Amazing store with amazing products and deals. It's definitely a store I will go to often. A little bit of everything from food to full size furniture, holiday and home decor to clothes for all and much much more....very friendly and helpful employees. Bought Tons of stuff and didn't break the bank....11/10 rating.....stop by, they have something for everyone

It's a great place to get seasonal decorations for your house/apartment. It is also a great place to go to find any furniture or items you need. Definitely a must go for anymore moving out for the first time to get what you need and furnish your new home.

Awesome experience here! George went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I came in right before closing time with a complicated furniture order and he and a coworker stayed after closing hours to make sure I was accommodated. He never once made me feel bad about coming in at the last minute. He was nothing but friendly and professional. So glad I came to this particular store!

I don't get to this store as often as I'd like to, but it's a nice store. It's clean, the employees are friendly and helpful. Their products are as good as Walmart, although Walmart has more. Their prices are very reasonable. I bought two 3 shelf bookcases today for $43. including tax.

I don't know why stores think that adding a sharp turned maze of shelves to there check out lines is a good idea, it is very hard to navigate with a full cart for anyone, I can't even imagine an elderly person attempting it. If this maze remains at this location I will no longer be shopping there. And the day that I was in, every shopper inline was commenting on the stupidity of the maze, and we're not quite in telling the cashiers.

In light of the current spike in Covid cases, I was very uncomfortable being in line with all unmasked people, but even worse was seeing one of the cashiers wearing a face mask only over her chin. I could not wait to get out of there.

After getting ride looks from an employee for completing my shopping the same employee ran into my cart twice with her stocking cart. She then cut infant off me online to check out because her Ho Ho’s and smoke break was more important then customer service or even saying excuse me. Then while I’m waiting for her to check out I get to be subjected to her hitting on another employee instead of completing her transaction. I have been shopping at this store for most of my adult life and have never encountered such a rude and skanky employee such as Danielle!!!!!!!!

I like the store but hate how it was rearranged. It was an easier place to find items you needed. Now you need to wander to find anything. I understand the concept of wandering and then you impulse buy but I shop there a lot less now.

Very in friendly staff everytime i go in there and ask for help. They had patio furniture on the floor waiting to be sold as i told them i would take it home same day and they still would not sell it to me. Very unhappy and don’t think i will be back.

Mr. Richard in the furniture dept had the greatest customer service. He was extremely helpful and stood out like a shining star. I will always remember how nice he was to me.

If your looking for furniture go across the road. You will get better service better prices better people better experience. Again do not shop at big lots you will get ripped off at a way lower quality at a price way to high don't get sucked into their web of lies and sheer laziness. DONT SHOP BIG LOTS..

Big Lots has really come a long way over the past few years. They used to sell junk, now they actually sell decent merchandise at very reasonable prices. Their Furniture selection, quality, and prices are very good.

Nice big store with all the things we need. They used to have low prices, but since the redesigning the store not so much. The prices are at about the same price as grocery stores.

I was there on 3-9-2020 @12:36 a employee named Rebecca was verbally abusive to my wife and I,the cash register wasn't working properly and I was very polite to her. We would like an apology from her.Thank you.
