Just stopped in and got to listen to two employees criticize my car because it had a light bar on it. "What's up with all these beater cars with light bars on them" and "maybe they think it's cool to pretend to be a cop." Not saying that you can't criticize stuff but you should never do it infront of customers as you never know who, in this case, that vehicle belongs to. Just made the visit annoying and what seemed to be unprofessional to me. Had what I was looking for but this just made the experience poor. Also I didn't know being a volunteer firefighter was such a crime.Visit date: 11/18/24Visit time: 4:40

Prices can be a little bit higher on some things & not always on the best quality but the customer service is probably among the best you can find anywhere these days! Helpful & friendly staff makes all the difference! After I had surgery they even offered to carry my purchases to the the car for me-I never even had to ask!

Great people, as always. 1/2" drywall was 21$ a sheet. Seemed high but it's convenience store prices with concierge service. Been going for 30 years. Never had anything but stellar help and courtesy.

Always awesome!! Great variety, helpful staff. Have been utilizing their strained glass supplies for 30 years.This is an art form that is very gratifying. My mother was building and repairing windows for a local church in her nintes!

Extremely helpful and kind staff. Needed supplies and a snow blower so I traveled from Lackawanna, NY as this store was the only store locally with a snowblower due to the 80"+ November storm that hit. South Buffalo, Lackawanna, Orchard Park and Hamburg, NY were hit very hard by the snow. Town plows were unable to get through on many streets due to stranded vehicles and commercial vehicles (the thruway was closed due to weather) I placed my order for the snowblower online to ensure that I would be able to get it on Monday night. Early Tuesday morning I received an email stating the confirmation that my order was ready for pick-up. The staff were so nice, helpful and empathetic with my situation. They assisted me with processing the paperwork and helped me find a few other items. Exceptional staff...... Thank you!!!!!

I order 2 propane tanks online that my wife picked up from here. The people that work at this store are amazing. With everything going on currently, they were very understanding and helpful. They even said they would bring them out and load them into her trunk so she didnt have to go into the store. This store truly has great employees!

Value home center is a good place to get everything and anything you really need I went in there for the things that you screw in your wall for teacups they don't have them no more not the size I was looking for and they're all nice in there all you have to do is ask for help and there's always someone there to help you and it's very clean in there when you walk in there it does not smell of nothing

I like coming to this store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about whatever I ask for help with. The staff is also largely female, so when I ask a "simple" question that most handymen know, I receive a good answer without the condescending attitude. ( I'm far from a handyman.) The store is nicely spead out & not cramped up.

Valu is close to home and has all the essentials for basic home maintenance. You most always are greeted upon entering and the staff is very helpful.

The staff is so very knowledgeable and willing to help!! When they could not offer me what I needed, they recommended a smaller hardware store that was also local. I appreciate that more than they know! 5 stars for a great crew!

They are a general home repair store that has enough stuff to get you out of a bind for many of your home and garden needs. The store is clean and well organized and identified by hanging signs. My only complain is how much of their products are locked up so you have to get a sales clerk to unlock what you need.

Ok or better i got my battery I ordered after 5days but if I waited 5 days for gas at a gas station would I say ok or better seems like it could have been stocked what do you think battery was for black and Decker. Products not some unknown or real odd brand

Always a good experience here. Employees are very pleasant and there to help (even if you don't buy anything). Needed help in the paint department, found what I needed and left. Good doing business there.

Today, I went in to Valu Home Center for spray paint and some light bulbs. They seem to stay well stocked. Every time I've gone in there, I've always found what I went in for and today was no exception.

Valu's got the values! I love stopping in for items in Valu's small, easy-to-shop stores. Someone always greets you as you walk in, and they always ask if you need help. They're helpful and conveniently located!
