Horrible customer service. I called the store 7 times today. I tried to speak to the pharmacist about a prescription. They kept putting me on hold. Then would hang up. Then I called the main number and got the manager of the store. Told her my problem. She said I'll transfer you to the pharmacy. Phone call went straight to voice mail. Horrible experience. I would not recommend this location. Manager didn't care I was having trouble about a important prescription.

I've had positive experiences at the pharmacy, but one too many negative experiences in the store itself. For example, I placed an online order for pickup and many of my items were cancelled because they were out of stock. I decided to do a little browsing when I picked up the fulfilled order and found several of the "out of stock" items in the store. The associates I've dealt with on future visits have not been helpful, friendly, or kind, so now I avoid going there for anything besides the pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy on earth!Every pharmacist here is terrible.Customer service? Non-existent. If you visit the store, it’s virtually empty. Seemingly closed. If you call, they put you on hold and won’t return.Tried to transfer a prescription from CVS by using their app, web, and even by calling, multiple times. It’s as though they don’t want new customers… because that means they’ll have to work?!I was excited when this store replaced our Rite Aid few years ago. Now I wish it had been replaced by CVS, or better yet - Drug Mart of Millwood!!Avoid this Walgreens!!

ZERO STARS.I went there on my lunch break and they were closed during hours they were supposed to be open. Was told that the pharmacist had an emergency. Next day went to pick up my prescriptions that were supposed to have been filled but they were not. The sleepy pharmacist told me they were printed but NOT filled and to come back in 20 minutes. Um, WHAT?? Then come to find out that my Adderall prescription was replaced with a bottle of medication they already gave me. No explanation given. Talked to the manager (who was twice as young as the pharmacist) to no avail. Left angry and frustrated. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

This is the worst pharmacy. Three times I went to pick up my prescription they had a sign up closed. During the hours they are to be open. I have the app that text me when it is ready for pickup. They should be able to send a mass text saying pharmacy temporary closed. While there other people came to pick up their prescriptionsIf they do not want to consider people need medications due to health reason and run it properly they should just close down

This used to be a great pharmacy when it first opened years ago. Not so much anymore. Also that one older woman LAURIE is a really awful person, always unpleasant, insulting, rude, unhelpful, and all around wretched human. She should have been fired years ago but manages to cling on to her job. She actually worked at the pharmacy for a while and that was a nightmare.

Do not purchase same day photo projects from this location. I ordered a 4x8 desk calendar online for same day pick up. I received an email saying that it will be ready for pick-up after 6pm. I arrived at the store at close to 7pm to find one cashier and an extremely long line. I waited on the line to pick up my order. Eventually another cashier came up and after10 minutes online, I finally made it to the counter only to find out that my photo calendar was not ready. I asked how long it would take, I was told that they can't get to it until after the line died down and it would be at least another 30 minutes. Frustrated, I said I would come back and pick it up tomorrow (which is today). This time, I called the store ahead of time to ensure it would be ready. The lady on the phone said that it still was not ready but that it was being worked on and would be ready shortly. To give them more than enough time to make it, I decided to wait until after I got off work to pick it up. Got to the store, stood on another long line...at least there were two cashier's this time...got to the counter to find out that my photo calendar was still not ready!!! The cashier who I believe was the manager or at least assistant manager had me wait while he tried to figure out how to put the calendar together. After waiting 10 minutes, he asked if I needed it today. WHAT?!? I needed it YESTERDAY!! He said that the photo technician already went home and he clearly did not know how to put it together himself. I was beyond irritated at this point and had him cancel my order. Plus the cashier wasn't even compassionate. He said sorry but basically felt fine since he had an excuse. Forget the fact that i wasted my time twice. No sympathy! So much for same day pick-up! Needless to say, I will NEVER give the Walgreens in Chappaqua my business again.

The new older pharmacy woman is unfriendly and unhelpful.. before she started I never had a problem filling my prescription or had a wait if my app said it was ready for pickup.. since she started i always have a very long wait on the line and the she makes me wait even longer once it gets to be my turn. She always finds some issue and makes me sit and wait while she clears up the line. Usually I am patient, but today I had to be somewhere and she had me there 50 minutes over nothing, which forced me to sit in rush hour traffic and be late. So annoyed and switching pharmacies after this time.. forget this place !

No exaggeration - couldn't find one soul on the floor to ask if they carry something. I see an employee and she says "sorry, I can't help you, I'm off the clock". Wouldn't even answer a yes or no question ("do you carry this"?). If she were my employee she would be fired in a minute!!!!!

Went on line looking for the Covid vaccine. At the time they were the only retail outlet offering the shots. They had 20 appointments available when the NY State sight had none or you had to travel 60 to 250 miles to get an appointment. Got an appointment 48 hours after signing into their sight. Have received both shots to date. I was in and out in no time ! The staff was friendly and professional . The store is clean and bright . If your still looking for your Covid shots , that's the place !

The pharmacy customer service is terrible. You wait in line and they always make you wait an additional 10 min to tell you that your prescription expired. They need new management, the girl at the makeup counter is great but other than that the store is poorly run. We miss Rite Aid

As soon as I told the cashier that I have a western union transaction she rolled her eyes and puffed at me. Then ina very strict tone, she asked if I used the machine before to complete my transaction I said yes. Then again while showing and displaying gestures of annoyance she asked how much I'm receiving when I said the amount she started screaming and I am not exaggerating NO NO NO. I asked what's wrong she kept saying no can't give u that amount. I kept asking why then she paged another person and screamed next as if I wasn't standing there. Didn't even bother telling me I'm calling someone to explain. Additional interactions happened and I had to go back to the same cashier, then again with her the same attitude and gestures, to the point that it turned so aggrevating I left that Walgreens and went to another place to help me.So disappointing.Don't be a western union agent if thastoo much for your employees to handle.

The worst managed location. The manager should be fired. Every time I’m there, there’s only one cashier with a long line. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays.

I have called at least 10 times in the last couple/few weeks to check on prescription. I called my doctor's office back to make sure they are filling the prescription. Try as I might I cannot get through to a person because the automated system cannot find my phone number. I have waited 9 and 13 minutes on hold to speak with someone. This is absolutely ridiculous!!

Love this Walgreens. I use it mostly for the pharmacy. Staff is great and efficient. They always have my medications and I never have to stress about that

I don't recommend this pharmacy. I've tried them numerous times and find them unhelpful. I finally gave up and started using another pharmacy.
