Every time we go there same outcome. The vet seems to guess what's wrong with the dog and not actually know. This causes crucial time to be lost resulting in death of the pet. They do not even act like they care anymore at all. Like the customer is a bother. Thousand dollars later due to a vet guessing and our dog had to be put down. This is the fourth time we have used them in last several years. It's usually just for an emergency other than that we drive to massena. Holiday weekend and emergency I knew my dog was going to die when the only option was chateguay.

Took my dachshund Chihuahua mix in to have his teeth cleaned and a few extracted. These folks loved him almost as much as I do. They were gentle and cared for him, an older dog, like he was their own. The place was clean, inviting and stress free, even for the furrbabies being dropped off. The final cost was nearly $100 less than originally quoted. I was happy of course, but verified that a couple times to make sure. They did an outstanding job with my little guy and I feel they would've earned that quoted price, easily. We will be back

Our pup needed help on the weekend and they were closed. But they told me to bring her in the next day, on mother's day nonetheless. So I did and they treated her with the utmost respect. Very good mannerism. Thank you!

North franklin veterinary services has taken care of all 3 of my babies quick and easy check ups fixed my female and got my 2 boys appointments together to get neutered on the same day! i’ll forever be thankful for them, highly recommend i’ve met all of the nurses and doctors and they are super nice and extremely gentle and supportive with the animals. I’ll definitely be back.

Extremely affordable! We were able to get our dog in as an emergency for an extra fee but we had to leave her there for the day so they could see her in between other appointments or if someone canceled. I will definitely be using them again. The front staff were very courteous and helpful.

10 AM feb 18th Sunday my female shepherd went into respiratory distress and I had to take her all the way to VT . She died half way there. She was only 7. THIS clinic with FOUR Vets doesn’t offer emergency services. Had you offered emergency services my Waneek may still be alive! You people should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

Brought my son's dog for an emergency visit and this was one of the only local vets who would see him as he didn't have an established one. I was very impressed with the care he received. I didn't feel rushed, all my questions were answered.

My little Pomeranian was hurt by a much larger dog and even though I didn't call until about 2pm they said to bring her in at 3pm and had the giant gash in her back all stapled up and gave her antibiotics and pain meds and she was back to herself the next morning! She's sore but doing great and is her happy little self again!! They were just so amazing to us! ❤

I respect and trust the vets.. but if there's an emergency you have to bring your animal to Burlington VT. That's nearly 3 hours.. I hope that this clinic can get some kind of emergency care.

I've lived several places in the north country and I have never found better prices, service, or a staff who becomes like family to you.We only see Dr. Laura Robbins, and she is truly amazing.Patient, kind, loves animals, straightforward and gentle with the pets and the owners. She is an angel, and when it comes to the point when you have to send your pet to a better place, she also is touched, yet reassuring, and she makes your pet and yourself feel calm.Treat yourself and your pets and give her a try. The other vets are good, but I've been going to her for several years, and I would never switch. The prices are also so reasonable. I am amazed how good the prices are. Someday I will donate to them. The suppory staff is amazing !

Called office on Friday afternoon @1:30pm. Dog has chronic renal failure and was having difficulty. (Vommitting, not eating, notdrinking, difficulty walking). Person on the phone states vet would call back did not recieve call so recalled office at 3:30pm and secretary stated doc is returning calls now, she will get in contact with you. Did not get a call and it is holiday weekend. I will reserve judgement until I talk to doc on Tuesday.

I called in the morning and they were able to get me in that afternoon to see my puppy. She ended up having fleas and the doctor was able to see and treat my other dog right then and there for the fleas, I didn't have to make another appointment or come back later. I will continue to use them as my primary veterinarian for my dogs. It's also impeccably clean and they follow protocol to comply with covid guidelines so there's no over crowded waiting room.

Although they do have good vets there except for one. I have been a client there for 30years but now this is what I find the front desk does not tell you the truth. I had to bring an injured dog in on 12/24 and leave her I was told the vet would call, never did I was told that the vet would call me on 12/25 never did, I have no idea of how the dog is doing and they are closed on Saturday . They are no longer interested in animals or the people they serve, it is just money now. You can not let the front desk run the place. I was able to meet with Dr. Robins on Saturday and have a long talk with her she is a lovely lady and a good vet I think if she could control thing it would be better.

These guys take care of your animals as if they were their own. Whether it's getting you a last-minute appointment or just doing a basic check-up at a decent price. They are a wealth of knowledge at a price that won't break the bank. They have always taken care of all my Veterinary needs. Anything you need they can make it happen!

Best veterinary clinic and the only one I will bring my pets. Great prices, flexible appointment times as well as walk-in hours on certain days. The staff is excellent, Dr. Robbins and Dr. Rust are very compassionate and really care about the animals above all else. It is a bit of drive for me but it is absolutely worth it.

Today I brought my dog to this clinic for her annual vaccinations. I was looking for a new veterinarian and had several positive references. When I arrived at the clinic, on time the receptionist informed me that someone had called earlier that morning to change the appointmen time. I informed her that I had not received any call. (Clearly I hadn't or I would not have been standing in front of her.) She continued to repeat that someone had called me and offered no apologies for the miscommunication or even acknowledged that there was a problem and again stated that the appointment had been changed. I asked if there was a veterinarian that could see the dog and she replied that I would have to wait. Her tone of voice and body language made it clear that this was my problem not hers. I left angry and will not be returning. If I am treated badly then I'm guessing my dog would have been treated with equal indifference. FYI there was no message or record of a call on my phone.
