Service is OK but considering canceling waste pickup due to the billing. My bill has gone from $100 a quarter to over $200 a quarter... I've had the service only 5 years. So that significant of a raise in pricing (over 100% increase) in relatively short amount of time is ridiculous.

The jerks stole my freaking trash bin by throwing it in their truck then smashed it before driving away as if they had done nothing wrong ... I couldn't believe the balls on these guys are they ever punished for doing stuff like this? And my trash bin cost 109.00 before tax and was almost as big as their green wm trash bin ....Who does stuff like that and why would they I have no clue and am hoping wm replaces my bin

If you don't mind your garbage picked up at inconsistent hours or days they are great. If you like being lied to for days that "someone will be there today" while the bear, raccoon, crows etc. make a mess, ditto. If you complain loud enough after a week is missed they will reimburse you (and raise the rates again to cover losses). Advanced Disposal was so much better. The second star is for the days it actually does get picked up as intended

Attempted to rent a dumpster from them. They declined the driveway for "unsafe" "dirt driveway". The driveway is limestone and what does unsafe mean you ask? Good question I don't know because I have spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get a hold of someone that can give me an answer. They put in requests to have people call me back, no one ever calls back. Call the local facility and they never answer and never return voicemails.

Wish I could go to zero Stars, miss my pickup again. Also request for supervisor to contact me ignored. If they don't call me tomorrow I'm canceling my service.Updated to 1 star. They were good for a few months, but now back to not picking up my bins, or contacting me when requested.2 stars because I often have to report missed pick ups, and when I ask for a supervisor to contact me, they never do.l

3 months ago when I purchased this service it was $32/month. The price has doubled since then and there is still trash in my cans half the time after pick up. Will be exploring other options like casella

I have never had a problem with this company. They are more than happy to accommodate my pick up needs. Are always on time and provide an inexpensive service. They always let me know when pick up will be during a Holiday week.

This service, is one I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Service is horrible. Whole residential districts just left full of trash. Homes call for a missed pickup, the company says "eh, next week" "too bad" they do not do their jobs.

Home trash service. They picked up my trash on time. Horriable customer service. Hard to contact on the phone may sit on hold for hours and don't provide a trash can.
