Rice Cottages holds a very special place in my familys Hearts. We've been renting out the entire campsite for an annual get together for nearly 40 years. We always enjoy our stay here! Connie and Preston have done an incredible job keeping the place in good shape and responding quickly if we ever need anything during our stay. Looking forward to returning again this year!

This place is beautiful and peaceful. The grounds are very well maintained as well as the cabins we stayed in. We went for a girls weekend and very much enjoyed ourselves. We fished, kayaked and went out on the row boat. I can't even describe the peacefulness and relaxation that this place brought me. If you want to get a way for just a couple days to recharge, this is definitely the place!!!

As a whole the hossenlop family we have been going here for generation. So many family memories. As I grow my love for this grows every time I come. So peaceful so beautiful. The carp are huge spring fed lake. Prefect to swim perfect to kayak on for beginners or veterans

We have stayed here for 2 years now and we love it. Great lake for fishing, kayaking or just to sit and enjoy it. We stayed in cabin 4 and have Great views of the lake, a giant grassy area for the kids and dog!

Absolutely one of the best kept secrets of Western New York. My family has been renting from the Rices at least once a year for almost 35 years. It is beautiful in the summer, but it is the perfect winter getaway. You feel like you are in a maple syrup commercial. I hope they never get wifi and I hope the area doesn't develop. The purpose of this place is to escape and be in perfect peace and quiet.

Immaculate, secluded, awesome vista, excellent supplies!We were a group of 9, and used cabins 2, 3, & 5. We stayed Friday early afternoon through Sunday afternoon. The beds were comfortable & it appeared to be handmade antique quilts over the mattress pad.Some of us brought sheets & blankets to put over the quilts. Others brought 2 sleeping bags, unzipped them, & put one on the bottom & one on top. We all brought our own pillows.Advice: bring all your food, condiments, liquids, towels (bath & kitchen), and soap shampoo & toothpaste.We had a ball! Hope you do too.

We been going here for 10 years now & it is peaceful, relaxing, a breath of fresh air. Nobody bothers you or harasses you, very private experience. Perfect place to decompress.
