice bakery, and it's flowers over in the floral department are usually pretty fresh.

Always a clean store friendly employees great deals employees are usually always willing to help a customer no matter most questions. I go in for 2 or 3 items and always leave with at least 6 bags of food lol.

I love this store! Great selection and great prices. Bring your own bags and take a trip down the refrigerator isles...they light up as you walk past them. It is like you have magic! Haha!

Such an incredible upgrade when they moved 1,000 feet down Rte 66. The store is always clean and well stocked, even with snow predicted. Store personnel are helpful and knowledgeable. Good sized gluten-free and natural foods section. Best self checkout. Store brands are high quality, so I do not need to spend more for national brands.

While Price Chopper has a great selection I had an issue with a guy behind the counter for the coffee station. I came in and asked if we could have a coffee and he said it was after the time however the machine still had coffee in it. I really don't understand why he couldn't just make a customer happy and at the same time get some business.

Price Chopper is probably one of the most underrated supermarkets in america. Inside the store is a plethora of different foods all arranged efficiently, and suited to every shopper’s needs. Would recommend shopping here.

This is a really nice small town grocery store that offers a big city selection at extremely reasonable prices. Lots of great parking along with lots of items on sale are the norm for this gem. Their selection of home-baked bread alone will amaze you along with their other yummy baked delights.

Great Pharmacy, they are very happy to help you, anything they dont have they can order and get it quickly . The store has some really good specials pretty often. They have a nice area to sit and eat in as well with a decent selection of freshly made items . Shelves are usually fully stocked. Prices are not as low as Aldis or Walmart but you get better customer service and is local to me so worth the difference if I don't need a ton of things.

My God, I used to love coming to this store when I lived in this area. Acme supermarket inc is copying this stores complete layout down state and makes me feel good inside. I can promote this, the customer service ladies ? Are the finest ladies I've ever interacted with. ( wanted to date them all) lolBut rest assured i was content with most of the cashiers being competent in registering my purchases, not one descrepency. This store is two years old and looks like new.Good Luck Ladies Thanks for your kindness, your courtesy.

Another outstanding meal at La Fiesta in Clifton Park! As if the food and service weren't fantastic enough, they now have "Misses Kisses" cheesecake as an option for dessert! Our server, Ofra, was pleasant, attentive and accurate.

The cashier was very nice and pleasant. I believe his name was karan.the other workers who mind you there were 2 lines open the one I was in and one for 20 items or less. So those 2 cashier's were working . Then there was a girl wondering around snapping another employee with a rubber band who wouldn't make eye contact with the customers while he was trying to collect drawers and coupons and bring them to service desk where there was another employee just standing in front of the service desk staring at people. So moral of the story is 3 employee out of 6 I could see in the front by the register were working the other 3 were not. Please hire people who are aware that customers are important and without customers they would be jobless or continue to pay the ones who come to work and make money but don't work .

When certain items are on sale there pretty good but other then that their expensive to me. They do have food to go and a little cozy spot to eat and the food is pretty good. This store is very clean and workers are helpful

Fairly clean, open 24 hours a day! (No other store in Chatham is open 24hrs) good selection of food, friendly employees, produce section fresh and has a good, though smalll, selection of organic produce. The bakery is very good as well.

Just today, wife was shopping for liver. Asked a butcher where she can find it. He told her to go to fish department. When she said it's beef liver and asked for help,he told her to leave the store. When I asked him what is the problem he said it does not concern me. IS that the way to treT old ladies of color. .

The manager is as unwoke as they come. 9:15 a m. And not one register was open. If I wanted to pack my own bags I would have gone to Aldi and paid a lot less

People are friendly, selection is good, however, the pharmacy hours should be longer ESPECIALLY on Sunday...closing at 3pm, I had to call another pharmacy after my son went to rapid care and needed antibiotic...3 pm!!!Otherwise, I enjoy going, cereal prices are consistently higher than other stores...especially Walmart (a few DOLLARS less per box there)
