What's really meaningful is that he listens to concerns & acts on them rather than pushing in a different direction & purchasing unneeded items & services. Thank you Dr Ted. I have been with Yorkshire Vet since they opened their location in Yorkshire, NY. I have always dealt with Dr. Hale and Dr. Wolf. These 2 are wonderful vets, very compassionate and caring. Today I had to put to sleep my 16 yr old cat. We were seen by a different vet then my usual. This man was the most uncompassionate, cold vet I have ever seen. He took my cat to the back room for her IV. When he brought her back to me he was carrying her like a sack of potatoes, one hand under her belly and her legs hanging. I was appalled. This is one of the last memories I will see of my baby. He proceeded to flip her on the table and then immediately went to give her the injection. I stopped him and said I would like a little time with her. All the while crying my eyes out. When I returned home I called the office to tell them of my experience. The manager acted like I was nothing. Acted like my cat was nothing. Acted like my experience ment nothing. After talking and I told her I will be switching vets. She said..ok let me know where to send your records. I have NEVER had a problem with this office in all the time I have been there. Lately this place has become very uncompassionate and not welcoming.Rest in peace my sweet baby. I'm so sorry how your last minutes on this earth went.

First time there with a cat and a dog. The dog was for an emergency visit. They were very kind and able to get both in at same time. They were so good to us and Very helpful. All and all I am so greatful for their advice and making it easier to make my decision on my 15 year old Sheltie girl. She is at Rainbow Bridge as I anticipated but the talk with them made it so much easier to accept. The cat was treated kindly and got his 3 year rabies and annual vac and back home. I will go back with others of my critters. Thank you and God Bless them all

Everyone in the office is so kind. The doctors take their time with you and answer all your questions or concerns. I didn’t feel rushed and when I asked about anxiety management for my dog, they did not immediately jump to pharmaceuticals, and I was walked through all options. They are so kind and helpful, definitely would recommend anyone to go there!

Thanks for the assistance when we needed it most. Money, means more than a life here. Our cat, Our baby boy. My sons cat, who needed emergency help? Who needed immediate attention, (OH HEY!! We live right down the street, mind you) our lil baby boy, Is now dead. What a Wonderful job. 😥 what compassionatte people. What caring folk. Yeah. I just puked in my mouth. Sad practice here. Sad. Useless. 🤢🤢😠😠😠The emergency clinics that you referred? A pointless runaround. . A month wait? While our lil baby boy choked to death on his own air? His poor heart kept beating and he couldnt breath. Can you feel how terrified he was? That can wait huh? You even had an opening.... But since we arent a registered patient? Its kick rocks? Guess what? Im holding up three fingers. Read between the lines. Your some Awesome folk there.. Some Real winners.. I will NEVER refer anyone here. A vet cares about animals. It doesnt let them die over political garbage. Useless. They're a great vet clinic. They were very supportive and patient with us while my husband and I had to say goodbye to our 13 yr old furbaby. They treated her since I moved to the area and have loved them from the beginning. They're very thorough and make sure you understand what's going on and also forward about pricing. They never surprised me with any bogus charges. It will take some time but we will be bringing future fur babies here. My only wish is they were a 24 hour clinic.

I'd like to sincerely thank everyone at Yorkshire Vet for euthanizing my 14-year old golden retriever. The vet and techs here were so nice and compassionate. It was the hardest thing I had to do and I greatly appreciate everything they did to make it as quick and painless as possible. I will never forget the dedication everyone there has. We've been part of this wonderful practice for over 20 years now. The staff is extremely caring, professional, and the practice is very well run. They've taken care of our dogs and cats like they are their own. Their costs are very reasonable, and they're always there to answer questions and provide comfort when an emergency arises. We've also boarded our cats there, due to their added medication needs, and the cats were treated like part of the family. Wonderful practice!!!

This Yorkshire Veterinary clinic opened up an emergency appointment for our Friendo dog even though they were booked solid. The staff all seemed genuine and compassionate. The doctor took enough time to assess Friendo's condition and do what needed to be done. They kept our pet calm and managed his pain and symptoms and got him stable. Staff helped us understand his condition and prepared us for what else may come down the road... One day at a time....Thank you each.

Great office staff, polite & helpful. Excellent prices. My kids and our new puppy had a wonderful experience, the staff paid attention to all of them. I liked that everyone was willing to listen & follow how we introduce our puppy to strangers. Definitely recommend this office. Our puppy had a bit of a reaction to his vaccination, when I called they talked to the vet that saw him & gave me some tips to try, very patient with my questions.
